I run and own http://www.freebitcointips.co.uk/ if that is any help to you Smiley

Andy B

Hi Andy

Absolutely! Lets talk. For you I would propose a Free Bitcoin Tips board powered by MyMindshare. Take a look at WestLAonline.com, which is an example of an affiliate site powered by MyMindshare. The MyMindshare affiliate program is located at BrainBiz.biz, and there you will see a basic outline of the revenue model. I know this is a lot of stuff to take in, but bear with me, it will all make sense.

We can discuss further offline, or online here in the forum (everything is transparent, so I don't mind). Feel free to ask a lot of questions.
42  Economy / Services / Re: Start your own bitcoin business -- seeking affiliate partners on: May 10, 2013, 09:08:28 PM
so, what are you looking for in a partner?

I think what's most important at this stage is enthusiasm for the principles of MyMindshare and an appreciation for how the MyMindshare platform executes on those principles.

The principles are pretty much summed up by the My Mindshare 10-Point Declaration:

1. My mindshare is mine.
2. My mindshare has real monetary value.
3. I have a right sell, trade, or keep my mindshare as I choose.
4. Nobody is entitled to take my mindshare without my permission.
5. Unsolicited and intrusive advertising amounts to mindshare theft.
6. Mindshare theft is wrong.
7. I have a right to resist mindshare theft.
8. I demand media that does not deal in stolen mindshare.
9. I support media that respects my mindshare.
10. The world is better when individuals control their mindshare and their media.

The business case is made in this video:

And the whole thing is executed at

Most people tune out rambling.  It's annoying.

Yes, I guess that video is a bit of a rant.

Here's a video that is more concise:

The fact that you are a hero member of this forum makes you qualified.

Lets talk about the 'waived off fee'; here first. Smiley  Cheesy

OK. The MyMindshare affiliate program is located here:

BrainBiz.biz
http://brainbiz.biz

That will give you some more information. In order to earn commission and build your own site powered by MyMindshare, you have to have an Affiliate License, which anyone can purchase for 1.0 BTC. For you, I am willing to waive the fee and give you an affiliate license for free, since you are first person to express interest.

With your own affiliate license, you can earn commission as described at BrainBiz.biz.

When you are ready to get your affiliate license, all you need to do is accept the affiliate license agreement here:
http://brainbiz.biz/b/secure/affil_lic_agreement.php

I am glad to answer any questions you have, and I am glad to do so here in the forum so others can understand how the system works.

It looks like a pay to tweet platform?

That's a fair description, although it's more accurate to say "pay to get your tweet to the top of the list" and a very important distinction is that the payment goes to the user, not the platform.

Here is a video that describes the logic:

We have just completed denominating MyMindshare (a commercial messaging system) in bitcoin, and we are now seeking affiliate partners who would like to build their own bitcoin business.

We have one affiliate license that we are offering for free (normally 1.0 BTC) to the right person or organization.

If you want to get started in your own bitcoin business at no cost, just post your pitch here. We will make a selection after we have received at least 10 posts expressing interest.

To learn more about MyMindshare, visit MyMindshare.com. Feel free to ask me any questions.

You will be an affiliate partner, which normally requires that you purchase an affiliate license, but since you will be our first South Asia affiliate, I will waive the affiliate license fee.

The first step is to thoroughly learn the MyMindshare messaging system and the revenue model. You need to ask a lot of questions and I will answer them.

Start by visiting MyMindshare.com and registering, then let me know your username. You can send me messages @mymindshare.

Technically, you don't need to know anything. I can handle everything on the tech side and can train you in everything you need to know. The most important thing you need to do is be enthusiastic about your business and promote it.

Hello

I am the developer of MyMindshare, a commercial messaging system that I recently switched to be denominated in bitcoin and also opened to the international market.

I am looking for an Indian partner who would like to operate a MyMindshare site for the Indian market. A person or organization with strong sales/marketing abilities would be ideal.

Feel free to contact me through this forum, or I can be reached directly by email -- jim at mymindshare dot com.

Take a look at the site:

https://mymindshare.com

and the affiliate program:

I am glad to answer any questions.

I was hoping I would get a better response with this post. I would really appreciate getting some feedback.
53  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: MyMindshare: commercial messaging service -- twitter with ebay biz model on: May 07, 2013, 05:46:40 PM
One of the reasons that I switched MyMindshare to bitcoin is that bitcoin makes it easy to do international transactions. I originally denominated in US dollars because I didn't want to deal with the issue of currency conversion. Bitcoin solves that problem because it is a truely international (transnational?) currency.

