41  Economy / Services / Re: [PAYING] Need people to post on my UFO / Alien themed forum on: June 21, 2019, 06:41:44 PM
You can't find a user here who will accept your offer, they need to post 20 constructive post for $1? wherein if they joined a bounty here in the forum they can earn $20-$30 even if they are member/copper member.

The only users who will mostly join your bounty are spammers and non constructive user, so don't expect a reasonable length, on topic and of a decent standard kind of post.

I may suggest that you should increase your payment so you'll be able to meet that kind of post.

Dude, stop trasking people's threads. This isn't article writing it's forum posting, an article is evergreen content, forum posts are to an extent but it's not on the same footing as an article. The majority of sites that used to pay people to post on forums charged this rate.

You nor anyone else is forced to participate, keep scrolling, people are posting and participating for that pice, just because it isn't for you doesn't eman you should come here and try trash my thread.

Additionally, by reasonable length I mean no forum games, no what song did you listen to last kind of threads that enoucrage one or two word replies.

It's EXACTLY why we don't pay 50 cent a word when people post replies like:

Yea, I agree, great post, keep it up!

Like I said, don't like it, scroll on, so many people spend time scouering these forums for faucets to get paid not even close to this, this may not be great money to you living in the west but may be a lifeline to someone, somewhere in the world. It may also be the chance for someone to earn some money to talk about something they'd do for free anyway.

Just stop being so negative.
42  Economy / Services / Re: [PAYING] Need people to post on my UFO / Alien themed forum on: June 21, 2019, 06:37:43 PM
Is there a limit to be posting on your forums?

And that's exceedingly low. Can you bump your prices by a bit?

I'm afraid I can't pay more, people are doing it for that price.

I'm not asking for amazing articles here I'm paying people to participate in discussion on a subject that they may enjoy otherwise keep scrolling.

Many of the famous posting websites that were around for forums were at this rate as well.

The limit is done 20 posts at a time, if the posts had good spelling and grammar and contributed well to the forums, it can be renewed on a 20 post basis at a time with regular work for anyone who is exceptional at MAYBE a better price.
43  Economy / Services / [PAYING] Need people to post on my UFO / Alien themed forum on: June 19, 2019, 01:06:57 PM
I need a number of people to post on my UFO themed forums / website.

You can either do one of two things:

* Post comments on my blog
* Post on my forums

I'm paying $1 for 20 posts or comments, posts must be of reasonable length, on topic and of a decent standard.

Not wanting essays but not wanting one or two word replies either.

Only thing I require is for you to upload an avatar to participate.

Payment can ONLY be made in one of the following: BCH/ETH/DASH/LTC/XRP/XLM/NANO

Please let me know if you're interested or willing to do this

You're not going to fetch a good price for it.

Nobody is going to want to pay good money for something that can be claimed back by contacting support.

I'd recommend selling this via conventional methods, PayPal or what not where the buyer has some form of protection.

The only other way would be to use an escrow where by after a certain amount of time has elapsed the bitcoin would release to you.

Any UK Cards?

Worried because of lack of feedback, may be willing to do this with escrow.
50  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Have 1 BTC in alts should I transfer all to BTC on: May 05, 2019, 10:56:43 AM
First of all all newb / jr.members on this forum that claim they got 1-100 bitcoins are actualy are just spammers so you have to prove that you've got those coins.
Second is that everything depends on what you want to achieve. If you need to get some bigger profit then you may buy all those shitcoins and wait for pump. If you want to keep your money safe then just buy BTC. It have a larger cap and during all recent price changes it's correction was always not that hard that the other coins had. So if you are goind to hodl instead of speculation then buy BTC.

First of all, I don't have to prove anything, that's just ridiculous.

I'm not offering any product or service here, I don't think 1 BTC is even a lot of money tbh, anyone who was in from the start will have WAYYY more than 1 BTC in funds so why I'd lie over an insignificant amount of money when I gain nothing from that lie is just questionable.

Even if I was lying and this was a hypothetical question what difference does it make. It doesn't actually affect anyone here on the forum at all. Regardless, I am not lying and this 'you have to provide proof' business is just ridiculous.

Finally, this is more directed at everyone else who has replied.

