He did not say that his girl friend requested the Rollbit to close the account, i think she must have requested the OP, who is her boy friend) and convinced him to close the account and he agreed on that time but later he must have regret this decision and that is the reason he want to gamble and open a new account.
Is it? Then how he can say that Rollbit closed the account without any verification? what type of verification he was talking about? If you are right then knew about the account closing from the beginning and he did it. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) btw seems already created a topic in the scam accusation section. let's discuss it there.

Thanks to Rollbit Razer for the quick response and the explanation.
OP now it should be clear to you also. After withdrawing your fund let's close this topic and mark as solved. And keep in mind that if you again create any account there for play it will be forfeit.

@alphatio it's better to keep your discussion on your accusation thread. and wait for their explanation. I know you are now in the frustrating situation but if you just post like this everywhere it could be marked as spam also. Thank you.

What happened:: I've started using Rollbit at the end of December 2023 and deposited over $20K via several cryptos. Played several games and lost around $2K. This includes Plinko, BJ and their lottery. After this initial loss, I mainly stake RLB (around $12K-$13K) for the lottery prize which I won around $100. Net overall is still a loss.
Wait, That means they forfeit your deposit like $20k? How much did you withdraw? Is it bigger than your deposit? Maybe not becuase you said Net overall you are at a loss. Seems something is not looking good with Rollbit recently. Complaints against them are rising every day. Let's wait for the explanation from Rollbit's side.

What are your thoughts on this? Do you mind when dealers in your table change? Or does it not bother you at all?
Lol, this is the most annoying thing for live games. First of all live games are always very slow and when suddenly after placing a bet dealer changes their position. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) It's indeed boring to me, but I don't know why they do it. Most probably to prevent any type of fixing between the dealer and the player. But not sure. Card shuffling is also boring to me which takes around 2-5 minutes.

In my country physical gambling is ban and our society does not welcome gamblers. Still people come online and use online casino for gambling. Now the question is this how could that individual come in contact of online gambling?
Not all gamblers are becoming gamblers with the help of their friends. You know gambling ads nowadays in everywhere online even on TV shows. So these online ads play a big. role to introduce someone to gambling. The answer would be his circle of friends or a friend. Does that mean the friend is responsible for his gambling habit or himself. If someone comes to gambling by his friend. Of course, the individual himself is responsible for this. Not his friends or anyone. The same goes for children they should know what gambling and betting is, but they should also understand the disadvantage of it. It's not that you can keep a child always at home, they will go out meet friends and one of them might introduce gambling to the child, but since the child is aware of it he/she won't fall for it. No, you can not think like an adult for children. They are still children because they don't have the ability to think advantages and disadvantages of gambling (or anything) properly. So You should not gamble in front of any child.

The 8ombard team can host their free bonus in Games & Round child board. It is a more correct board to host this free bonus program from the team.
You are right. But one thing they also should know In games & round boards they can not make a giveaway in altcoins. So it must be in BTC. Even if they run the giveaway with USDT in games and rounds account could be temporarily banned. So Op I will suggest you create a giveaway thread in games & rounds ($5 worth of BTC giveaway). Btw OP I want to test again the platform with the Bonus. I want to pm you my username if you don't mind.

I always forget to make it self-moderated at the first chance ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) and remember after creating the topic. Then I just delete it and make a new one. Imagine if there was a setting in our profiles that we could turn on to make new threads self-moderated by default? That way, you wouldn't have to bother remembering to tick the self-moderated topic option for each new discussion you create. You only do it once in your profile settings. Again, this shouldn't be available to all ranks or not at all. I am just rambling. You are right. Maybe this could be the most reasonable solution for this case. And yes of course as you said, it should not be for all ranks. otherwise, all we have to face a ridiculous situation when we can see a bunch of posts are getting deleted ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Sometimes I also feel if it is possible it would be good. But as we know scammers of course abuse it too much. And at some point, it will be more worst thing ever in the forum ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) . It's better to think twice about making the topic self-moderated while creating a new topic. I always forget to make it self-moderated at the first chance ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) and remember after creating the topic. Then I just delete it and make a new one. Btw what will if we have the additional options open and can see them without clicking there? Or Only the Self Moderated option can be visible somewhere without clicking any button? ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Ftalkimg.com%2Fimages%2F2024%2F01%2F20%2F3xA4Z.png&t=663&c=ryqXXYQKf0P3lg)

How did your ex-girlfriend request to close the account? After accessing your account or just contacting their live support as an anonymous user? If she login and requests to close the account then does not matter if it's your girlfriend or you. It was requested from your account.
Despite being advised to wait for 30 days, you created a new account also means you are gambling addicted. It's better to wait and take a rest, make your mind fresh and restart.