I just completed the enabling of targeting messages by country, so now MyMindshare is ready to do international business.

Thanks Bitcoin!

I could really use your support simply as a user. You may not need to use it to send messages, but there are people/organizations/companies who definitely want you to receive their message.

Fundamentally MyMindshare is a message sorting machine that puts the most valuable messages on top -- valuable messages to both the sender and the receiver.

It would be a huge help if all you did was register (no spam -- I promise and you can hold me personally accountable). I think that at some point you will realize its value.

Thanks for at least replying!
55  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: MyMindshare: commercial messaging service -- twitter with ebay biz model on: May 06, 2013, 08:34:14 PM
MyMindshare supports both, direct messaging (e.g. @jimbursch to send me a direct message) and indirect messaging (targeted at groups, such as advertising).

I think that MyMindshare could be a great entryway for new people to the bitcoin economy. They would be generating a little bitcoin revenue while learning about what the bitcoin economy has to offer.

Please try it out and let me know  if you find any bugs -- https://mymindshare.com
56  Bitcoin / Project Development / MyMindshare: commercial messaging service -- twitter with ebay biz model on: May 06, 2013, 01:27:05 PM
I have just completed the task of denominating MyMindshare in BTC, so I think I'm ready for some people to start taking a whack at it. I think MyMindshare is a natural for bitcoin, and I am certain that bitcoin is a natural for MyMindshare.

I call MyMindshare a "commercial messaging service." Think of that as opposed to a "social messaging service." I also call it Twitter with an eBay business model.

I would really appreciate it if some bitcoiners would give it a try and give me some feedback. I have been working on MyMindshare for several years now, and I am relatively new to bitcoin.

It is fullly functioning at MyMindshare.com.

I am also looking for partners, or anybody who would be interested in getting involved with a bitcoin project that is good to go.

Feel free to contact me directly, or through this forum. I can be emailed:  jim at mymindshare dot com.
57  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / [update] Re: What happens to unconfirmed transactions? (blockchain.info) on: April 25, 2013, 01:04:50 PM
This morning when I woke up and checked, all the transactions had cleared:
https://blockchain.info/address/16fiVNiuWnDY3wV4NbNR7zgMn4FbEbhr5D

So, my takeaway is that bitcoin is not entirely unusable for micro payments, but practically unusuable. I'm still not sure if this was an issue with the Blockchain wallet, or with bitcoin.

I did several 0.001 transactions with 0.0005 tx fee using an Armory wallet, and most often the transactions got their first confirmation within 10 minutes. One took over an hour.

I would say that currently there are two barriers to bitcoin being a useful micro payment system:

1. Confirmation delays
2. High relative transaction fee
58  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: What happens to unconfirmed transactions? (blockchain.info) on: April 24, 2013, 09:31:43 PM
I understand that 0.0 tx fee transactions of a low amount will be delayed. That's understandable. But how long? Is it possible or likely that it would never be processed?

This would make bitcoin unusable for micro payments.

And am I right that one transaction is holding up all the subsequent transactions?
59  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / What happens to unconfirmed transactions? (blockchain.info) on: April 24, 2013, 08:38:13 PM
I've been doing some testing, using small transactions with a Blockchain wallet, and I seem to have clogged up the wallet. You can see it here:
https://blockchain.info/address/16fiVNiuWnDY3wV4NbNR7zgMn4FbEbhr5D

There's a transaction there for 0.001 BTC with 0 transaction fee. I suspect that that transaction  is preventing all the following transactions from getting into the blockchain.  None of those transactions appear on Block Explorer.

I presume that this is an issue with BlockChain, not Bitcoin. Or am I wrong?

It has been over 30 hours since that transaction was submitted. Is it possible that it can still be confirmed? If not, what happens to the transaction?

I have a support ticket in with BlockChain to take a look at it, but I don't know how responsive they are.
60  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: All I can think about is Bitcoin. How to get more involved? on: April 24, 2013, 12:50:07 PM
I'm looking for partners to help me develop MyMindshare, a commercial messaging system that I just converted to BTC. Feel free to contact me and we can talk about how to get you up and running with your own bitcoin business.

I also highly recommend a meditation practice to bring some calm to your high RPM mind.