I'm not asking for financial advice, I'm asking for opinions, this forum is honestly made up of the most ridiculous and uptight people that are so rigid. You could literally close down ANY topic outside of trading on this forum by saying to everyone 'this forum isn't for financial advice'.

I'm not going to bloody blame others if I make a decision and it's the wrong one, ultimately it's my choice at the end of the day and any decision I make right or wrong I can only blame myself for.

Thank you to those who have bothered to share their opinion and be friendly, I really appreciate that!

I suppose I was trying to gage the rest of the communities response and see if anyone had a thought, opinion or idea that maybe I had not thought of when coming to my conclusion / analysis.

Everyone is throwing out the same old saying's that come from traditional financial trading (Stocks/Forex) etc etc but guys this isn't traditional financial trading, literally this is a WHOLE new playing field and while some of the same rules apply (don't risk more than you want to lose) this is a unique horizon and anything could happen.
51  Economy / Trading Discussion / Have 1 BTC in alts should I transfer all to BTC on: May 05, 2019, 02:57:23 AM
Hi all,

Looking for some advice.

Here is my predicament, I have around 1 BTC that is spread out, some in BTC some in ETH, BCH, BNB & other altcoins.

My question is, do I keep my portfolio diversified or do I trade it all in for 1 whole BTC and then build up my alts again over time.

Here's my biggest issue and I know this will probably cause some controversy and I'll have a lot of people disagree with me BUT:

I don't believe in the long term success of bitcoin

Honestly, in my opinion, the advantage is has right now is that it's a first mover, the first Crypto and has HUGE brand awareness.

Do I believe BTC will ever reach zero or be worthless? No, do I think it can reach £100k per coin or more, potentially YES but I believe that the reasons it will get there are all wrong. I believe it will get there purely on it's reputation, brand awareness and it being the first and biggest crypto. Utility wise, I just don't think it's a strong project anymore.

There's countless coins out there that do what BTC does now but better, cheaper, faster, more secure, more utility etc etc.

I think because of the amount of money invested, it will continue to grow because of the reasons I mentioned above, because of speculation, because of FOMO and a wide range of other factors.

Obviously, I could be wrong and I think just brand awareness and being the first to market will be enough to watch Bitcoin keep climbing but if I were a gambling man and had to take a shot in the dark right now, I'd say that in 50 years time, I don't think BTC will be sat at #1 on CMC.

So what would you guys do in my situation, would I be foolish to not trade it all in for 1 BTC and then build up my alts from future savings or do I keep it diversified like I currently have.

There was a time when I was fired up about Bitcoin, everything it stood for, privacy, low fees, fast transactions how it could revolutionise the economy around the world and disrupt the banking sector and help those living in poverty and developing countries.

I still have great respect for Bitcoin, every coin or token that has followed has Satoshi and Bitcoin to thank but when I read the previous sentence, I don't believe Bitcoin actually does what it set out to do anymore, it's neither fast or cheap and it's not transforming the lives of those living in poverty. I'm just not passionate about Bitcoin and do see it as just a store of value now.

Isn't that that wrong mindset to transfer my alts all into BTC?

What should I do?
52  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think a "winning mindset" can get you what you want while gambling? on: May 02, 2019, 10:48:05 PM
This is just stupid, with that logic positive 'winning' mindset 100% of the time should = 100% winnings.

No, it doesn't work like that. This is all nonsense relating to the law of attraction and the secret.

I agree, being positive, thinking positive is always a good thing and will bring about positive things in your life but let's not go all new age here, you can't just have a winning mentality and expect to win all the time.

The house always wins, always had an edge and the odds are not in your favor, it's called gambling for a reason because SOMETIMES you WIN sometimes to LOSE and it has nothing to do with your mindset and all to do with a roll of dice and RNG.

Please can you consider adding BitcoinCash or Ethereum.

BTC fees are far too expensive and confirmations take far too long.
55  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Hardware Wallets on: April 16, 2019, 09:40:50 AM
This is not an accusation, but as always, if you are planning on purchasing a hardware wallet for actual use - then the only reasonable way to do so would be to purchase it through the manufacturer directly. Purchasing a used (which I know these are claimed to be new) hardware wallet or a hardware wallet that has changed hands opens you up to tampering, manipulation anything you can think of. In my opinion, the discount you'd be getting for going this route isn't worth the chance of your coins being stolen down the road, so unless you're buying it for display purposes only I would advise against it.

