And why is it that there are so many people with the same problem....Doing a transaction and the money is removed from the source...ie MtGox....so that you have it and then it's tied up for many days with no access except for BitInstants.....who are free to use it for that time

Why is it that the only response I can get is that you will provide a new coupon "shortly" and then days go by with no response?

What has happened and why so secretive about it?

I have sent many emails to support@bitinstant.ladesk.com...as well as phone calls...leaving messages.  The only response I got was;

Hello Bam,

We'll be sending you a new Gox coupon via email shortly. Thanks for your patience.

That was 4 days ago.

The only reason I was able to locate this forum was because I have been keeping MtGox updated on this situation and they told me about this site.
