I have two suggestions.
1. Set up a server with New York close 5 day week. This is what most of the market movers, institutions, are using. It's defacto the industry standard. GMT close gives six day week with an extra candle on Sunday. This makes any indicator, such as moving averages, show incorrect levels from 4 hour and above time frames. I'm aware an EA was built to try to fix it on the client side via offline charts but it works poorly: no ask line, can't switch between time frames on the offline chart requiring to have multiple charts for each time frame which in turn requires redrawing charts studies on each chart.
2. Consider periodically adjusting commission. The meteoric rise in BTC has made the commission no longer competitive. It's effectively double of what I'm currently paying with my current broker.

We do update are pro forex and metals commission periodically and have been working on an automated solution that will change it according to exchange rates so there are no longer huge gaps where users could be paying too much or too little. Do you allow your clients to trade mini or even custom Lots?

iŽve traded with evolve markets last month. i couldnŽt withdraw yet but i consider the experience of accounts based in btc very positive being forex trader. iŽd like you offer pamm accounts. i suppose youŽd be the first broker to offer pamm accounts based in btc.

We have the Platform capability for MAM accounts but there's extensive development needed to put it on our client site. Hello there,
I'd like to confirm a few points:
1) What is the type of FX trading offered by your platform? Do you guys really offer Forex (Spot Market) or CFD of Forex?
2) What (type of) Forex price feed do you use? From which sources?
3) Couldn't figure out (find) your financing rates (daily or yearly) for FX pairs. Would you mind revealing that info in a more simpler way (i.e. rates per day, per month, per year)?
BTW competitors usually use something near the LIBOR/LIBID → rates that don't make it prohibitive for swing and position FX traders to operate...
Hello Financisto, - Our FX and Metals is real spot and our indices and some commodities are CFD. - Our price is not a single feed so to speak, we STP via Prime of Prime setup that is an aggregate trade/price from a pool of LPs. If you want to learn more about prime of prime please look here as an example http://www.markets.saxo/solutions/prime-brokerage . - Here's our swap rates and they are updated daily https://evolve.markets/trading/swap/ . The charge is per day and each amount is per 100k in volume ( 1 lot in mt4). As an example our EURUSD swap is now LONG 1.96516, SHORT -6.78874 . The margin currency of EURUSD is EURO so its 1.96516 EUR per 100k as the fee/ day . So if you hold 1 lot of ERUUSD long for 1 day it will charge you $1.96516 EUR and convert this to BITS then debit it from your account. As bitcoin transaction fees tend to become exorbitant, it would be great if you could add the option of accounts denominated in Ethereum or NEM. Implementing two-step verification via google authenticator would also improve security.

Maybe you have a point. The fact that they aren't following this thread and chiming in after a couple days is a bit odd in itself.
Can anyone recommend a forex broker that offers BTC deposits, supports MT4 and has relatively lax ID reqs?
Just to be clear, I have had no problem with evolve.markets yet, but we all know how quickly these things can go bad.

Apologies about this. Our node was disconnected from our sql database overnight due to an update causing auto deposits to break. The issue is now resolved and overnight deposits have been pushed to Metatrader. Please check your account and confirm here. Regards, Evolve |

First, platform seems stable, but sometimes orders go busy and need some time to be filled. this is not a good thing, so servers need to be improved.

Which body regulate this financial company ? Do you offer PAMM account ? Hello pcoin, lelik.dss's withdrawal issue was resolved. The issue was our mail api provider had his email domain blocked so he could not confirm the withdrawal confirmation email. We say "up to 24 hours" on the site for time but in reality it's within the hour, sometimes in minutes . There can be multiple hour delays on weekends and during the London trading session hours. We are a registered IBC in Saint Vincent in the grenadines. Currently we do not offer PAMM accounts but if there's sufficient demand in the future we can add it. Regards, Evolve |

