Elastic would be better with more marketing and more exchanges but faster coding process and more team members are required before all else. The project has been going slowly for months. Many XEL owners (not investors) sold their coins accordingly.
team members do not care for pump and dump. they want to create a good technology not based on monetary gain like other projects. xel will grow at a slow pace because of dedicated devs and it does not matter what anyone else thinks. satoshis vision was not to gain money. buy the tech, not the marketing - besides, XEL is not complete yet, the marketing will come once there's a product to put on the market. lol many people in crypto believe everything should be marketed before it is even half done all money grabbing and dont care about blockchain tech just their wallets

What competitor projects? iexec, sonm, golem, dadi, aelf, dfinity, .. take your pick. All trying to achieve similar goal, albeit with different methods. I only know some of those projects and they are not comparable to elastic. For example, SONM doesn't even have a whitepaper and they cannot explain how they pay the miners (Unanswered question: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1845114.msg29159219#msg29159219 ). Saying they are not comparable without any reasons isn't terribly convincing. I'm not that into sonm, but I think you put up a security deposit as a "miner" (aka computation provider), not requiring proof of work. I like iexec's solution of proof of contribution protocol for that particular problem: https://medium.com/iex-ec/about-trust-and-agents-incentives-4651c138974c. do any of those projects have their own blockchain? or erc20?

is there any reason why it is taking so long to resume trading? i grow nervous

Geo being most negative in last 24h but has not traded for 12 hours. annoying They are swapping coins to ERC20 GEO tokens in Ubiq and total circulating supply got reduced.. So Bittrex paused the trading not sure how soon they will resume....Price should go up once it started trading... Geo does not have its own blockchain? or will do in future?

I sold my 2300 geo at 41000 sat. Price probably back to 10k, still very high. Doesnt seem like much is happening here so I will wait for dump under 10k before buying. I am no troll but i just think price will slowly decline as no big news for geo many say it is the crypto that will not be worth anything
I doubt we will hit 10k after token swap. Let's not forget that total supply will reduce from 5mln to 4mln and many GEO stuck in exchanges and wallets will get "lost" forever because many people don't know about token swap they probably either won't even try to contact GeoCoin's support. But in primis... From PoW to PoL pow is not done yet though is it so much more dumpin can happen. 10k is still a good high value though. If you have some more - could you please put some orders down below 40k? I would not mind to switch some Ubiq for Geo at that price and you can rebuy later at 10k I very hope that the price doesnt go that low!! I am not sure though in my mind end of pow phase means that less coins a day less dumping meaning more price increases. I would think this but crypto is very odd and markets are difficult to predict. also less coins 5m down to 4m should mean more value. But I can only guess.

Please have your coins on Bittrex Exchange for the swap.
Thank you
Hi, My coins are on cryptopia. Is that exchange still supporting the swap aswell? On the website and the youtube video your saying bittrex and cryptopia. Yeah Cryptopia is taking part too: https://image.prntscr.com/image/Njf1Xar0STOP3XY0-UAUoQ.pngWhat do you feel will be price outcome of the upcoming days?

Morons dump for no reason!! The reason is Bitcoin: 1. FUD caused by South Korea’s new tax law. 2. CME’s futures contracts going to expire on 26 January, most likely to be another win for shorts (CBOE closed for bears too). 3. Weak hands being wiped out of the game. I hope you are correct and things will turn around soon

Looks like devs picked a real good time for the swap. It might actually save geo and bring the value much higher while everything falls go geo! nobody left to sell as everyone sold days ago

Price dumping so hard Saw somebody buy 9 BTC at 61k they must be shocked. I expect this is whale games before pump around news of swap What happend 2 weeks ago was very unexpected imo as market did not get any additional information about the swap or outlook on the future of the project. The project itself is undervalued, but I am not surprised that people who bought at 20$ and see their btc's vanish decide to jump with whatever they have left; after all we are a week away and we still know nothing about specification of the new blockchain. I saw many buy in above 60k I think it will not stay at these prices long personally Think so too, got some friends rushing home to buy. lul I do not understand why people would sell now crypto traders very odd
