That's what I'm worrying about too. A strong DEX with charts and volume and an intuitive GUI for smart contracts and coin creation could put Waves in a very good position. But none of this seems to be happening.

Loan term: ~3 1/2 months

Terms:
BTC loan pegged to usd amount (in other words borrowing usd in BTC).
If collateral is goes higher than 175% of loan excess will be returned.
Liquidation at 110%, I will be informed once it reaches 120% and have te option to add more collateral