I try Evolve market for real. Initial deposit was of 5 BTC . Well, i trade on pro account with high risk profile (lev 500x). First, platform seems stable, but sometimes orders go busy and need some time to be filled. this is not a good thing, so servers need to be improved. Spread are honest, (about 1 pip on major). A really good thing was spread on BTC\$ , that was everytime around 2 BTC (other broker have 4-5 BTC or more) The only thing i don't like is that stop out margin is @50%  . Speculators need 30% or full margin.  Thank you for the comments. If you like our spreads, try switching the account type to pro and you will spreads as low as 0 on EURUSD and USDJPY with a 6000 bit per lot commission. ( commission rate will adjust every week depending on BTC rate. While our stop out is 50% margin, currently we do not have balance size restrictions on leverage amounts like some brokers who offer 30% or lower do. Regards, Evolve |

There are limit on trading position (for example 1Broker have a limit of 8 BTC for pairs) ? To keep funds safe, we use 100% cold storage with hardware security modules. We developed proprietary software to receive and approve withdrawal requests that have multi layers of confirmation before manually sending out funds. Additionally, on the client side, we offer Google 2fa, address lock feature, the use of MT4 pass as a secondary pass layer and all user data is encrypted. Usually a withdrawal gets processed within the hour or less however we can have some multi hour delays during the London session. Regarding trading positions, we have no limit. We offer 500:1 forex trading and 10:1 btc trading for any balance amount. In the future we may introduce some restrictions on 500:1 FX leverage for balances over 20 BTC however this would not limit the size of the position you have with a forex or BTC trade . Your trade can be as large as you like as long as you have the balance to cover the margin. We do have max sizes for a single trade but you can have ' n' number of open trades in a single account. 500:1 leverage on index CFD's  maybe I will try you guys out. Also instant withdraws are always preferable but if they are quick manual withdraws it's not so bad.. SimpleFX was the same way at the start... they were manual w/d then eventually went to semi-instant. Yes we need to overcome our fear of losing money because if we did that then it would be easy for us to stop worrying on our losses and just focus in recover those loss. If you overcome your fear then you will be more comfortable on doing a certain kind of things. Don't be afraid of losses because losses are same as lessons which can help you to be a stronger and wiser person.
If you want to become a great trader then you need to be broad minded and always prepare yourself mind to admit the lost you made in trading, and not to lose heart, you have to continue with your own strategy and always thinking about how to change your trading into profitable trading. There is no harm in copying successful trading strategy  I think it is already proven so no need to reinvent the wheel just to test that strategy if it is ok or not. I also agree that it is better to lost some money in trading than losing your heart and belief in your skills and knowledge. Losing money can't be avoided during the learning curve, what matter is how you will emerge successful in your later trades. One of the most important things about a trading strategy is if it's the right fit for the personality of the trader or not. There are plenty of working strategies out there but many require different magnitudes of patience and discipline that can be better or worse for different personalities . Regarding losses, it should be looked at as any business. Part of trading is taking losses so it should be included as an expected event in your trading plan. Look at a food business as an example.. the food business owner needs to decide if they are going to buy expensive ingredients and sell fancy meals at a lower volume and expect X amount in thrown losses on any day or if they are going to buy cheap ingredients , sell high volume+low price and expect to throw X away every day. Then end result is a mix of making profit and take some loss to make it at a various paces. A trade plan is no different in concept but its pnl cycle is 100X faster |

It's not only the fear of losing money; successful traders must also NOT have a subconscious fear of success and making profits. Most people that try trading find themselves willing to sit in losses for lengthy amounts of time but quickly take profits that are never proportionate to the risk taken. This is due to a natural subconscious fear of success that most people have. If you go into a trade believing the odds are against you then the odds will be against you!

On the era of Blockchain is absurd that there are transactions processed manually yet. Try to change terms of withdrawals if you want trader's trust
From FAQ:
"All withdrawals are processed manually to ensure the highest levels of security and are submited to blockchain usually within a few hours. However, please allow up to 24 hours for withdrawal processing"
