42  Local / Политика / Re: Освобождение Савченко on: March 17, 2017, 01:51:28 PM

I like to drink beer with my friends and have a snack with fish or pizza. Only you need to know the measure, because the foods are high in calories and then you have to do fitness.

If I start to feel depressed, then I do myself something nice ... go shopping, walk in the fresh air, listen to good music. Sometimes you just need to talk to a friend and it will become much easier.

49  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Reason Bitcoin will always be #1 on: March 12, 2017, 07:48:57 AM
Simple. It is the father of all crpyto currency. The most used most known and the highest price in the market. A larger community and a huge support from developers so i would ask you why bitcoin?
To answers your arguments:

- high price - if you released altcoin and are dedicated to keeping price high then it can be done, you just need to be very rich and lose money in the process.
- adoption and popularity - these factors usually are key to success o a coin and can't be easily faked
- developers support - at this point and after all this scaling debate drama I don't think that bitcoin is receiving as much support from its developers as necessary

Maybe I'm not very knowledgeable person, but I'm always convinced that man is guided by the desire to make good money. Therefore, the goal of bitcoin developers was not only the creation of a blockchain, but also good money. In principle, they succeeded and although the ultimate goal has not yet been reached, the price of bitcoin is growing.
50  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could bitcoin prevent crime? on: March 12, 2017, 07:43:01 AM
For me that is nonsense bitcoin is a currency not a some sort of police or citizens security
Why not ? I believe both bitcoin and blockchain technology could be used to for a transparent transaction system so that we could track where the money flows is occurring. But we need more advanced technologies for implementing it but there are many conceptual implementations are taking place worldwide for such a system.

Wait and watch how blockchain technology will work for preventing crimes in very near future.

Are you sure, dude? bitcoin desirable because it can anonimous although it was not entirely because by the way the authorities can still track it.
Just imagine if bitcoin and blockchain implement such technologies, which certainly is closely connected with the police and the police are part of the government. So we are not directly make bitcoin is not decentralization, rigth? IMO, thank you
I do not understand how the technology of blockchain can be connected with the police. Already everyone knows that the banking system is successfully testing the technology and many banks are implementing blockchain. But I do not see communications with the police. But if there is control over bitcoin, then it will not be difficult to link it to a crime, if someone dares.
51  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Winklevoss ETF update, what does this mean? on: March 12, 2017, 07:38:02 AM
Tooooooo risky. Did you read the prospectus? If I was risking client money, I think I would risk their money on Somali oil reserves before this ETF.

I don't think that the ETF-specific risks will be large enough to matter. I mean, they have a large enough amount of bitcoins and it's relatively trivial to make a tracking ETF. Speculating in a volatile commodity/currency like Bitcoin is very risky per se - but if you are willing to stomach that risk, I don't think that speculating in a Bitcoin-tracking ETF would be significantly riskier.

All of this is a moot point anyway. I don't see this ever getting past the SEC.

Wow QuestionAuthority, you were right about this over two years ago. Here's the disapproval notice and what the SEC had to say about Bitcoin:

https://www.sec.gov/rules/sro/batsbzx.htm

Quote from: SEC ruling
Based on the record before it, the Commission believes that the significant markets for
bitcoin are unregulated. Therefore, as the Exchange has not entered into, and would currently be
unable to enter into, the type of surveillance-sharing agreement that has been in place with
respect to all previously approved commodity-trust ETPs—agreements that help address
concerns about the potential for fraudulent or manipulative acts and practices in this market—the
Commission does not find the proposed rule change to be consistent with the Exchange Act.
Maybe I do not understand what you said, so I beg to excuse me if I make a mistake, but the fact is that manipulations continue and the example of their existence is a sharp fluctuation in the price of bitcoin. I would not even be surprised if the administrations of trade exchanges take part in this.
52  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Tony Blair denies pitch to be Trump's Middle East envoy on: March 06, 2017, 09:52:03 PM
After Trump made a blockade of all Muslims to enter America, I don't know who will agree to represent its interests in the middle East. It looks like a suicide. You think Tony Blair so stupid?

