401  Economy / Economics / Re: Will countries or central banks create their own cryptocurrency? on: August 31, 2018, 04:00:26 AM
I think that many countries and their central banks will create their own digital currency. This will be done, firstly, in contrast to the decentralized crypto currency, in order to divert the attention of the population from it, and secondly, to use the opportunities and advantages of the crypto currency. Although it will already be a managed crypto currency, however, especially within the state, such a crypto currency can successfully go, because it will combine the digital possibilities of crypto currency and national money. Some countries already create such own types of crypto-currency, and even more express their intention to create it. In general, it will be good, as the population will be attracted to the crypto currency by the authority of the state and will be convinced of the advantages of decentralized crypto currency over centralized.
402  Economy / Economics / Re: The new world currency in 2018? on: August 29, 2018, 04:32:41 PM
Do not forget that we already have a similar example with the European Union and their common currency - the euro. While it is impossible to say that this example is successful. Then in one country, then in another, different difficulties begin. The United Kingdom leaves the European Union, the problem is with Italy, then with Spain. But these are countries with approximately the same level of development. And what will happen if such an alliance is combined with different levels of development?
In addition, we see a lot of local military and conflict zones. Now, through the fault of Russia, the next arms race begins. Apparently, this situation will continue for a very long time.
403  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin ever stop depending on fiat currency? on: August 28, 2018, 07:00:55 PM
Decentralized crypto currency is not related to conventional currency and therefore will not depend on it in the future. At the same time, it can not replace the existing national money and can exist only in parallel with them. In this case fiat and crypto currency can complement each other. States will not take decisions on the transition to a decentralized crypto currency, since this will have a very negative impact on the economy of any state.
404  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-08-28] Expert says bitcoin may end year explosively HIGHER for THIS reason on: August 28, 2018, 06:49:33 PM
Tom Lee did not say what the price of bitcoin would be, in his opinion, explosive by the end of the year. Recently he said that, in his opinion, by the end of the year, bitcoin would reach a price of $ 30,000.
In my opinion, there will be no sharp increase in the price of bitcoin at the end of this year. Yes, we do not need the very high price of bitcoin again by the end of the year and then again the fall of the crypto-currency market by 70 percent and stagnation for the whole year. It would be nice to have at the end of the year a bitcoine price of 15 000 - 18 000 dollars, so that bitcoin could quietly grow slowly next year.
405  Economy / Economics / Re: Different between Cryptocurrency and Banking sectors on: August 27, 2018, 06:06:36 PM
Still, investing their money in banks for deposit storage is quite reliable and profitable, although it does not bring such an investment as much profit as sometimes it gives an investment in the crypto currency. In my country, banks give 18 - 21 percent per annum with inflation of about 10. percent. There is a law that protects depositors and guarantees the payment of a certain amount if the commercial bank goes bankrupt.
Crypto currency sometimes brings a big profit, but the investor is completely abandoned to the mercy of fate. When in most countries the crypto currency is not yet legalized, many lose their coins due to hackers, their mistakes and this is all much more serious than it seems at first glance. Therefore, in the crypto currency as a lucky person. That's why it's possible to work in the crypto currency, and it's better to place your profit periodically in the bank.
406  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin becoming the sovereign currency on: August 27, 2018, 05:37:04 PM
Many of the industry experts believe bitcoin will be a world currency in the coming month's bitcoin can be internet most favored currency very soon in next 5 years
Here throw themselves in different terms - bitcoin is a sovereign currency, bitcoin is a world currency and nobody wants to even explain what he understands by these terms and explain his position. However, the word "sovereign" does not fit the crypto currency at all. It is also unclear what is meant by the world's crypto currency. The fact that bitcoin is used all over the world, then from this point of view it can be said that bitcoin is a world currency. However, nothing will change from this in practice. So far, it has been used by several percent of the world's population. And this is still too little to celebrate.
407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why hold ethereum on: August 24, 2018, 08:55:27 AM
If I could pick one crypto that suits for holding, that would be ethereum. Do you agree that this one is good for a holder ?

It's more established than other alts in the market and  companies are adopting it.
Of course, ethereum is one of the best and most promising coins among all the crypto currency. In my opinion, this is still a very undervalued coin. This will be especially clear when ethereum will implement the Plasma project, which allows this coin to have a throughput of hundreds of thousands of transactions per second instead of the current fifteen.
Therefore, its current price of $ 274 now allows anyone who wants to buy this cheap coin.
