It includes an "s" where the real one doesnt have one: Von: webmaster <presale@bitmain stech.com> Reply-to: presale@bitmain stech.com [...] They can be without the s too. Its called spoofing. It wont really come from bitmaintech.com but it will look like it does. Reply to the email and see where it goes. |

Maybe their just mining with everyones miner or "testing them". Each day of delays would surely be very profitable for them, there has to be a catch cause the price was so cheap, or its just a scam.

Hi everyone, I received my miner today and wanted to add my results thus far.
I had the miner working on the Suprnova Zec pool with no issues and then switched over to MPH mining BTG. I am currently overclocked to frequency of 631 getting 15,360 sol/s and drawing 327 watts at the wall.
Compared to my GPU rig pulling over 1000 and getting a little over 3,000 sol that is extremely impressive. The question now is just how long it will last before becoming an expensive Brick!
Side note, I could not get the Suprnova BTG pool working for whatever reason but the Zec pool worked just fine.
Thats good, someone said they were getting 16kh at 380watts, you found a better combination, are you in a cold climate? |

This was emailed to me 5th june, i dont see the free shipping. So i doubt thats available. Baikal only accept usd so thats one benefit of this groupbuy. Bk x are still good value, they will add more algos eventually and most of its current algos do ok , unlike the giant b. Considering the market, the miners price and low power consumption , its not bad.

Its come to the point you cant trust an email from anyone. Any of your contacts can be spoofed, the only way to find out the truth is to reply to the email, to see where it goes. This can be done with phone numbers too.

I'm enjoying mining monero XMC on antpool.
I'm mining monero a little under 1 xmc per day. Guess who is powering and gots the support of xmc. Bitmain/antpool. They got way more cash than the monero Dev's and will pay to make sure XMC wins
Guess what happens when monero v7 secret asics get invovled, xmr is going to have to run away from the inevitable and fork again and create 5 more confusing fork coins. Guess what will happen. XMC will Moon b/c its the original and its asic powered and doesn't need to deal with that forking drama.
The monero devs will eventually realize they need asics at some point. But guesss what XMC is already powered by asics and that leaves the monero devs in limbo for making a bad choice to fork every 6 months. They dug their own graves.
My investment thesis is that we will have the "Jihan'ing" event where XMC will overtake XMR and be worth $200 a coin.
i think i agree with you, and why is sumocoin comeback to cryptonight from v7, i think they are realized and need more hash to stand and protect they chain keep alive, more miner more high diff and more on value. Sumokoin had a rouge dev who wanted to fork his own version so the other side decided to resort back to old algo to secure their coin version with the most hash, and squash any new version with the massive hash power of asics. |
