Hello Everyone. Just wanted to add a few cents to the testnet conversation!
Who was part of the initial test?
jcpbs, rule144, bryank, bikerleszno, borz.
What did we do?
We started slow with a few transactions to and from different wallets. We quickly ramped up to spamming hundreds of transactions via console sendtoaddress command.
What's Next?
We have some basic housekeeping to perform and nail down some specifics to some of our upcoming tests but we will be expanding our pilot to all those who are interested.
We have just reached just over 100 members in our testnet. Our goal is to have 512 members utilizing the testnet. If you are interested, please stop by our slack and let us know you're interested! We will be looking to roll out to a larger group very soon!
Note: There are no requirements for you to take part in the testnet. You do not need to own a node or even have any amount of XBY. It will not cost you anything to participate! There is some very basic setup, which we will assist with and then its just sending transactions, performing attacks on the network (if you know how), etc. Periodically we may coordinate an effort together to spam the network full of transactions but that's about it. Basically use it as if you were using it for real Smiley

I have one proposition.
I believe Facebook ad campaign would be very profitable in the long run.
The ads cost miniature amounts of money and they target every possible coin seeker.
I think it would be a great investment.
Just a tought.

we can consider that after wednesday when we complete our coinmarketcap campaign  In the past couple of months I've been buying coins on yobit, is it still safe to transfer them to the verge wallet? I'm hoping the coins I've purchased there will still be ok. TIA |

I've heard the new website is coming up soon and the tech is worked on every day so I guess the price is VERY CHEAP at the moment...should be the investment of the year if it all works out like it should.

Absolutely! The development team are cautious to run before we can walk though. More than likely they would want to get rid of old chain and get Chords system running and checked. I estimate a month or two, but that's a pure guess. The sooner we get off Yobit the better, I'm no Gandhi but the site is wall to wall scams and pump and dumps. Most coins they are buying are dead.lol. I recognise you from many coins I've been involved in the past. Welcome, this one is a keeper I think. Why would you get off Yobit? I mean, it's awesome to get on different exchanges. Better exchanges. But I think Yobit is decent. Of corse it has 1000's of worthless coins but it has also given XBY and people who are not familiar with XBY the platform to find eachother. Like me. Also I like the site's layout while I hate the layout of Poloniex. Couldn't agree more lost, I never did try to move any BTC, but XBY the exchange worked great to get it to our wallet. If you afraid of any exchange, don't keep your coins on there just move them directly to the coin's individual cold storage wallet. As well I read in the news today that 200k in BTC transactions are still waiting, so any BTC problems could be related to it. With maintenance one should be patient until they resolve the maintenance. Just my .02 XBY |

I also want to join XBY but I have no idea how to put money on yobit or c-cex from my credit card  It's my first time trying to buy a crypto and I don't have BTC  Somebody help me please! I use coinbase to purchase BTC/ETH ... if you have existing bitcoins, then shapeshift (multiple coin types available) and send your BTC to yo or cex and then purchase XBY. |
