I'm looking for the one whichever has the simplest payment processes. Using a wire transfer is one of the simpler ways.

Hi all,
I've been having an issue with exchanges.I can't figure out what the deal is. Can you help. Here is a summary.

Virwox
- I had an account there for years because I wanted to exchange BTC using paypal. Then one day my account was deleted and support would not reply to my emails.
Bitcoin.de
- Registered, but due to a "technical issue", they could not validate with my bank for more than a month
Bitstamp
- Registered, submitted documents for review, took almost a month to "review", with them not responding, just deleting my account.
BTC-E
-Registered, submitted documents, had them accepted, transferred money, exchanged for BTC. But now, they won't let me take my BTC out for weeks. I've submitted tickets and they are ignored and sometimes deleted. I have followed up with my lawyer for this because it is ridiculous.

What am I missing here? What exchanges do you guys use in Europe?