In general gambling people target countries like thailand more but probably this is not the case with crypto.
Of course, they target some countries based on their research while they are placing ads. But this is not the only way they market them. They also target communities like Bitcointalk and popular crypto platforms. You know if we visit a crypto-related website we see casino banner ads. Besides these, SEO, content, Streamers, YouTube influencers, casino review sites, affiliate marketing, and so on.

If you want to know my experience and ask where you know about Bitcoin -> I will say it's Bitcointalk. If you ask me where I learn about Trading -> I will say it's Bitcointalk If you ask where you earn Bitcoin -> Answer is Bitcointalk.
So if I know something about Bitcoin or crypto as you say somehow bitcointalk is connected with it.

I heard a proverb that "No risk, No gain". So yeah to get a historical win which is much different than a normal win you must have to take a risk. Higher and lower risks in gambling is the gamblers choice. And I assume most of the gamblers always love to take the high risk for higher odds. This is a natural habit for a gambler.

How can one control the uncontrollable urge to keep gambling despite the toll it takes on once life.
It's getting worse every day. I'm extremely depressed I have thoughts of unaliving myself more often, some times I feel the betting companies manipulate people spiritually to get them addicted where be playing without plans and strategy. Once a bet place get cut, there is this uncomfortable urge to quickly book another one with the plans of recovering the first money lost but it will end up cutting again.
After reading your post and thinking about your situation I have to suggest that you should really stop gambling. Because it looks like you are gambling with the money you can't afford to lose. You know the first rule of gambling is "don't gamble that can not afford to lose". Since you can not afford it's better to stop. If you ask every gambler about their gambling experience, most of them will say like you that providers are manipulating or playing with them. So you should have a nice bankroll for chasing the loss. and always take the losses easy and keep going forward. Keep your mind fresh during gambling otherwise, the situation will be like you can not stop until the balance goes to 0.

What if not in the US can the strategy be applied in crypto casinos? Gambling is never with fiat, my way is just easier crypto casinos.
I assume the strategy of earning interest from the bank for tax is okay for everyone. But the strategy of winning per year $100K with arbitrage betting is risky for crypto casinos. Because crypto casinos do not like such betting in general. So at some point, if the platform can catch you doing arbitrage betting all the time with a 100% chance of winning, there is a big chance the account will be closed even they can also freeze your deposit depending on the terms.

However, my coins are actually held on exchanges (binance, kucoin, coinbase and poloniex)
When I bought the coins, i had the option of choosing which trading pair to buy with. For example, when buying CTSI, it gave me the option to buy CTSI/BTC or CTSI/USDT and some others which I can’t recall
At the time of purchase, I used USDT to buy CTSI/USDT.
I am hold coins and do not buy and sell on a regular basis.
Doing further research, I understand USDT may collapse in the future so I think I’ve made a mistake by buying CTSI paired with USDT
Would you guys advise I need to do anything or am I getting confused and CTSI value will be CTSI value regardless of if it was bought as CTSI/USDT or CTSI/BTC?
Many thanks
If you hold the coin for the long term, what's the fact if you buy it with USDT or BTC? Just buy the coins and hold them. It does not matter or make any change if you buy it with USDT or BTC. But if you want to keep your Portfolio stable for a period then convert your Crypto to USDT and wait for re-buy. And if you want to convert your crypto to BTC, your portfolio may increase/decrease in USD value based on BTC price movement.

cashing out or waiting till the end of game which is more better?
If I had this chance to win 1+ million, I would not care what the staked amount is or what is waiting next. I just make them cashout and start enjoying my life ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Cashing out your bet is always best if the win is more than your stacked amount. and most of the time you have a chance to lose If you wait for more wins.

It's right that there is a debate about whether Bitcoin is money or not. But in the end, Bitcoin is considered as money we know. On the other hand, Bitcoin casino requires a Licence for many reasons. For example, Player protection, Prevention of AML(Anti Money Laundering), Responsible and fair gambling, to gain player trust, etc.
