You want to start big but you do not know how hard it is to manage that big farm. You only just said that you are good in it yet that is not the basis of being a good farmer. It is the strategy to make it big not just by asking it here to make it happen. I know some farmers started small but now are having huge farm. They do no own the land but he was able to own it after several years.
long term lease is great idea i already tried it with government bare lands but there is some problem with it water is the main problems most great lands that give good crop and have good water supply already owning by private inverters. if you have good plan and great exception in agriculture business you have to plan it maintain some conditions too so ive search many meatheads and plan with my friend who has phd in agriculture we are looking international investor because we need maintain number of owners who in agri business as small number as we can we are not plan to do farm we are planing to grow some crops that need Les labors and cost effective and what has give good return |

Cut your cloth according to your size, so far you have tried to raise the money and unable to, I will only advice you to look for any governmental loans or grants for peoe that want to do agricultural business in your country, maybe you are going to get help or support from them. Or if you are rich to an extent, this can attract investors.

Okay, I bought for the first time ADA. So I read Coinswitch is a good cheap option to get ADAs. Unfortunatelly I couldnt see any possibility at Coinswitch to buy directly ADA with UDS (maybe you know any way?). So I bought for 400$ 0.044666 BTC. These 0.044666 BTC I traded then into 9,453.620789 ADA at Coinswitch.
So I went immediatelly to an online converter and checked how much my 9,453.620789 ADA are worth right now. It was 362.26$ !!! So is this normal? I paid almost 10% or 40$ in transaction cost. Is there a cheaper way to get ADAs?

its becouse some exchange charge flat deposit commision and when you process they will charge exchange fee too .you said you just brought it best way to reduce the fee is just put buy order and wait it will prevent you from charging spread.that can be nearly 2% |

Today it is this, yesterday it was a different message and tomorrow they will think of something else. Nobody is going to contact you over Telegram offering you anything that is true. Any money, promotion, protection or investment offer your receive you should consider a scam attempt and simply ignore it and report it to Telegram. yes they just trying to steel others crypto currency without a earning or investing in to crypto.i also get some mesages saying they like to offer 10% for exchange the coin but i didnt engage with it.i just asked il put order on exchange and they can buy for price + 10% .they quite and i still keep some of my crypto. |

It makes no logical sense to sell an altcoin right at the very bottom of a market cycle. Look I know its very painful to see that altcoin you love some much cause you so much grief, and not to mention checking your altcoin account balance looks like a scene from a horror movie.
