Dash is systematically becoming centralised step by step. We have to stop this. These are the reasons why Dash is becoming centralized:

1. DCG vote for their own proposals with a large number of masternodes.

2. Ryan often will not answer questions about spending in the DCG proposals e.g. the DCG office space which has been shown to be completely empty on every time a trusted member of DASH has undertake spot checks on their office. Not once was any of DCG staff in that office at ASU complex. 55k for office space that is mostly empty. Ryan has not responded to my requests for feedback on this. Doesn't exactly garner trust Ryan when you remain silent. Doesn't look good at all on you Ryan and honestly it reduces my trust and confidence in Ryan Taylor by the lack of response.

3. Ryan Taylor has said several times he wants MNOs to "trust" e.g. he stated that we should trust the DIF and put forward his suggestions to the network that the MNOs do not need to approve their funding through a vote. We must be able to vote on funding from the DIF and we need to see the full financial investment agreement to do that. The DIF, which now also includes Ryan Taylor, does not want to agree to full transparency on the NDA. My view is if an organization wants an NDA on the financial agreement they are not right for being funded by a decentralized organization because we need to have transparency in the agreements and we need to see the full terms of those agreements.

4. The Dash Trust Protectors meetings are kept private. We don't know what goes on in those meetings. Why not?

5. DCG put Dash code into closed source for over a year and during that time did not answer my requests for information in their funding proposals which I repeatedly asked. We all now know why that was now. It was not to give Dash first mover advantage - it was because the code was not developed as it was supposed to be.

5. Ryan Taylor comes from a background of traditional finance. I'm sorry, but I inherently have a healthy level of skepticism from anyone coming from the traditional financial system and entering the Dash project. Ryan reached out to Evan Duffield and not the other way around.

6. I have spoken with DashWatch members in depth about circumstances regarding Alt36 and DCG claims on that project. I am not going to reveal all the details that I learned here because I don't think it is appropriate however I was disturbed by what I learned from speaking with DashWatch.

7. DCG do not want DashWatch reports on their project. I've spoken with DashWatch about this personally. There are excuses like it would take too much time or money or we have to trust them on their quarterly reports. Every other Dash project is subject to a DW report as an independent audit but DCG will not agree to do it.

8. Ryan is now also working on the DIF as well as on DCG CEO. I would not mind this so much provided we have full transparency on the actual financial agreement for funding - however we don't have this. My view is funding from a decentralized organization needs to be 100% transparent when it comes to the terms of the agreement. NDA's can be used for IP knowledge but not on the financial investment agreement.

9. If DCG are to continue to vote on their own proposal we should at least know how many MNs are they voting with exactly so that we can make a more informed decision how fake social proof is acting on these proposals.

Stage by stage, bit by bit we are losing decentralized control to DCG through Ryan Taylor's leadership. If this continues and the number of Masternodes that DCG holds increases we will lose decentralized control of the Dash Project. This is also likely to happen if this proposal passes because DCG will have access to even greater amounts of funds.

How would I feel OK with the budget increasing to 20? The following would have to happen as a minimum:

a) DCG agree to have quarterly DashWatch reports on their project.
b) We have procedures in place for MNOs to have the information they need in order to make quality decisions on projects. I have suggested a few ways this can be done on the Dash Forum.
c) The DIF have fully transparent investment agreements to the network. No NDAs obscuring financial agreements with the network. NDAs can be used on protecting knowledge on IP only but not on the financial agreement itself.

d) Spending by DCG is in question as far as I am concerned until the DCG is systematically independently audited both financially and on their project by DashWatch. In the past DCG wanted to spend 1 million dollars on google Ads. This shows that as the budget increase the spends increase and often without proper thought about how those funds are to be spent. 1 million dollars on google ads was absolutely crazy. Luckily circumstances changed so they could not spend this.

The $200,000 - $250,000 dollars per month going to DCG is more than enough. They have to learn to use this money more wisely. This is more than most other crypto projects are getting and even with this we still have not delivered Evolution on time.

I feel MNOs need to fight to ensure that the Dash project remains decentralized and that we do not have to rely on trust at all ".

1- the crypto sector does not have debts with DASH based on the past -as it does not have with ETC-. To expect that is to expect weather effects after the rain dance.
2- that the behavior of the crypto sector has monetary conditions that are ignored, even in its most basic aspects. Incentivized Community Engagement



As noted by Ryan Taylor and others, voter participation is often very low. There are a few things we could do about this, such as voter registration, but it wouldn’t address concerns of centralization.



As it happens, Dash Platform and usernames offers us a solution. My one big assumption is that the financial model for dash usernames will produce a well distributed foundation to build from. If not, then we have bigger problems.



ODOV will allow all end users to upvote or downvote MNOs. By doing so, the voting power of said MNOs will be amplified or reduced accordingly. The exact level of amplification / reduction is yet to be decided but for now I am proposing by a factor of five. If you like, this equates to five star reviews on Amazon.



