what are you talking about? Tournaments we are running is FREE for all! It's our promo. You can deposit 10k of tokens to get up on top-balance list. Play tournament, /win/lose/play against other players. In any moment you can to withdraw you tokens and sell.
P.s
If someone put in 1500 ROUND and then only got 400 ROUND because of the "equal" refund then that means 900 ROUND were lost from that user at the hands of the devs.
In total you will have 1900 tokens. But i think you already know it.

No, check your math dev. 1500-x=400. What is x and where did it go? It was unjustly distributed to others. This is textbook fraud.

Wait, so did anyone make money with this coin or is it all speculative? I usually see people only complaining about how much of a scam Roundcoin is.

Hard to say. The founders are most likely pumping and dumping ROUND. Heavily manipulating the price so they can make their network appear more valuable and get more unsuspecting victims to support their scam.
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] ROUND SCAM needs to stop. on: April 14, 2017, 02:54:32 AM
another scam in crypto sad , is this coin on liqui ?
I think this is a chinese coin so would be scam .

Thanx for your effort . We need to save our community for sure Cheesy

No problem. Just doing what should have been done a long time ago. ROUND appears to be a Russian team. Liqui is a Ukrainian exchange.

People who view the ROUND thread should also be able to see this thread in the same section. Not having a thread in the same section is one reason why they keep scamming. I am very much a fan of bitcointalk and supportive of what they have done for the crypto community. I think it would be best if the mods would take action against these scammers and remove their threads. This scam is not a net positive for the bitcointalk community or the greater crypto community.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] ROUND SCAM needs to stop. on: April 14, 2017, 02:46:13 AM
as far as i remember their website were even a copy of someone else site. i can't believe someone still fall for all those shitcoin.
its grew though and i think its time for them to dump that coin and take their profit for waiting it to grow. let the dev carry the weight for attempting to scam. these guys can just walk away any moment in their life whenever they want while keeping their followers hopeful.

It appears to be a poorly rendered copy of firstblood.io. People should get out of ROUND while they still can. Unfortunate how these scammers will probably walk free.

No thank you.

I'd rather protect those who dont have the means to protect themselves.

Community,

Everyone needs to wakeup see the ROUND project for the scam it is:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1855720.new#new

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1837661.0

https://forum.daohub.org/t/scam-and-suspicious-project-list/6757

- They have plagiarized the concept and white paper from firstblood
- Their system is 100% centralized with no clear intent of decentralisation
- Real tokens are very easy to put in and very hard to get out [withdrawal must be done manually by a secret founder]
- Founders will not reveal themselves to anyone
- Founders delete any posts raising questions around these issues to paint a nice picture for new people that view their threads
- Founders are most likely holding on to the majority of ROUND from their shady "ICO" and using liqui to heavily manipulate the market cap

There are many concerned individuals and people need to be made aware to stop these scammers. Projects like this without security, morality, or transparency are the reason why many consider blockchain to be a scam and a tool for criminals.

Their threads should be reported and taken down by the bitcointalk admins. We should not give them a venue to facilitate their exposed scam.
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Round coin warning.. on: April 13, 2017, 04:11:03 PM
There is no customer verification to speak of. This project is probably making money off kids using it like with the skin betting scam csgolotto.com

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_8fU2QG-lV0

Someone should make a video like this exposing ROUND scam for what it is.

48  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CAUTION: ROUND eSports Scam (Roundcoin) on: April 13, 2017, 04:02:57 PM
Update:

ROUND founders are deleting any comments talking about the internal price manipulation of their token and the securitization of their token.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Round coin warning.. on: April 13, 2017, 03:57:16 PM
Based off other similar scams it's pretty clear that founders have created a massive amount of tokens that they are manipulating the price of on a single exchange. This allows them to inflate their market price with only a few thousand dollars a day. This makes the token a security. If there are united states citizens using the platform this might end with criminal prosecution. Not good.
50  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CAUTION: ROUND eSports Scam (Roundcoin) on: April 10, 2017, 09:02:52 PM
This post just got deleted in their official thread

"The Round platform is barely working and this is the case because devs are not serious about the project. Devs are intentionally hiding. This service is 100% centralized so the secret devs can run away with all the funds whenever they want. Similar things happened with Gamebets and Eboost scams. There is no difference from someone else making a site and integrating with the Valve api in less than a day. Every time this is brought up before the OP has deleted comments. Why is that?"
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Round coin warning.. on: April 10, 2017, 01:44:02 PM
Everyone should report the Roundcoin OP in their threads to the Mods to shutdown these scammers.

I am starting to cover scam projects and Round was to atrocious to ignore. Created a similar thread here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1837661.new#new

It is important that we self-police as a community to project our users. The devs of Round refuse to reveal themselves are are operating our of Russia. Their site has been accepting actual Round tokens with no deposit friction but users cannot withdraw unless the devs manually send it to them. Their system is also not a smart contract or a dapp, it is 100% centralized at this point. Founders are most likely pumping and dumping so hard they made it to top 15 on crypto market with less than $100k vol.

People need to recognize these red flags and stay away. Not a safe project.

Perhaps you would like to introduce yourself to the community. And explain why any negative comments or efforts to inform the community of your questionable actions have been quickly deleted from your threads.

Please do not participate, this project is a confirmed scam:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1837661.new#new

Not a scam,I have played multiple times in tournaments and against other players.

I don't think that this coin is a scam because the price was going up throughout the week. Who knows really.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pump_and_dump

The price is being heavily manipulated which is very easy to do because there is low liquidity. People are having trouble withdrawing the funds they can easily put into this centralized, yes centralized system. Nobody even knows who is behind this project.

Bernie Madoff had many success stories and happy clients. That was until it all came crashing down. There are too many red flags from this project to ignore. People must be made aware.
