Well, not to offend you or anything, but I don't think this is much evidence at all. We don't know who created their website, they probably don't manage it themself. And it looks like Yandex is a worldwide company. I'm no experts on managing big websites so I can't say, but I'm thinking this ain't much to discredit them yet. Still worth posting, but I'd be careful when you say some evidence
