I have been able to use it . You just have to literally be sitting there and hit submit at exactly the exact second your clock changes to the new hour. Doing this I can sometimes get two txs done but after about 30 seconds it's submissions are beyond limit. I just wish that the tx I  actually paid viabtc to accelerate yesterday afternoon would confirm as they have found quite a few blocks since then.

This is exactly why I'm going to be changing cryptos very soon this is just to frustrating.

Good luck I've had a transaction stuck for about 32hrs,no ones fault but mine for not checking fee first before sending.
