No please no pre-ico. Just make it as the last ico of HubCoin. Create for example an offer of 10 BTC at price 200 sat, then 10 at 250 etc.
HubCoin's ICO went not perfect, but surprisingly good. Almost everybody went in in last minute.
I am sure at GameCoin will be some more invests as you offer a (hopefully good working) new concept.
Keep it up, 2 days only left!

Works good, surprisingly fast!
But how does that now work with POP? I mean who are the nodes now, through who the transactions go?
And how much will the coin price be? Please tell, need to get some out of exchangers Cheesy
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PLACO] |PlayerCoin |ICO Soon! | REAL PROOF OF PLAY! on: August 13, 2017, 08:15:02 PM
How much will be the price in the ICO? And why do you only sell 50.000.000 and not 100.000.000?
And how does the proof of play solve the transactions? Or is that made with POS?

I don't understand. Solomining does not work for me. I tried with several miners and I am connected to nodes. How does the "generate" command work? When I enter it, nothing happens. I used ccminer and much other miners. Always get errors. Which miner does work for your solomining? THanks all!

Very interesting insights here. Thank you for all your comments.
So when you see all those scams outside, do you think, that one day you will stop investing in ICOs? Or will you continue as long as you can?
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Karbon - The World's First Decentralized Social E-Commerce Platform on: July 27, 2017, 10:54:28 AM
Customers like yourself can contribute to these, and help the company raise money while also earning a share of the company through the contribution.

Does Karbon offer shares for the investors?
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you invest in ICOs? on: July 26, 2017, 10:20:56 PM
Sounds like I heard in the past.
It seems that ICOs are just a bubble and when I read your comments, most of you are saying the same.
When I first readed about ICOs, I thought, that you get something from the company.
Like when you make classic crowdfunding, you get a product, a game, a service etc.
But in ICO it seems to be just new coins that you hope to sell higher.
Maybe it works, maybe not. I saw some good ICOs who offered good services, not only promised high returns.
But when I saw a simple gambling page collecting millions, it just ruined the concept of crowdfunding. Sorry for saying this.
I mean, you could do such great things. Like collecting for wells in africa or helping homeless.
But instead the most coins just seem senseless  Huh
On the one side I hope that the bubble bursts asap, but on the other I hope to see some ICOs with a deeper sense.
With burst I specially mean those senseless ICO after ICO.
I mean after the ICO mostly noone really cares about the product itself. It's just the matter of the price of the coin.
And that's a sad fact.
I have a great idea and concept I could solve with an ICO but I have not much experience about coins or ethereum or anything else regarding this,
I'm just sitting here in my bedroom and thinking about how such senseless projects can collect millions, while others hardly build up their business.
And that's what hurs me in those ICO: That on the one side are sometimes maybe greedy people, on the other are sometimes people with just an idea.
There are always a good and a bad thing about something.
Thank you for all your answers, I'll be happy about more feedback and comments Smiley
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Why do you invest in ICOs? on: July 26, 2017, 08:38:09 PM
Hi,
this thread I want to ask you: Why do you, if you do, invest in ICOs?
I see horrible huge amounts of money going to those. What do investors think to get in return?
Mostly it's the same case: ICO starts, much money comes in, you get the coins.
But what if those coins do not get back the initial worth?
Or do you invest because of other reasons?

For example (disclaimer: this is NOT hate!):
Why did trueflip.io get over $4,7 Million?

Thank you for answers!

53  Economy / Scam Accusations / YoBit, please pay back... on: July 25, 2017, 12:25:41 PM
Hello,
today I am writing about a thing that happened in january this year.
I thought a long time about writing it or not, but now I will do.
The situation is a bit confusing, so I will explain what happened and how.

In january this year, I withdrew LUN by accident to a LUNA wallet. Ok, I tried.
After this, I contacted the support that I did this and asked for a refund, because in fact,
the coins did not leave YoBit nor my wallet, even not till today.
The support told me, that they are now gone forever.
But in difference to sending to a wrong address of a coin, I sended to a complete other coin with an other algorithm.
The address I sended to, does not even exist in the LUN network, so in the end, the coins got not send.
We all agree that coins, sent to a wrong address, are not refundable.
But coins sent to a not existing address did never leave YoBit or my wallet.

I hope that I get an honest refund from you, YoBit.
Thank you.

Screens/proofs:
Screen when I click on "Wallets":
https://cdn.pbrd.co/images/GCzgKhx.jpg

History:
https://cdn.pbrd.co/images/GCzgKhx.jpg

The amount is about ~36466 LUN, worth over $200.
Some people may understand, that that is a lot for me.
I would be glad, if you would help me, YoBit.

Thank you all for reading.

Please can you or anyone test this pool. It's nomp open-source pool and provides detailed user statistics.

Minimum payout is 1 RUP, payout every 20 minutes.

Pool is dead at present. Even they have put notice on site.

Pool is ready to hit with miners...!

ANY PREDICTION OF PRICE OF RUP? ROADMAP? TOTAL CIRCULATING & MAX SUPPLY??

55  Economy / Digital goods / Re: ✔✔ SIMPLE but EFFECTIVE ⒶⒹvertising banners ➤! on: May 29, 2017, 02:30:38 PM
Hey mate, great work! But just a fair warning, 1.2mb for a leaderboard size (728x90) is a huge filesize, and a lot of ad networks won't allow for that size to be uploaded.

Banner-making is a true art form, and to be able to find the balance for great quality of design mixed with a good optimized file size (for fast load times for the end user) is a true skill. Keep practicing, and keep creating these banners, and you'll be getting sales in no time!
Thank you for this information and sorry for my late answer.
In cases where the filesize is too large, I can cut the FPS by half which would result in a smaller file.
Otherwise are the most banners large so I am sure that the most customers know where they can use them and where not.
I will anyway help my customers as good as possible.
Thank you for your kind words.

58  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Hosting with namecheap - problems? on: May 14, 2017, 06:28:21 PM
Your service may get more attention if you can add some more features like showing collective balance along with individual balance in each address. Also you can add iframe code to display bitcoin held by those addresses in the form of image in other webpages. Email alerts when any of the bitcoin addresses listed receive bitcoins or send out bitcoins etc.

Good luck
I am sorry but I don't know exactly what you mean and what this has to do with my question Cheesy.
Maybe you posted it by mistake in the wrong thread Smiley.

Thank you for all your answers.
I am maybe going to qhoster, they allow such projects.
If somebody has experiences with qhoster it would be great if you share them Smiley.

Hello,
I would like to know if somebody has/had problems with hosting a bitcoin project on NameCheap.
As of their TOS they disallow almost everything which faucet/bitcoin project owners do.
And if yes, do you know good and also same priced alternatives?
Thank you for answers! Smiley