408  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: will decentralised exchanges be the future ? on: August 23, 2018, 04:25:20 AM
In the future, the regulation of the country's crypto currency will only increase. At the same time, there will still remain states where the crypto currency will be banned or severely restricted in circulation. For such countries, decentralized exchanges and exchangers will be a good way out of the situation. On the other hand, whole islands with the circulation of decentralized crypto-currencies are already being created, including in traditional offshore zones. They will become a place where there will be decentralized exchangers even if the time of doing various operations with the crypto currency in them can be a little more, this will not be so significant.
409  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Accelerate the End of Fiat Currency? on: August 23, 2018, 04:02:33 AM
Bitcoin was not created to replace the national money of each state, but as an alternative to them, as the best supplement, and not as a replacement for them. Bitcoin and other decentralized crypto currency can only go in parallel with the national paper money of various states and will not replace them in the foreseeable future. This is a very profound error. While there will be states, there will be public money that will serve the state economy. The Crypto currency is divorced from the economies of all countries and has nothing to do with them, therefore it is not able to replace conventional national money.
410  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it true that bitcoin is a disaster for local banks on: August 22, 2018, 05:12:47 PM
I heard the news, that banks are afraid of bitcoin and can replace banks, because the excess of bitcoin is much compared to local banks
No, this is completely untrue. Banks are not at all threatened by bitcoin, bitcoin is unable to replace banks, since it does not have the appropriate functions. Therefore, banks there is nothing to be afraid  of bitcoins and other decentralized crypto currency. Banks will exist in any state, since they have actually become a part of it, serving the country's economy and state structures.
Bankers of the Crypto-currency are partially deprived of profit due to some loss of their customers, but banks and the banking system have nothing to fear.
411  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-08-21]Zimbabwe: Crypto is a Criminal's Best Friend, the 'Social Engineerin on: August 22, 2018, 04:59:21 PM
The time will come, someday Zimbabwe will join the crypto currency. While such a negative position of individual countries regarding the crypto currency should be treated calmly. Zimbabwe has always been among the top five countries where it has been banned for circulation of the crypto currency. When practically all states of the world legalize the crypto currency, there will be a turn of such states. For all your time.
412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH price falls below 300usd, lowest price in 9 months on: August 21, 2018, 09:23:40 PM
The sell off could be because of lowered trust of people over the ETH recently as it is behaving very unusual these days. Look at the market and see how it is not progressing since many month now even when rest of the crypto grows it remains the same in value or either drops even further down. I guess this is not the best approach and thus people are dropping out and leaving ETH to die. However this situation will surely change back to normal once the ETH scalability is done and new updates are released for which everyone is waiting for.
I think that it is not a matter of losing confidence in ethereum. Recently, most likely, there is also a manipulation with the price of this coin. I do not see any reason to lower the ethereum rate. Most likely, the holders of this coin are forced to sell at a low price, this is effective for young and inexperienced holders of crypto currency. I think that should not be upset, ethereum should soon grow well in price, especially if it soon will be implemented project Plasma, which completely must solve the problem with the scalability of this coin.
413  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you think that the price is fully manipulated? on: August 21, 2018, 09:00:48 PM
Virtually nobody can manipulate the price of bitcoin. However, in practice, we see that periodically such control takes place. We must agree that the December increase in the price of bitcoin to $ 20,000 was possible with the participation of joint actions of whales. Those who have at their disposal a lot of crypto currency, can fully calculate the consequences of their specific actions to buy or sell significant quantities of crypto currency. This, by the way, we can say on the example of the actions of Mt. Gox from Japan, which by three batches of bitcoins of about six thousand, put up for sale on the market, completely lowered its rate.
414  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs in 2018 not same as 2017. on: August 18, 2018, 08:04:09 AM
This year can not coincide with the previous one. The world is developing not in a circle, but in a spiral. This means that if by the end of last year bitcoin reached a price of $ 20,000, then its correction by time could no longer be the same as earlier at a price of several thousand dollars. Now, after such a deep and long correction bitcoin, this can not but leave a mark on his behavior at the end of the year. Hardly. whether we will already see such a rapid growth of his course, which could be under normal conditions. That's how things will change and therefore do not coincide year after year.
415  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it my impression or media is biased towards bad news ? on: August 18, 2018, 07:50:46 AM
Do you think the media is trying to destroy Bitcoin and cryptocurrency ? I think they show 95% of the times only bad news. Why is this happening ?
The media are more focused on covering sensational news, and such news is often just bad news. In addition, many bad news about crypto-currency are quite often custom-made, because first of all banks are trying to remove their unexpected rival and sometimes order false negative information about the crypto currency, as it was recently with one of the banks in Poland. Many negative images about cryptoaalute are created by state structures that do not like uncontrolled decentralized crypto currency.
