Curious, what inteval (in sec) would you use in your test?
Lets take a look at the default intervals from the usual suspects and be utterly confused: MPH-60 Sniffdog-90 Nemos-120 fork of Sniffdog by Hashrefinery- 300 Megaminer-600 Maybe one should take into consideration the total hashrate of the rig when setting the intensity? So a person with a single 1070 in his gaming computer should set it to 600 and a person with a 6X1070 rig should set it to 120? BTW, I am at hashrefinery ATM doing xevan, neoscrypt and skein since they seem to be best earners according to "24h actual" thingie. I do not recommend X17 since Verge is getting too many orphaned blocks. Some people are complaining about MobileCash (Lyra2v2) on Zpool, calling it a shitcoin. Somebody please enlighten me because I thought that 90% of zpool coins fall into that category ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

My profit went up when I disable a few stragglers (using ZPOOL)... Lyra2z being the worst offender (0 profit in 7 weeks but yet my miners kept going after it as ZPOOL lists an estimated profit)... also I killed off HSR, Lbry, bitcore as well.
No need to kill Lbry, its not earning much because its not worth much ATM, but it could become profitable again anytime. Why did you disable HSR and bitcore? They do not seem problematic to me since they mature quickly. Anybody know why zcoin (lyra2z) is problematic? Zpool dashboard for zcoin shows ZERO earnings in the last 7 days, yet my miners keep mining it. Is it a bug or am I waisting hashrate? Also, regarding useless algos: Veltor should be definitely disabled, it takes more than two days for a block to mature.

I did try out MultiPoolMiner which could do this but it was unstabel as crap. I would not touch that thing with a 10 foot pole ever again.
Greedy also. "-donate 24" in the latest version ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) powershell -version 5.0 -noexit -executionpolicy bypass -windowstyle maximized -command "&.\multipoolminer.ps1 -wallet 1Q24z7gHPDbedkaWDTFqhMF8g7iHMehsCb -username aaronsace -workername multipoolminer -region europe -currency btc, usd, eur -type amd, nvidia, cpu -poolname miningpoolhub, miningpoolhubcoins, zpool, nicehash -algorithm cryptonight,decred,decrednicehash,ethash,ethash2gb,equihash,groestl,lbry,lyra2z,neoscrypt,pascal,sia,siaclaymore,sianicehash,sib -donate 24 -watchdog"
I have no idea what this watchdog thing is though, sounds promising. On a more positive note, newest Klaust is out.

But for what its worth, I have done both profit switching scripts (multi-algo) and solo-algo mining, and I have had good results with both.... but in my opinion, I have found better consistency in profit (during times of serious market flux) staying with one algo that is profitable for me to mine rather than doing profit switching.
Jared, whats your methodology for choosing which solo-algo to mine? Thanks.

Crackfoo,
Please suspend all BTC payments, the fee's are too high, I'd rather you held on to my BTC balance and wait for the TX fee's to drop, and for the mempool to settle down.
If it takes a week or two, that's fine, I'm in no rush for my balance to be paid to me while these TX's fee's are so high.
If you can terminate the payment that was made yesterday, that would be great.

Thanks.
No need. https://fork.lol/tx/feeFalling like the price of bcash ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

I anticipated there will be a final pump after 2X hardfork, but just in case I set auto-sell order at 800 just after they cancelled it. The price was at 870 and rising at that time. I woke up the next morning just to find out that price went to 750 during the night ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) No more BCC for me ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) If 2X hard fork went through, it would be even worst for poor old BTC. The drama is strong in this one.

Crackfoo,
Please give your BTC wallet a kick !
Payout stalled again.

Look at how well the blockchain is moving... and diff.... This is the new and improved BTC apparently.... I guess after the fork it will get much worse. Fees are going to skyrocket also. Crackfoo, what are your plans/thoughts regarding the war that is about to start on 14th?

Regarding "startzpool24hr", am I right in assuming that it mines the most profitable coin in the last 24h period? Has anyone have some hard numbers as to profitability of mining real-time most profitable coins VS the 24h "coin of the day"? IMHO, the 24h option defeats the core principle of auto-switching that most people use on Zpool.
Also, is it possible to use all pools simultaneously in a single .bat?

