Here's a report on my experience with the Bit-Exo spin variant today.
Cliffs: Big fail
I had some free time so I wanted to check it out as I enjoy spin n gos and particularly like the provably fair aspect of the B-E set up. I registered for a handful of spins and the smallest one eventually filled after ~30 minutes. Come to find out that the two other participants were a mod and an admin. After we got three people in...nothing happened. They contacted someone that they knew who I guess is another admin and informed him of the issue. I'm not really sure as that person wasn't in the public chat box. After ~15 min the funds were refunded and the person who I assume they were speaking to (An admin named "J_Roc"...they kept calling the person "J" so seems like the same guy) told us that the problem was fixed and we should try a 100 bit spin to make sure it was working. Seeing both other people enter, I figured what the hell since I was trying to get larger games going and wanted to make sure they would spawn.
Nope.
Again the game didn't spin or populate. It's been nearly an hour and a half since that happened and there's been no refund or contact. I asked after coming back if there was an eta and was told that "J is at ikea, not sure when he'll be home". Lovely. Obviously the quarter is only relevant because after seeing the condition of the poker room I'm trying to withdraw and there's a 600 bit fee. So I guess you guys can keep that. It's a shame because the poker room has potential but between the zero people playing real money games and the spin not working when we actually get 3 people who want to spend money, I don't really see myself giving this another shot.
Sorry you had a bad experience. The issues have been fixed and you were sent double your original buy-in, usually slot & go is a fun & smooth running game but occasionally there are glitches. The admin made some changes today that should prevent the server from getting bogged down and hopefully this will no longer be any issue. I really hope you will give it another try. I appreciate the sentiment, but I neither asked for nor am I interested in a handout. As I mentioned, I was looking for a prompt refund of the money from the failed spin because I was cashing out and with a 600 bit processing fee, 100 (or, now, 200) bits sitting in my account is worse than useless. And since nobody could give me an answer aside from telling me that some guy may or may not be at Ikea, I figured a quarter wasn't worth the mental energy anymore. So you guys can go ahead and take that back. As far as giving it another try...why lie, I really doubt that's going to happen. The poker room is so dead and any games that do run seem to be populated by employees of the site, and are quite small. That's kind of a bad look and doesn't really hold any interest to me. It's a good idea, and I'm sure everyone working at Bit-Exo is very intelligent and nice but the poker room seems to have missed the mark. Sorry you feel that way, good luck to you! |

Something really does need to be done about JackpotRacer, he has been doing this for a long time and there is no other explanation besides the fact that he is doing everything he can to troll moneypot.com. If you look at the poll there is proof that he stalks the chats on moneypot looking for anything he can take out of context in order to slander their reputation. The one before this was a ridiculous claim that moneypot was somehow in the wrong because one of the owners got 42 bits in a chat rain, the claims are growing more and more ridiculous and if you look through his posts it's very clear his main intentions on this forum are to say any and everything he can, true or not, to hurt the reputation of a trustworthy site. This man says false things, accuses people of deleting posts for made up reasons, changes the things others have said to where they appear to be in his favor when the original text in no way supports him and many other misleading things. I am confident that if you look through the recent posts of this user you will see that nearly ALL of his activity on this thread has been with the intention of causing issues for people who do not deserve this kind of harassment.

IMO, he has the right to express his opinion and others have the right to ignore his account.
I would agree if he were merely expressing his opinion. The fact is that he is not, he is lying and manipulating other people's words to seem as though they are saying things they never, in fact, said or implied. He is simply doing everything he can to cause problems because of a grudge he holds and the abusive, unfair behavior needs to be stopped. |

Repeat in case you only read the end: if someone never got their BTCs out of the old site... do we know what happened to those BTCs?
Unfortunately you can't access to those bitcoin/chips anymore. Thanks for quick response... my question is where did they go. Did the sit owners split up; donate to a charity? I wouldn't mind giving the person who neglected to get their chips out some peace of mind as to where they went. Hoping the story is charity, but if site owners split, I think that's probably reasonable given how much effort they put into allowing folks to withdraw. Again, can't wait for android app!!! It seems like JackpotRacer exhibited psychological projection onto MP Staff, pushing the whole 20 BTC tip thing under the rug while complaining about literal pennies that were tipped to an owner.
The thing is, he always threatens MP with "polls" which always end up with him getting the shit end of the stick. Cognitive dissonance. Things didn't go his way, therefore something must be wrong with the owners, not him.  The votes didn't tick toward his favor, therefore alts must have been used to swindle the votes. He was given a negative feedback, therefore " giving red trust without any reason and a lie= misusing the trust option here." Sounds like an accurate diagnosis. Can you prescribe him some meds or something? lol |
