41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: PhoenixMiner 5.4c: fastest Ethereum/Ethash miner with lowest devfee (Win/Linux) on: January 21, 2021, 08:18:30 PM
Hi,

I've been mining successfully for about 2 month now - no reboots. PhoenixMiner has been working perfectly.

All of a sudden about 2 hours ago, I'm getting every share rejected.

I've tried switching to Nanopool but I get the same.

Any ideas?  Huh

Do you use latest version? 5.3 has problems.

Dreams Escrow works perfectly. I've just bought a 3070, and all went well. https://discord.gg/MezcCxb
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v15.0 (Windows/Linux) on: January 05, 2021, 11:42:15 AM
Guys, tell me what the problem is and if there is already an official solution? Miner version 15, pool nanopool. When I start the miner, I get an error "Pool sent wrong data, cannot set epoch". GPUs - GTX 1070 8 GB with the latest drivers installed.  Shocked

Claymore is outdated, please use Phoenixminer or other up to date ETH miner software.

I've been using Midas platfrom since early 2019. Their services are good, especially with Lockin you are able to host multiple masternodes for free, and also have benefit of 16% of income on BTC and 11% on ETH.

SYAP is something intresting to me, however it is a long time investment so be aware of that, especially if you a quick profit lover.

I do advise to try the platform with small amount, than you are good to go to decide to invest more or not.

Hello guys everyone. I apologize, perhaps the question will seem strange, but I am asking it because I have no experience in this matter. Please tell me, will my ethereum stored in wallets automatically switch from ETH 1.0 to ETH 2.0 or will every user have to do some kind of conversion?

Eth 1.0 will be a Shard of Eth 2.0. If you have your own private key than your are good to go, there is no need to any switch.

There is a nice twitter bot that shows how many ETHs are locked at the moment

https://twitter.com/depositeth

We are at 22.9% so probably there’s no chance we can see ETH2.0 going live by 1.Dec

These are the current stats. We are still not at the half way mark. It may take 2 or 3 more months for the launch of eth 2.0.

Check that chart now. This is gonna happen till 1st of Dec.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: PhoenixMiner 5.2e: fastest Ethereum/Ethash miner with lowest devfee (Win/Linux) on: November 23, 2020, 02:48:17 PM
@PhoenixMiner

I use PhoenixMiner 5.2e on my 51 rigs.
I like PhoenixMiner. But i read an article that PhoenixMiner shows higher fake hashrate than usual.
They advise to use Tem Red Miner. I tested TRM in a rig. It gives lower hashrate & it need less power than PhoenixMiner.
Do you have any explanation about it ?
Regards.

Make you own research, if you dont like Phoenix than choose another one. Its simple as that.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [AMD] New AMD RX Graphics Cards of 2019 - RX 5700 / XT, RX 600 on: November 21, 2020, 08:29:57 AM
I have an XFX 5700XT Triple Dis, power consuption 130W in gpu-z no matter what i do. If i turn TDP down more than -28, than hasrate drops a lot (with gpu clock) and of course Power consuption as well.

My Sapphire 5700XT do work -40TDP with 50+MH.

Anyone has the same card (with same issue)

solved

Is there anywhere a proper review of 6800 for mining? Nobody seems to undervolt it /reduce TDP on youtube videos.

Binance Pool Officially Launches Ethereum Mining Pool, Enjoy Zero Pool Fees for the First Month!

Binance Pool officially launched an Ethereum mining pool at 12:00 AM on November 12, 2020 (UTC). Our Binance Ethereum mining pool utilizes the FPPS mining method and charges only a 0.5% pool fee for Ethereum mining. Binance Pool has deployed mining nodes worldwide to support participation from the global mining community.
From November 12, 12:00 AM to December 12, 12:00 AM (UTC), all users can enjoy a 0% pool fee rate for Ethereum mining by connecting their Ethereum hash power to Binance Pool.

Let's think together now, why is Binance doing this after 6 years of mining???
Ethereum probably won't change its algorithm soon Smiley Smiley

Mining pool with KYC... no way.

Still waiting for the price and ethash hasrate information. There are just rumours. We need the real values.

I have already 108 pcs RX570 4GB, 108 pcs RX470 4GB, 192 pcs P106-100 6GB and 108 pcs RX5700 XT. I'm replacing my old GPU miners with the newest models and 108 pcs RX 5700 XT GPUs was my first move. I'm selling my old stuff and buying new gear. I sold my old NVIDIA GTX1050 GPUs and I bought 108 pcs RX 5700 XT GPUs. These new gear is awesome. I have a plan about buying 108 pcs 6800 XT or 6900 X depends on the details.

Thats a lot! Take a picture  Grin
