A good coin don't need so much innovation at coin launch/short term, if a coin is accepted by community (and some shops / exchange etc.). the value of 1 PSP will increase.

For example, Dogecoin
Dashcoin 

Both are coins with no innovations but in terms of price and exchange volume quite successful...
And Anonymity with Masternodes functions are planned this year/coming year.

the most important is the acceptance by a large group of people, Therefore we have our ECD distribution to create a group of 200 involved people from the early beginning.

FULL member or higher get priority in review, but if there are fewer than 200 approved entries, we also look at the junior members.

Our Roadmap will be published around the start of the POS phase. Of course, the roadmap is also partly dependent on how the coin is picked up by the community.

This ICO donations procedure is not our primary goal. But a possibility for the non-miners to join anyway. We dont have a price pro coin, only a minimum transaction of 0,01 btc ( 4 - 5 USD) a share to prevent many micro donations. How many coins you receive depends on the number of shares that total is donated. And we as a Dev received no Dev wallet and no premine...the only thing that we pay ourselves are the BTC donations (required for costs etc.) and 2 slots of the ECD Airdrop (our team has 2 people). And of course we can use a few coins from the Bounty wallet for POS mining, but we cannot pay ourselfs from this wallet, these funds are reserved for people doing work for the coin.

Why everyone thinks a dev only likes BTC and want to get rich quick .

We want a coin for the community and also run and support by the community.
Therefore, there is a possibility for people who have to offer something for the coin to take part in the ECD (see our website for more info). All the people who join and accepted for ECD receives a part of the "premine", therefore it is for their very attractive to work with the coin and actively support the coin to success.

Because POSPRO is a Proof-of-Stake coin and the ECD people will have an attractive part of the "premine" we give the network from the early beginning a very strong security of the blockchain.

The most altcoins start and short time after the fail/died because the dev owns all the premine, sold everything and there is no more support from the community.

POSPRO will have (at least, dont forget the POW miners) 200 people who are crazy if they abandon (will let die) the coin.
