41  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do small investments make sense? on: September 23, 2017, 07:45:35 AM
Yes, small investments really do makes sense. First is that even if its only a small investment its still worth a lot. And whats good about it is if the investment that you made had got bad you wouldn’t loose a lot which you can easily recover. Small investments only uses a small capital that doesn’t really do any much burden on your budget which is also good. And if that investment do bear fruit even if just a little then its still a win. Much better if you made several small investments at the same time, its like you're sowing all the seeds on all the available lands you can use.
42  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be used by ordinary citizens? on: September 21, 2017, 04:31:53 PM
If Bitcoin can be used by an ordinary citizen, my answer would be yes even ordinary citizens can use and will be able to maximize Bitcoin to be a part of their daily lives. Im a sample of an ordinary citizen using Bitcoin, at first I had encountered several problems like how I can use Bitcoin or what do I need and where can I spend it. Those were the times where this new technology is still being introduced to me. But as I can see myself now since im already able to use bitcoins other people can also use it. As long as they are open to accept this new digital technology and be able to use the devices necessary then they will be able to use Bitcoin.
43  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do some government ban bitcoin? on: September 21, 2017, 04:10:37 PM
Some governments ban Bitcoin is because since it's an online currency which governments as of today don’t have any control yet, if governments don’t have any control over those monetary amounts then they cant place a tax on it having the governments not gaining any profit to any transactions that is made and will be made using Bitcoin. We know that taxes are the life blood of a government and we are well aware that governments will do anything to tax any products that they can see profit from.
44  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who can destroy Bitcoin ? on: September 21, 2017, 03:44:48 PM
For me there are only two powers which can destroy Bitcoin. One if the government who have the power and authority over what goes in and out of the country and they can also monitor the internet usage and transactions that happens in their country, they can also take control the nations internet if they want to. And the second are the banks which is lead by the central bank. Since banks are the primary monetary groups or companies and corporations in charge of managing money then they have enough influence that can also be used against bitcoins specially if they can earn a profit from it. Well that’s how corporate greed works.
45  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Bitcoin? on: September 21, 2017, 03:11:50 PM
For now my plans for my Bitcoin is to hold it and not spend it until the time bitcoins price will soar up again in the market. Even if the price falls down again that’s OK on my part as well since I don’t do much to earn this current bitcoins that I have and it doesn’t occupy too much of my time. But im still positive to bitcoins outcome the future like most people who also owns Bitcoin.
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you see alts have chances against Bitcoins? on: September 21, 2017, 02:48:59 PM
As I can see, yes alts or other alternative coins do have some chances against bitcoins. There are several alts out in the market and a lot of them are already gaining support and their value also started to increase. They are also directly affected by the increase of bitcoins price so like cash found in different nations I wouldn’t be surprised if there will be alt coins that will also show up in the market and once everything is centralized in the future, who knows those alts might be the next digital currency representing a nation.
47  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Go to Land Based Casinos? on: September 21, 2017, 02:38:43 PM
Land based casinos? Are those the one’s located at theme parks or like a pop up casino? Anyways all the casinos that I've been through are all located at land and I've never been through any casino on a ship or floating casino. The usual casinos that I have visited are from the casinos located at a mall and usually around past midnight due to the number of people playing are high and tables can easily be filled up with players unlike in the morning where only a few people plays and you will need to wait sometimes for someone to play against you.
48  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play with your profit or not? on: September 21, 2017, 02:25:08 PM
I would prefer to only play with half of my profit and the other half will be deposited or invested on my account or to a business. Because if I play with all of my profit and loose it all in a game then gaining it all will become useless because I just gambled it all, I don’t want to see my self loosing all of it. So my answer would be to only play yes using my profit but only half of it and that’s it.
49  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you like slot games ? on: September 21, 2017, 01:28:53 PM
Well there's a time that I prefer slot games than other gambling games. Since slot games are easier to play and easy to understand its mechanics that’s why it somehow got appealing to me. There are also other games that im playing that has slot machines as a bonus game where you can win additional in game prizes. I still play some slot games and yes they are enjoyable to play. Slot games are easy so im not surprised if other people also prefer it.
50  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you a problem gambler? on: September 20, 2017, 05:13:30 AM
I always try to control myself what ever the situation maybe or what ever the result of my gambling is. I'm not the type of person where after betting and loosing it all will suddenly go on a rampage or a fit just because they lost a lot or perhaps worse they lost everything they have after betting all. Its my decision to bet and gamble so it will be my fault what ever result might appear on my action. But I always maintain a clear mind and proper judgement to always stop before anything becomes worse. Without self restrain it would be hard for myself to have a proper decision and without good decision making I might stumble and fall loosing everything I have with me.
