41  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 08, 2016, 11:06:45 PM
Only 110 blocks to ne plus ultra monetary extacy, gentlemen.
Can you even believe it?

You might as well give up, Llama friend. Bull cattle more stubborn than Goats, would rather lose moneys than take scientific advice.

Crashing implies that there's no one in control. This is more of a forced landing.
44  Economy / Speculation / Re: There is an epic shakeout coming this year before the giga-spike. on: July 07, 2016, 08:49:38 PM
I hope the mega shakeout is still to come.  If price drops im more than confident it will rise back up and beyond again and it will allow me to pick up more bitcoin for my money.  Probably won't even be a shakeout now.

The price drop was to be expected. I am holding like  planned to do. But I am confident many of us will choose to sell which is the same as panic selling.
Just remember if not this year then next year the price can and will go higher.

For giggles, look at BTC-e.

I could be wrong, but it seems like everything is fairly steady for now.

Looks exactly like it did after the first leg - straight-down drop, slight overshoot and ringing correction.

well it's pretty obvious it's happening right now.

great time to hold or buy. Depending on if you have any spare fiat laying around.

If you sell now, you're a weak hand, and bitcoin is not for you.

Give Peggy his due, he did call it.
Buying now is absurd, there is no bottom.

More dumps today.  $620 breached.

Flying horse knows his stuff. Can confirm, is happening.
48  Economy / Speculation / Re: DOWN WE GO - Market is unstable. It will crash around halving day. on: July 07, 2016, 05:54:42 PM
Stand back, stand back everyone! Enough talk, we must operate.
And by 'we' I mean I, a professional.

Make a blockchain incision, Doctor Maxwell, I’m going to massage the heart.

Now, boys, you won’t see this operation performed very often and there’s a reason for that…. You see it has absolutely no medical value. No one knows what the purpose of it originally was or if it had a purpose at all. Personally I think it was a pure artistic creation from the beginning.

You think those floundering things wiped out the economy? Fool, they are harmless! But the coins are gone, aren’t they?
You tried to stop me; you discouraged me when I needed every drop of encouragement I could get; you were afraid of the cosmic truth, you damned coward, but now I’ve got you! What swept up the economy? What made you scream so loud? . . . Don’t know, eh? You’ll know soon enough! Look at me—listen to what I say—do you suppose there are really any such things as time and magnitude? Do you fancy there are such things as form or matter?
I tell you, I have struck depths that your little brain can’t picture!
I have seen beyond the bounds of infinity and drawn down daemons from the stars. . . . I have harnessed the shadows that stride from world to world to sow death and madness. . . . Space belongs to me, do you hear?

Things are hunting me now—the things that devour and dissolve—but I know how to elude them. It is you they will get, as they got the economy. Stirring, dear sir?