Gosh I don't get people like you who are just going to say that the ban on 7 countries from entering the U.S. are places of constant warfare and a zones of terror that they'd like to improve the vetting process of coming into the US. It's not a muslim ban, it's a TEMPORARY BAN on these countries which is used to further protect the security of the citizens of the United States.

Plus, if Trump really wanted to ban a Muslim majority nations he could've went forth and showed that by banning countries such as Indonesia, Turkey, Bangladesh  and so on which all show above an 85% Muslim population within their country. The difference here is that these countries aren't terror prone / war-zones so they aren't being targeted in a ban BECAUSE the ban really isn't against Muslims.
LOL. This is who the Turks are not prone to terrorism? Who told you that? How many terrorist attacks happening now in Turkey. Terror is the main method of struggle of the Kurds for independence. I think Trump just listed all the countries with which Obama was any connection. The old clown.
I wonder why Norway, Portugal, Holland or Switzerland does not have such problems. There, no one blows up or kills anyone. No terrorists. Why do these countries manage to avoid an evil fate?
53  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trump plans to revoke Obama's Clean Water Act on: March 06, 2017, 09:46:45 PM

WOTUS interpretative rule was a jaw-dropping LAND grab.  It gave the EPA the ability to control all land which might have a puddle on it once in a while as well as land through which water might be moving under the surface (but above the water table.)

The EPA already has the ability to ensure that water is clean.  They had plenty of power to deal with the lead problem in Flint for instance.  What they choose to do was to keep their water tests results from the state for a year.  They also choose to 'accidentally' dump a whole mountain's worth of mine waste into the Animus river so that they could un-block some superfund money.  There is simply no way to break the seal to the mine shaft and not know full well what was going to happen.

I can say with confidence that what the EPA was planning to do with WOTUS was to interfere with anyone who wanted to put so much as a culvert under their driveway.  ....

That's accurate.

But it's interesting how many people here would just start with a lie that was tossed out, then build on it to create emotional anti Trump sentiment.

The WOTUS project was also an interesting study in bringing all of the propaganda methods of corp/gov to bear on an issue.  Especially noticeable was the use of social media.  Due to my own related issues I was paying close attention in real-time as the project unfolded.

If Trump is serious about doing his job and rolling back some of the centralization of power amassed over the past few decades, some effort will be put into doing a decent post-mortem of a number of the elements the EPA's WOTUS scam.

I think we still have much to learn and see under Trump's rule. Even today, some of his actions cause not only resentment, but even anger. It seems that he does not think about citizens, but about other things.
54  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Have you ever known anybody who was robbed by police? on: March 06, 2017, 09:43:09 PM
A lot of people who get robbed by cops will have this fear of getting rejected by the justice system. This will result in no one reporting these crimes and considering them as a major offense. I've never experienced it personally but I've heard a lot of stories about it. It's scary and sad at the same time. The same people who should be protecting us, are the same people who are also committing this crime.
Impunity makes people even more capable of crimes. The police always had the opportunity to do bad things, but it all depended on the identity of the policeman. Once they saw video surveillance cameras, like when they searched a jewelry store, police filled their pockets with jewelry. They did not know that they were being photographed. It was super proof.
55  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do Atheists hate Religion ? on: March 06, 2017, 09:37:30 PM
People do not choose theatheism. Atheists, simply, do not have faith in God; And those who lost faith in God, found themselves without faith in God, that is, they became atheists. They did not choose anything, did not choose, they did not take anything. They just abandoned the belief in God as a uselessness.
56  Other / Archival / Re: Do you agree with idea "Bitcoin bank" ? on: February 27, 2017, 06:36:09 AM
I think this bitcoin bank will be a good idea for long term basis because if we have a bank then it will be an attractive idea to save bitcoin and like the traditional banks of fiat, we can use those stored bitcoins to give loans to other and also get interests with our deposits. I hope this bitcoin bank idea will be establish in the future Grin.