The criteria for voting would be, a) a valid username, and b) a minimum balance of one US dollar held in the most recent voting cycle.

This Mason, with Valenzuela, are the individuals who, with DASH at 40 and a few dollars, encouraged, "the community", WITH VAULTORO ADVERTISING CLOTHES       ... to "take advantage of" the "wealth stabilization resources" that the ecosystem DASH provides its users (obviously, selling their DASH under those dire circumstances and buying Gold ... what is a COMPREHENSIVE wealth drain, and literally like hammering someone in the head who is drowning in the sea ). This type of approach can only be sustained by true economic illiterates unable to differentiate between bacon and speed. And it is absolutely incomprehensible that the organization they supposedly represent stand up to the same level of mental destitution for years.

The point is that the community of Mnodes does not punch the table and has delegated, due to depression, resignation, or an exhaustion of years for a dynamic lacking any common sense, no longer a leadership that these people are incapable of assuming, but "the official image" of DASH, accepting that a project endowed with robust and solid monetary perspectives years ago, that is, with a SERIOUS MONETARY vocation in the middle of the obscene "ICO party" of 2017, becomes a party high school (actually, the most useless high school students). If you are able to put aside the stridencies of my line of opinion, I honestly invite you to watch Valenzuela's interview with Mason from a couple of days ago: With the rigors you have in certain aspects, I assure you that your hair will turn on edge (I was able, with enormous effort, to endure 20 minutes of such a succession of nonsense). The absence of the least rigor or criterion is simply chilling. And perhaps even worse, the conviction of these elements, to be helping, leading the way, illuminating ... when they are precisely authentic time bombs, a couple of "useful fools" necessary to camouflage the nonsense of DCG who have believed that the consequent proximity of such close treatment for their information corruption makes them referents "of something". And they are only like two drunks convinced they can win the Indianapolis 500.

Obviously, the invitations to that crazy line of organization and communication that this subject uses and claims, is accepted, as you can see HERE in the last pages of ridiculous, deliberately confusing and biased promotional posts ... as well as to expand that fallacious expansion line ( kick the can and go forward ) . Personally, I don't even believe I know the general attitude of the Mnodes, rather the noise of shameless elements who don't give a shit that DASH looks like tacky and obscene garbage ... a fifth division product (and I'm not talking about the the product itself, but the shameful image of overflowing amateurism it projects).

DASH still has too many strong arguments to project itself well to the sector and investors who approach it. Although many do not understand it (they simply do not have the least capacity to savor this gem) ... it should be much more than a meme.

A couple of points on which some opinions coincide and that I personally understand can be qualified.

Regarding the "leakage of resources" that some opinions perceive as negative in Venezuela: Of 5326 tokens of the last monthly budget, only 3 proposals approved for the "waste" of Venezuela, 2 of them promoted by Yoana Castillo, the dynamic woman of Mall and Parking that fights with its entire team every shitty coin before the miserable Mnodes (reading a conversation in DASH Nexus denying this woman bread and salt literally produces human shame ... when she spent half a dozen salary workers kicking the street for around $ 1,500 ... TOTALLY !!! ...as DAO scammers questioned them, scratching their balls from their houses). Anyway ... the total cost of all the proposals amounts to the "catastrophic" figure of 158 DASH.

Yes, 158 tokens of a total of 5326 !!! Honestly, perhaps previous initiatives focused on Venezuela have been excessive or poorly planned ... but today, there is not the least problem, imo.



Another point is the repeated request for improved and increased marketing for DASH ... something that has been repeated since I entered the project four years ago.

I suppose it will be in reference to increasing the promotion ... of lies and deception. Or that promotion will have an honest and transparent informative background ? Because in those terms, the crypto community, which DOES know DASH, does not want a single token of this centralized and extractive structure, they know that they want to put it in DASH, will fly for the "slaughtered" Mnodes. Will the conditions for investors of less than 1000 tokens appear in these promotions? That those tokens will only be worth "to be spent" and that the parasitic ponzi has been charging, even with the price of the coin ruined?

What DASH has to do is have a worthy project, in accordance with its initial approaches prior to being distorted to optimize the private theft of 200 people around the world ... and that benefits those who choose to promote it so that everyone is involved and Also, have a transparent and honest speech that you can be proud of and involve more people, even through word of mouth that occurs spontaneously when you have something positive to share, without the need for extra marketing - which, of course, in general, it's never bad - instead of having a centralized scam whose tracks must be erased with tricks, half-truths and outright lies in every communication they make and which, logically, lead the project directly to hell. Vecause, let's not kid ourselves, many people already know DASH and what they know is that they do not want to touch that garbage with the end of a stick.

The truth is that a jewel like DASH would deserve that approach ... another thing is that a band of mediocre people do not even know how to make money with those enormous qualities and even worse, not even manipulating it to their measure and turning it into shit. That is the problem.
