It is believed that the long awaited official response from the Finance committee isn't expected anytime soon or perhaps it has not been released in the public domain yet. So in the lieu of such long awaited response we will be filing a few RTIs in the coming weeks before the following: - Before the RBI asking them to explain the legal stand on cryptocurrency - Before RBI seeking clarification on legal action if any to be implemented for cryptocurrency usage/dealing in cryptocurrency - Before the law enforcement agency who is responsible to handle cryptocurrency cases At least 5 RTIs will have to be filed in this regard. First of all I'm not from Zebpay. Can u please attach some proof for the same from where it can be seen that your account is really frozen? Also, its not quite clear if they have blocked u(as u say it) bcoz of an outgoing bitcoin transfer(which is lame Imo) since they asked for "Please describe the source of the Bitcoin" at the same time.

Hello pawanjain I'm also a day trader and I think we have traded at some point of time.I also have the same issue when it comes to bitcoin trading.It is such an asset that grows rapidly compared to other assets u see in the share market.I would like to share a strategy that I think will help u profit more as a person. 1.Invest your own money in Btc for a long term i.e. obviously have to be the money that u can afford to loose. 2.Take a loan with lower interest to use it for daily trades.In that way u can make sure u are not regretting on those short term gains.