416  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it true that bitcoin is a disaster for local banks on: August 16, 2018, 05:11:54 PM
I heard the news, that banks are afraid of bitcoin and can replace banks, because the excess of bitcoin is much compared to local banks
Crypto currency is a direct competitor of banks, but banks should not be afraid of it. Crypto currency can only take away from bankers some customers and they will lose some of their profits. However, in general, there is no threat to the banking system of the crypto currency. The banking system does not affect the banking system and will exist in parallel with it. If the crypto currency somehow tries to do this, then the state will immediately become the bank's defense, since banks are actually part of the state.
417  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Really it's a disease!##Crypto maniac!! on: August 15, 2018, 07:53:07 PM
Yes, too much passion for crypto currency can cause a certain mania, which already, it seems, in Sweden began to be treated according to the method of treatment of dependence on gambling. Therefore, all the good you need in moderation. It is necessary to ensure that the hobby does not turn into a mania.
418  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I cash out and take the loss? on: August 15, 2018, 07:42:40 PM
At the beginning of the year I got into cryptocurrency think I would make a lot of money if I did a ton of research and learned everything about crypto. So I bought $4k worth of bpt and prl. I would say my stack is worth about $1000 now with a 75% loss. Everybody on this forum talked so highly of those coins thinking it would sky rocket one day but they are just getting so low that I know I will never get my money back & I don't want to lose it all. I guess I'm here to say don't trust anybody on this forum that thinks they know what a good coin is and most differently DONT trust any future "10x coin" on here. Truth is this is mostly a game of luck. I'm out, cashing out so I don't lose everything!
You can predict the growth of a coin or a token, based on their prospects for the project. However, it is impossible to predict completely the future movement of the crypto-currency market. There are a lot of players on it and sometimes they make different actions with respect to crypto currency by joint actions.
However, if your coins and tokens are falling due to the general fall of the crypto-currency market, then you should not worry about promising coins and tokens. You just have to wait for the market to grow again. Sell its crypto currency in this period of the fall of the market is stupid.
419  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-08-10] New Bill Proposes 5% Tax on Crypto Incomes in Ukraine on: August 14, 2018, 05:36:35 PM
I see that many people have quoted me saying that there's no civil war there. I'm not going to argue with Ukrainians or people who visited the country, you're most likely better informed than me. Why did I call it a civil war? The answer is simple. It's Ukrainians fighting Ukrainians. You may call these people hired mercenaries or rebels or separationists, but most of them used to be Ukrainian citizens at some point in time, which makes it a civil war, doesn't it?

it certainly does, but you won't prove anything as you can see by the post above  yours
they would tell you about hundreds of armoured vehicles they hear about from the Ukrainian news and batallions of russians attacking Ukraine
we live in the sattelites era,if there was a single shred of evidence about russian troops on the ukrainian territory
don't you think the whole world would know about it the next second they cross the border?
hence the goverment has to invent fairy tales about "hybrid war", "agression" and all that jazz, meanwhile remaining the main trading partner of Russia
all that to not accept the simple fact: many people haven't accepted the illegal coup'd'etat and do not want to have anything in common with the nationalists and thieves at the helm
instead of trying to find a solution to the problem, the goverment wants to subdue Donbass region using military power
you cannot say "hey we bomb our own people who do not share our ideology", you say we fight Russia instead

So maybe in the Ukrainian Crimea now there are no Russian military, and Putin there already on the parade did not come, and Russia did not capture the Crimea with its military? Or do you not know this? The whole world knows, but you do not. Or maybe yes, the Crimea was captured, but on the Donbass Russian tanks of the newest modification are not Russian?
And tell me, how can you assess the actions of the Russian authorities, in which from Russia the military unit was towed to the territory of Ukraine corresponding sophisticated equipment that could only be managed by a specially trained crew, knock off a MN-17 passenger plane from Ukraine and then tow it back to Russia in the former military unit. This has already been recognized by the international community. This is a component, part of the civil war in Ukraine, in which Russian soldiers from civilian aircraft are knocked down from the most sophisticated military equipment. But in fact. wanted to transfer all responsibility for this terrorist act to Ukraine. Did not work out.

No, it's not. Now the Russian government has transported thousands of units of modern military equipment across the open Ukrainian-Russian border, thousands of Russian servicemen are in the Ukrainian Donbas as directly subdivided, and simply under the guise of mercenaries. And Russian mercenaries, Russian nationality, with a residence permit in Russia. And they are taken in coffins and then to Russia. And you do not need to twist anything here. There is no civil war in Ukraine. Putin does not want to let Ukraine go to the European Union and NATO. This is practically the only reason for the direct and indirect invasion of Russian troops in Ukraine.
