Something is corrupt your IMS wallet  files
 try one more step,%appdata% ,Roming,IMS ,wallet ,db files,rename db files like db-old and save it as *all filles*
turn on your wallet , if not .backup your wallet.dat ,delete every files including wallet ims-qt.exe

Be careful not to delete your personal wallet data as you may lose your coins – if you are unsure at all then make sure you create a copy of all the files, and store it somewhere safe as a backup, before you delete anything.

i think because you open the file  Conf  in % AppData% and  you forgot to save it "all files"
or something in Conf file is not put in order
