41  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Casascius Loans on: February 18, 2021, 10:56:14 AM
interesting concept, the problem comes in associating and implementing current world fiat currency rules on this digital commodity, I believe there to be a conflict of interest here, But I can see this being usefull service for only a select few, For example, right now, If I offered up a fully loaded 1BTC coin, and lets pin the price at $50k, then I would only be willing to pay 10% more ($55k) return, but then the price fluctuations keep this trade uneven, if the price goes up, I would be more inclined to keep up payments, but if the price went down, what's to stop me from just walking away?

you say loan will be on 50% of this value, This is in line with many "cash till payday" service's and OTC second hand loaner's, but for higher profile people is just not viable, were talking thousands, not tens, it works on lower value items as its akin to the social grouping of their financial structure, but when its escalated to higher profile people, I cant see this working, I would not sell one of my houses for £200, when I can sell on the market for under half a mill, its just insane.

And all of this is not taking into account the validity of BOTH parties involved, I have considered loaning to people, but not only do I not trust anyone who would even consider accepting a small percentage of the true value of an item (not bitcoin) because in my mind, if they are desperate enough to do this then they obviously have issues controlling finances, thus pushes their ability to repay in question. But what's to stop me from acquiring a few mill and just running for the hills, as solid and honourable someone is, money corrupts.

I know alot of this ramble is conjecture and not applicable to the masses, but I really feel there is a huge gap for bitcoin percentage based loans, and I will follow this project to see what you do.

best all.

What kind of products or services are you selling on your site?

its an auction website, but its prepay to eliminate final valuation fees.
49  Economy / Services / [WTB] website submission and ranking + geo location. on: September 24, 2020, 04:48:45 PM
hiya all,

I am looking for someone versed in website rankings, site is brand new and needs search engine submissions, and maybe some white/black hat tricks to get rankings up, and crawlers going a little faster than normal, NO FAKE/BOT TRAFFIC, I want a genuine reflection of real visitors.

I have realistic expectation, I know it takes months to rank properly, I am advertising on different platforms aswell, thats why I dont want any fake traffic, I need to know what advertising sources are working the best, years ago I knew a few black hat wizards but I cant contact them any more, so reaching out here see what turns up.

just to clarify I am NOT looking for a campaign or advertisement manager!

BTC waiting, escrow if you need (MJ or SFR10)

please respond or PM with your price, what I can expect for that price and your TAT.

thanks.

*EDIT - I have enough contact for now, thanks all.

Done, Hired Baoo.
54  Economy / Services / Looking for whiteboard/animation with voiceover youtube vedeo. on: September 13, 2020, 12:04:09 PM
hiya all,

thanks for looking at another job I have on offer, I am looking for a youtube instructional/informational video made to explain the use of my auction website, here are the details of what I need

1) a decent toon or whiteboard animation video with funny overtone visuals
2) Voice over (you may use external sources (fiverr)) in a clear manner, no Stephen Hawkins or static mic.
3) video is to be around 2 min long, can be over but no more than 3 min, and not under 2 min.
4) full production, any background music must be royalty free and links provided, also a note to me saying it was made for my use as youtube is removing everything right now.

my time frame is a little tight, I need this complete in around two weeks from now, before month is out. i would attempt this myself but I have too much on my plate right now to learn something new, BTC waiting, escrow available if needed as all ways (MJ or SFR10).

again not to sure what to offer for work, so tell me your price, I can help with scripting, I would love some previous examples you have done.

again thanks for looking, post here or PM me.

best

55  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for content writers for guides and FAQ's sections on: September 09, 2020, 04:49:22 PM

best.
56  Economy / Services / Looking for content writers for guides and FAQ's sections on: September 08, 2020, 11:16:55 AM
hiya all, another job required by me, for my points based auction website, I am not the best at explaining things, so I am looking for a content writer to write the guide, Please be aware this is not a normal auction site and is a prepay site that uses points, there is no precedent for it, So you need to really understand how things work and explain it as simple as you can, also need content for FAQ section, relevant things.

Just the one position available, some writing links would be nice but not essential.

Not sure what to offer, people who have worked with me so far on this project will vouch for my payments, Escrow is available if you really need (MJ or SFR10) please say a ballpark price for your work, payments in BTC, i know its not a btc related website but I am here because I use it, and I like it.

either PM me or post here.

thanks for looking, I sure there will be more jobs up soon by me.
best

58  Economy / Services / Re: looking for two auction website testers on: September 04, 2020, 12:43:19 PM
hiya all,

I have set up a pre-paid points based auction website and I am looking for two testers to see if my settings are correct and everything works as it should, I am paying $50 for 4 hours work (around $12.5 an hour) user can spread the time over a few days, user must be able to do a good feedback report for me, no personal information required, i will create test accounts with fake details for testing purposes only, here is roughly what I require.

1) must read through site content and comment on how to make it more understandable.
2) I will give access to two different created accounts where user must create, buy and sell and make sure trades are flawless and understandable.
3) have a go and try and bug/glitch the system and report any findings.

payments are in BTC, when work is complete, if you need security I can escrow funds with either MJ or SFR10, but I have history and trust here, either DM me or post here, any links of proof work you have done would be great, but as long as your vigilant and honest I will consider anyone, possible ongoing work.

thanks for looking
HGL

I am interested to test your platform. I have some experience as a software administrator, I know something about end-user habits and adjusting it to them.
You can send me a PM here or on Telegram @examplens
Also if you wish some specific testing you can tell me. You will get a full test report, even if I need to spend more than 4 hours.

PM'd thank you.

60  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [FREE RAFFLE] GREEN Full Set of Crypto Stamps 2.0 on: August 23, 2020, 09:22:46 AM
List updated.

It's been more than two weeks since OP announced this raffle and yet not all spots are occupied by participants, which is very curious. Are the users not so interested about this free opportunity to win a prize? Smiley

Yeah, that's sad and it shows that people aren't interested or appreciate giveaways/raffle like that. Not talking for everybody..
I think this will be my last free raffle in the near future if no one is interested in this.  Undecided

Is there any chance to start the raffle although not all spots are filled? I'm asking this because if the spots weren't occupied yet in two weeks, who knows in how many weeks they can get fully occupied...

I'm not in a rush so this raffle will start as soon as every spot is filled. I don't care if it takes hours, days or weeks from now.  Wink

I would have had a pop, but the new rule cuts me out, I have not received 5 merits :-(
good luck all with raffle tho.

EDIT - I just noticed I have 11 from somewhere, dont know where tho, if I am eligible please can I have #53 or any random spot please :-)
