I don’t think that will happen soon or later. It is similar to be only one country on the planet. Why would goverments share their control on their own economies? If they lose their control or independence, these countries may collapse easily.

Like ripple, there are a group of coins which have a high potential. We may see this kind of individual pumps. Ripple is still included to this group.

In every country, government is the biggest player and wouldn’t lose its control. Most of fiat money doesn't exist physically, only in a database, money is made from nothing, and literally bitcoin is used for decades. The main argument now “is it kept centralized or not?”.
