I uninstalled the older wallet [deleted the QT and the dopecoin app data folder] and downloaded the version 4 wallet from the website.
When I go to install the new QT file from the downloaded zip file, it gives the following error message:
The program can't start because lipwinpthread-1.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this program.
______
So the issue is that the dopecoin application data folder is gone, and there if I remove the new QT and try to open it from the zip file or drag a new one it still gives the same error message.

I installed the wallet a month ago and I'm still only 25% caught up with the blockchain. Is there a bootstrap file I can use so I can get in sync, and actually put some coins in this wallet?

I think the market is just waiting for certain developments to complete which will help Capricoin and CapriPay to compete for market share with a greater advantage.
They have been steadily growing a base of merchants in various countries around the world, where CapriPay has launched to ingest merchants like South Africa, Czech Republic, Spain just to name a few.
What will be launching soon that will help them take things to the next level is the decentralized BitPeer exchange which will provide a fiat currency on/off ramp to Capricoin. This will also help enable another layer of functionality in the app that allows this same ability, and also within the function of a transaction.
If you observe the market composition on Bittrex, which is the largest exchange with Capricoin currently, you will notice there are not a lot of heavy sellers on the market. Just take a look at the sell side, if this starts taking off at a greater pace with merchant adoption and their proposed features waiting to launch, it could begin a steady rise. This is pretty much the lowest CPC has been since it took to a higher level through the premature market excitement a year or so ago. Great buying opportunity with some of your extra BTC!

My newly installed Hempcoin wallet is finally in sync thanks to the bootstrap file. Just moved a sizable sum of THC to my wallet for staking. How long on average until we start seeing some rewards? Right now when I hover the mouse over the mining symbol it says 'no suitable inputs were found'. I currently have 5 connections to the Hempcoin network.

I've been disappointed with this coin, I started out ok, it went well for a while, then what happened? will it return to it's dizzying heights? I will watch with baited breathe, let's see what happens next
I've had a feeling that somebody has been suppressing the value lately, difficult to know though - I've been accumulating the coin as the price has been dropping - bit of a gamble - but I like the coin and community so worth it IMO. It doesn't take much bitcoin to make EGC go right back up to where it was in the 3k's. It could soar anytime. |

I just updated my NCC to the latest version, and I made the mistake of leaving the NIS running while doing that. So now when I try to start up the NIS, it tries to start up and then stops right away. How do I fix this? In the meantime I exported for the 'lightwallet' from the NCC and downloaded the Nanowallet. Would I be able to now disregard running the NCC wallet which I'm having problems with, turn it off and only use the Nanowallet? That kinda of seems to be the case to me. I like this nano wallet, already tested sending some coins |
