Btw, anyone with connections to https://endthefud.org/ here? I was suprised to not find a link to kycnot.me on their website. Could fit the categories Control and Governments. You have to open an issue or pull request on the EndTheFud Github repository and add the link yourself. It's how I got BitcoinCleanup in there. But you're going to have to choose a section to put it in between "Control" and "Governments", because I don't think you're able to link it in two places at once. Okay, thanks for the suggestion @Helena Yu and @NotATether. I'll go ahead and do that. Even though I agree with Helena on the rating for some sites that seems off in comparison to others. I don't understand why right now Agoradesk, LocalMonero, and PeachBitcoin can get 10 points when they're not completely decentralized. Those services need to create an account and closed source, I think they should get 9 instead of 10. Yes agreed, anything with an account creation or a party in the middle isn't decentralized. Should be 8/10 or maybe 9 but 10 doesn't make sense at all. Damn, mixers don't seem to age well it seems. |

So dieses Mal wird und muss es nun klappen und um meiner Aussage noch die nötige Kraft zu geben vote ich auch für 25 PH. Bei den letzten Runs wollte es mit 20 PH nicht klappen also ändern wir unsere Strategie ein wenig und die 5 PH mehr werden schon nicht die Welt kosten.
Von mir aus machen wir diesmal, ausnahmsweise, auch gernen einen 25 PH/s run. Abwechslung muss sein, auch wenn ich denke langfristig sind 20 die vernünftigere Wahl. Bin ja auch gespannt, wie stark die Konkurrenz diesmal ist. @willi9974 Bitte mich mit 25 PH/s eintragen aber nur für Run 52. Dankeschön. |

Normally I would say that the hash price falls when the BTC price rises.
In our case, it is probably the case that many more people are now trying to find a block and therefore more hashpower is being rented.
More demand, same supply of miners, rising price
The price has risen on all marketplaces.

I guess it's caused by some semi-irrational behaviour fueled by Bitcoins latest bullish price-journey. Also, not to forget, Halving is coming closer and closer and the window of opportunity for a 6.25 (+ fees) block is about to close in approximately 6 months.

I did a quick search but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for:
There is a website that keeps track of current options to stay as private as possible with Bitcoin, incuding a list of different DEX options and a rating based on certain criteria. I remember BISQ wallet having the best rating. Can't find my bookmark on my old device and don't remember the name of said website.
If anyone knows what I am talking about, would be much appreciated. Or any other great resources on the topic for that matter. Thanks in advance.

No the run is by 79% done, but the haskpower price is higher and higher... Waiting to came back to a normal level... than the actual run will fire the rest of 21% to our solo pool. Best regards, Willi I feel like I am missing some logic here, but how comes just because BTC price goes up, the hash price in terms of BTC does also increase? Should be mapped 1:1, no? In terms of USD, sure it makes sense you need to pay more if the price of Bitcoin increases but I don't see why that would make sense in terms of BTC. Anyway, 21% left, let's hope we can crack it this time. Didn't see a better bestshare for quite a while now. |

I’ve seen a lot of hardware wallets like this. Anyone would be insane to trust them. As a collectible to never be plugged in to a computer, sure why not. I’ve bought a few over the years. Mainly in my earlier btc days though when there weren’t many wallets. But yeah the fact that there’s no website tells you everything. 100%, should be mandatory to not trust any 3rd party devices except maybe the handful of established ones. I gotta say I usually wouldn't want to collect something that just makes use of the Bitcoin theme but has a good chance to be (or become) a scam. My taste has changed over the years I guess - for a while anything with a Bitcoin logo would catch my attention. These days it would need to be an item that really displays some special level of art to make me overlook the possibly scammy side of it. |