Hashtap seems to be a source for exploitation by hackers so I doubt I will bring it back unless I'm able to source a developer to create a completely new frontend.
I found a trojan recently in a very widely used ewbf miner windows build.... Thank god I never used it on my personal machine, or much at all. It might possibly be the one I linked on my original batch post. I need to check my memory on that one. I may have used the same copy from a nemosminer package long ago.... I haven't the slightest clue at this point since I haven't mined equihash, much at all. Just wasn't as profitable for me. This just shows; be sure you guys are careful. I am usually extremely careful, and somehow this one slipped through the cracks. What does the trojan do? Just wondering if you mean it was flagged as malware (as most miners are anyways), or does it do something unbeknownst to us (such as mining for someone else, key logging, or finding/decrypting wallets and sending them to the author). Im not sure. I haven't tried to decompile the program since I have found out... see if the code is obfuscated, etc. Lots to do to figure it out since the application no longer runs. The application used to run fine. Now it does not.... so its not as easy as I hoped initially. Every single copy on every device I have copied this to has the same behavior now..... so its not just one thing infected it; it has always been that way. EWBF is widely used in pirated game cracks to create mining botnets, so maybe Microsoft decided to flag it as malicious in a recent Defender update. Just because Defender suddenly flags it does not mean it actually is malicious.

if any one wants there rigs to auto restart once every 24hours and auto start mining you just to need to: 1. right mouse click on start.bat create a shortcut on desktop 2.right mouse click on the shortcut on the desktop - copy 3.open start menu / windows system / open run / type: shell:startup (will open startup folder) 4.paste the copy of the shortcut from step 2. in the startup folder 5. follow this video its old but still works the same even on windows 10 : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WNyJQ5G2bTA&t=23sBest Regards Nemo But PowerShell needs admin rights. How to get around that problem in auto restart/auto startup scenario?

i'll properly be doing a new release soon..

Could you also check out this new "Watchdog Timer" feature aaronsace added to his miner? I have no idea what it is and am too lazy to try it out myself ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) But it sure looks interesting: https://github.com/aaronsace/MultiPoolMiner/commit/920ceae4bb4fa7d40c9105e2edc064b56285051eAlso, regarding the "update interval": I am still unsure if 300 is too low or too high. What are you using? Or still no consensus on that issue? Also regarding this: because neoscrypt likes mem oc... Yes i have tried with out mem oc..... its slower... i run +500mem on all my cards... core varies from = +10core on my 1060's to +100core on my 1070's my 1080ti's are running +50core +500mem Thanks for the neoscrypt clarification. But how come your 1060s are +10 core overclock? Mine are all stable at +120 with PL set to 90W (75%).

Does anyone else experience Windows 10 freezing when using NEMOSMINER on zpool multi algo? Sometimes it takes few hours to freeze, sometimes 10-15 minutes.
Im using 8 1070s. Im not sure why. I get freezing and I also get CC miner has stopped working errors. Its frustrating because im trying everything and cant find a solution. Ive also tried putting GPUS on default with no overclock. Please help if you can!
My machines freeze also, although it usually takes them days to freeze. I cant find the cause. But I can help with your other problem https://www.raymond.cc/blog/disable-program-has-stopped-working-error-dialog-in-windows-server-2008/

default intensity for Klaust 8.14beta-cuda9 = 1070 @ 120watt +100core +500mem = 1.15mhs
intensity -i 15 for Alexis78 cuda 7.5 = 1070 @ 120watt +100core +500mem = 1.05mhs
same for the 1060's in my tests slight speed improvement @ same tdp and clocks
Regards Nemo
How come you are applying memory OC on ccminer-based algos? In read somewhere that memory underclock is desirable, since it improves core clocks. Did you try benchmarking without memory OC?

So zpool was the winner...
Im a single Gpu miner (windows 10, nvidia) can i mine on zpool? What mining software would i need? Thanks in advance xx
Try sniffdogminer or nemosminer.

Hi MinerX, nice to see you back in action. Is Cuda9 runtime required for latest version of Nemos? Thanks.

nice, finally I will try out that nicehash thing everybody talks about see you later, aligators!

Is there a way to force it to mine an algo on zpool! I put it to automatic 1 and then 0,2 zpool and hrf and it shows the algos and chooses the most profitable for 24 hours . Some times it is veltor and blake2b very close , but veltor need too many confirmations and takes 1 day to mature , so is there a way when it is running that way , to change the algo and to force it to mine blak2b for instance? I hope you understand me! ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) This long confirmations and maturing thing is troubling. Apart from Veltor, which other coins are affected on zpool?

@minerx: why did you disable hashrefinery?

|

Should I feel bad that I just use a screwdriver between the two leads to turn my rigs on? Lol you guys with your fancy switches!
Miner dont need no switches and screwdriver only once. Once the rig powers on, go to BIOS and tell the damn thing to "power on after AC loss" or something of such wording, so the rig powers on when you power on the PSU.

Hi, could someone help me with the afterburner values that would be optimal for gtx1070's when using NemosMiner-v1.7.3-MPH? I'm currently set up to use claymore so my afterburner settings are specific for ethash algo. This is the first time I'll be using a mulit algo and multi miner setup so I'm not sure how to overclock the gpu. I'm new to the mining scene so please be patient with me. Thanks.
The answers are couple of posts above your post.
