That's the thing, I am not a citizen of the country in which I was born! This is normal practice in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. I was born in the Soviet Union (USSR) in Estonia before 1992. Therefore, I do not have citizenship in Estonia. Anyone born after 1992 automatically receives Estonian citizenship.
For 5 days they could not resolve the issue of missing USD fiat and money. As a result, they gave a code for 144 dollars in the form of EUR fiat and again problems. It would have been easier to charge it in crypto and I would have withdrawn it calmly without any problems.
I'll wait until tomorrow. If my documents are not accepted, I will write appropriate reviews in the profiles of representatives on this forum.

Well, the picture you showed is not a national ID. And as they wrote, residence permits are not enough in their eyes. The ID you showed is exactly that, a long term residence permit for the EU. It's missing stuff which is shown on regular ID/passports. If your citizenships is actually Japanese you must have a passport or a mynumber card, especially when living abroad. Are you seriously? This is an Estonian ID card. This is not my document, from Google photo (I have the same ID card). This is a European document that is valid in the European Union!

I once failed to withdraw my balance in fiat but my balance was returned the next day. Is your transaction still in progress or successful? If successful, you can check it because there is a TXID for every withdrawal that is considered successful USD fiat disappeared from my account, I did not withdraw funds. 3 days have passed and the issue has not been resolved yet. BC.Game support is also active here in the forum. Have you already tried to contact them? The account was particularly helpful with scam accusations and also helps people with problems here in this thread from time to time. However, technical problems can often take longer than you originally thought. A message from support saying "sorry, it will take a while" would of course be very helpful. But I hope the problem has been solved in the meantime and you have access to your money? I contacted 2 representatives on the forum, only one responded. Yes, they are already looking into my issue. Support confirmed. that I have 144 dollars in my account, but there was some error with USD fiat and it disappeared from my account. Live support also requested screenshots and videos, I sent them all. The agent has created a technical support ticket and now has to wait up to 72 hours for the situation to be resolved.