That's fine to have that opinion, most of the companies that sell these recommend the same, unfortunately it doesn't mean there isn't a market for these.

In fact, there's a market on eBay and other mediums that sell opened 2nd hand devices, something almost anyone would strongly advise against doing, the fact is, for the most part, it takes very sophisticated security experts to bypass the devices and compromise the hardware. Both Ledger and Trezor specifically are for the most part open source (Ledger has a closed portion of security) but yea, the vulnerabilities are known and the few that are out there and haven't been patched require such extensive and sophisticated bypassing that it's unrealistic for most security experts to actually do.

What I am getting at is:

1) Perfectly fine to point this out but you're not stating what 99.9% of people don't already know, this is just sales trashing.
2) Despite your opinion there never will stop being a second hand market for these devices even used devices

Also, please don't tell me what to do in respect of 'if you're planning on purchasing do so to use it' that's my business, my money. I wouldn't purchase them if I couldn't afford them and if they didn't sell.

I'm sorry if this seems rather short but it's exhausting hearing the same thing, don't want to buy, move on.... 99.9% of people know the security risks, every security advice recommends you don't buy from a third party, it wont stop people. To be honest, it's only those who are totally clueless about crypto and have no tech knowledge that I'd suggest to never buy a third party device, for those who are actually technically minded and do have some tech knowledge and skills, it's obvious that you can use these devices, with the right precautions and they be perfectly fine/safe/just as buying it from the original source.

People who argue against this notion fall into one of two categories.

1) Manufacturer of hardware wallet or have a financial incentive to keep purchases directly from the company
2) Totally inept technically and have little to no basic skills in tech, development, coding and security

57  Economy / Lending / Re: BTC / ETH / BCH Loans 0% - Small Short Term Loans Only - Reputable Members Only on: April 13, 2019, 06:26:03 PM
This is not the way to build trust here on the forum. For now, I have left a neutral tag on your account, as reputation should be earned rather than bought.

What an total immature child. I am not buying anything, I was offering a service you complete and utter idiot, if I was buying it I'd be accepting and taking every person on. Clearly have an ego problem.

Thanks to this guy alone, I will not be dealing with anyone on the forums on these terms, and for future record I am more than capable of making my own decisions. If someone wants to 'give' away money they can, if I wasn't paid back I wouldn't be crying, I'd leave the negative feedback and deal with it. As I said, I wasn't accepting EVERYONE as clearly stated in my post.

Grow up, I don't want to expect that comment to be removed from my trust scan as mine wont be removed from yours EVER it's that simple.
58  Economy / Lending / Re: BTC / ETH / BCH Loans 0% - Small Short Term Loans Only - Reputable Members Only on: April 12, 2019, 04:18:00 PM
To build my reputation on these forums...

Why do you think you need to give free bitcoin loans to earn a reputation?  Why are you so concerned about "building" a reputation?  Your reputation will be assessed base on your character, not your ability to fund loans.  Browse the forum, engage in the discussions, be patient.  You're reputation will follow, it's up to you.

Furthermore; expect a shitload of newbies to apply for $25 loans they'll never pay back.

1) I didn't say I'll approve everyone, it's totally at my own discretion and every deal I choose to make will be what I can afford to lose and will factor into my own algorithm. I've done one successful deal so far, turned down two and plan to do another today.

2) Why am I so bothered about building my reputation? Are you joking, why would someone be bothered about having a reputation on eBay or on Amazon or on Google Reviews or on FaceBook Reviews, you get my point it matters.

Obviously it goes without saying that you should just participate, be a good member, provide value and these things do tend to come naturally but you can do things that give them a boost just like this.

Read through my comment history and post history, I'm not about providing the bare minimum to the community, I do contribute and add value, I do participate, I'm not asking anything from anyone, I'm providing a service and if it goes smoothly, in return, I'd appreciate the feedback which (goes without saying) helps you secure future deals and business on these forums.

Don't hijack my thread to call me out when I haven't done anything wrong. Thanks for your input anyway...