51  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to Turn Gambling into a Profitable Activity on: September 19, 2017, 12:04:11 PM
If you're a business minded person turning gambling into a profitable business is easy (IRL), because gambling is already profitable in so many ways. You can have your own place and equipment. And once someone tries to play you can charge them on every game its like a table rent. You can also try to use the crowd based gambling where a group of people pays up first and compete in a certain sports. Winner takes all but also you need to have a share over the winnings
52  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where and which part of day do you gamble? on: September 19, 2017, 11:37:29 AM
I mostly gamble with my friends on a near by casino sometimes past midnight due to the number of people available playing that time. At first we try to go just after eight or nine o’clock at night but after noticing that the time when we go home which is before midnight those are the times the people have started to come in to play. After that we changed our time and only visits a casino during the same time when the crowd of people have started to came in which is past midnight. Just look at those number of people playing at that time.
53  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why trading is better than gambling? on: September 19, 2017, 11:20:09 AM
For me when it comes to trading and gambling is that, in trading you can control the flow of the transactions and amount on how many should you trade and earn for the day even if the market is a bit hard to trade on several occasions. Since supply and demand are always available there will always be a chance to trade. Compared to gambling that there really is no certainty if you will gain or loose everything on every game.
54  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is betting a good choice for a newbie? on: September 19, 2017, 05:20:35 AM
For newbies or new players, it really depends on a person if they would want to bet immediately. But if I will give examples as early game introductions for gambling I would prefer them to first try some easy games like roulette or color wheels then if they are prepared betting will be next. Some people I know personally prefer newbies to start betting so that they will start to ”get the hang of it” but for me I would like then to take a step at a time so that they wouldn’t be too surprised over what result would appear on their first betting game.
55  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit? on: September 19, 2017, 04:40:33 AM
If I will gamble usually what I really want is to gain profit while enjoying the game, unlike other rich people who really enjoy gambling despite them loosing a lot I would rather think about my financial capability first. We know that gambling can also lead to some people to get addicted to it but for me I always maintain a clear mind to immediately stop before I hit my limit. I don’t want to be like those people who gamble until dry even their assets are also used as a collateral. I will gamble if I can see profit specially if I know I have a higher chance to win.
56  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does experience matter in gambling? on: September 18, 2017, 02:22:38 PM
Yes experience can matter in gambling, not just in gambling but it can also be applied to our everyday lives. Experience is everything without a good experience and you suddenly take the plunge in gambling, it wont be a surprise of you might loose everything in a single time you went in to a casino. Its either you gain experience or you bring someone experienced enough to play will have some advantages.
57  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you choose casino to play? on: September 18, 2017, 12:28:15 PM
When choosing a place specially when I visited a casino with a friend, the first things that we consider is the possible density of the people who frequent that place. The kinds of players who plays. The availability, the number of tables and games to play inside also the security so that what ever happens people inside will still be safe. Keeping this in mind are the conditions that we are using when choosing a casino to visit. We also ask our friends of whether they know of a good casino which they also visited.
58  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Is Bitcoin Gambling Industry So Successful in the World? on: September 18, 2017, 11:50:12 AM
What I noticed in Bitcoin gambling is that a lot of people play it, and yes since a lot of people play it it will then be a success. Mostly at first since some of the players only gamble digital currencies that they obtained online it doesn’t strain their real budget. Also since online gambling using cryptocurrencies are not subjected to any tax because there's no law yet prohibiting and taxing cryptocurrencies. No tax more income and people can play online without anyone knowing who they are.
59  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you use analysis when play gambling? on: September 18, 2017, 11:19:22 AM
Yes I do analysis and at the sometimes try to do computation or analytical when gambling. I know gambling is a “luck” game but there are a lot of games in a casino which also depends on your own skills. This is much harder to achieve compared to just basing on luck alone. You will need to count the cards and think what cards is remaining and ho holds which. Believe me on the next morning you will have a headache due to the constant use of your brain while gambling last night.
60  Other / Archival / Re: Which one is more risky? Skill-based gambling or trading? on: September 18, 2017, 11:01:28 AM
The most risky will be trading, I know skill based gambling is also risky by trading where you only bet for the outcome that is directly affected by the economy is like you're gambling for no certain result. In skill based gambling yes you can examine and review the number of cards, tokens and how many cards that the person in front of you have. But in trading even if you study a lot and burn your brows while watching news and reading newspapers and articles telling what outcome may happen it's still uncertain because just a single event can trigger everything in trading where you might loose a lot or gained a lot or loose it all or gained everything.