I don't think so, Decentralization is one of the best assets of Bitcoin and if we do something like that there will come a time that decentralization may be gone. I don't want any banks holding up my money, it is not that much but I don't really need someone holding my money.

me also , it doesn't seem appropriate if bitcoin will be somewhat like banks , we will still want the way it is now that we can access it easily ,and make it sure that its secured.
Bitcoin will lose a lot of advantages when only appear bitcoin bank. He will be forced to work and cooperate with the state and its institutions. So I do not think that bitcoin bank idea is good enough.
I opted for the need of bitcoin bank. As stated above it comes under some central authority which should not happen. I expect a bank similar to a support center, because only through that its possible to reach the public who lack in technology. If the entire public starts using bitcoin then only we can get into mainstream usage which is a must one for future growth.
If bitcoin bank will have more and legal obligations, the user will be very handy. But it is not clear whether such an opportunity to borrow or to lay down deposits in bitcoin bank. How bitcoin bank will be different from ordinary banks.
57  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: February 27, 2017, 06:31:53 AM
Cash is a tangible asset whereas bitcoin is not, but still you can use your bitcoins to purchase things that can also be purchased by cash though in some occasions there are some contingencies needed like the use of a prepaid debit card that can be loaded by bitcoins. The huge difference that I can say is about which of which is a better investment tool, which obviously is bitcoin.
I vesting is good for bitcoin if you both last year then you are in good plus by income. But no matter what we do invest or withdraw we end with cash/fiat in our pockets.
Bitcoin is still perceived as a means for earning real money. We can not choose one or the other currency. As for me, I copes with bitcoin and Fiat. And tell me that they needed more together.

Why can't we choose? We do that everyday! Even consumers do that choice, picking gasoline at one day or pedrodollars on another, regarding tax price and consumption needs. Traders are even more volatile on that, choosing currencies depending on associated countries development perspective.
Absolutely. It is not the first time trying to prove to people that bitcoin is secondary when real money, especially now. Of course cryptocurrency brings a good profit, but every day we use the money for our needs, and without it we nowhere.
58  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: February 15, 2017, 08:24:48 PM
The Altcoin market is of course profitable - but it is not for the panicky people. You need to know which coin to trust and which one not to.
yes every one has their own choice but to me i think trading alt coins is the best option for trading and specially for those who have good experience and interested in trading. i myself have good experience in trading therefore to me trading is the best way of making bitcoins.
Since trading is a safer way to earn bitcoin than others. Still it is possible to dismiss this farm for production, but it is a bit expensive because of electricity consumption.
59  Economy / Economics / Re: What if US Dollar Crashes? on: February 15, 2017, 08:20:03 PM
After Trump will rise to 20% tax on products from Mexico and build a big wall on the border, then the dollar may even change the policy and to him will be even stricter.
I did not heard that in the news.. here in my country honestly many people are hating that president trump that starting to strike trump because of many reason that honestly i don't care..
For me i think that us dollar will still remain the same and it will never crash this is what i think till now from before..
The news show that all the sundry. One day they say one thing and the other quite the opposite. I have all of the assets in US dollars and would be a shame if all will fail because of the fool.
60  Other / Off-topic / Re: what do you think about live after dead....? believe it or not..? why..? on: February 15, 2017, 08:05:15 PM
I think smart people after death are meant for other, supreme place and stupid people will return back on earth

When you say meant for other what exactly do you mean ? Is it somekind of heaven or what, heaven for smart people.... pff that sounds stupid to me. Supreme place, yea right. And stupid people go back to earth? So i guess some people will go in circle. So you say you believe in reincarnation ?
Many religions preach on the ground that that person is still more rise again after the coming of Christ to earth. This is a fairy tale or a true story no one would say significantly.
