Hello. I’ve noticed that a lot of attention is paid to Rentberry Scoring Methodology while reading the project documentation. But I did manage to find enough information about this system. Can someone tell us what this methodology’s peculiarity is?
The main idea of this system is evaluation of renters and landlords in order to determine the most optimal rent in a particular case. But in fact, the application of this methodology is much broader than it seems to be. Assessments of this system can be used beyond Rentberry. I still dont understand it, can you explain it so that the mainstream will understand what the Rentberry Scoring Methodology really is? What do you with application of this methodology is much broader than it seems? How can this assessment be used beyond Rentberry?

If people needs to pay in rentberry tokens then would there be an option to convert other cryptocurrencies into own token or they have to buy them from the exchanges only?
What if rentberry token value increases a lot like Bitcoin, and people want to hold their tokens.. How will they pay for rent? (offtopic: people stop starting your sentences with ''tell me'' its annoying)

Also they have already big brands behind and i dont think they will want to be in a market with discutibile content
Unless a very competitive content.. That could change the market competition is always an issue, but I look at it as a good problem to have. it means your idea is sound. Piggy is talking about porn industry. You guys have no idea what you are talking about. Mark space is not competing with porn industry.. Anyways back to mark.space, this article is very interesting: https://medium.com/@markspace/mark-space-avatars-your-own-virtual-copy-10887039c508It is about creating your own vr avatar

Guys stop this conversation about VR porn. Big companies dont like to be associated with that, even though the idea sounds very interesting. Its never gonna happen with Mark.space.

Is this for international market or just selected countries ?
Currently just in the States, but they do have plans to expand. you can check it in their roadmap

Yes, it's useful information. It's interesting that Rentberry is on the list for the second place, as one of the best projects of this year. It says top 10 but Im not sure if Rentberry is second place in the list, or that that was pure luck. I didnt see a rating system

The token sales obviously slowed down now. I was expecting Sophia to be in round 4 by now, but they are still in round 3. Maybe this round will not be sold out like the first 2 rounds
Less bonus there is and less people are going to invest at later stages. Some news about some partnership may change this maybe. What Sophia should have done differently is to give investors more time in stage 3, 4 and 5. Now there is only like 10h left for this round. It is good for already existing investors though, because they will get all the unsold tokens!

This project is positioned in certain unique niche as one of the front liners in the virtual environment and we can't deny that it can be part of our daily lives in the future. VR is the future and we will not get anywhere from it. It is, it is the future of entertainment as we know it. Just imagine gaming with all those lifelike graphics, interacting with you as if you were really there. I think Microsoft is coming up with the next VR generation concept If Microsoft is coming up with VR concept, it will be a big competitor. But Mark.space has a very detailed plan and its purpose might be different.

interesting project and already attracting so many people.... time to read the whitepaper Reading our white paper shouldn't take much time Why is your whitepaper only 3 pages? I tried to learn about the HLC token, but the information is very limited. For example, there is no information about how much 1 HLC token will cost. Please update your whitepaper, it is the first thing investors will look into. They have more documents on here. Also a very detailed faq: http://healthmonitor.io/faqThank you for the link, There is indeed more information there. I read the part about dividends which is very interesting: How will dividends be distributed? The profit from sales of the Health Monitor will be distributed in the following way: - 5% creator of the device - 25% team Health monitor - 70% Investors What are your prognosis on the profits in the first few years? When will Healtmonitor make the first dividen payment?

how will mining work? Do we need to execute the smart contract or there will be some other ways ?
Mining? Is there mining involved in mark.space? Can you send me the link to that information? I thought tokens would only be available through ICO

Although not the first one to do this in real estate space. Rentberry has a good track record. I am looking forward to reading up about the business side of things.
Yes, they were existing already even before they adopt the blockchain technology. So I really hope this succeeds. I am seriously thinking of investing in Rentberry now. But I needed more research, so I'll do just that before jumping right in. I think the differences between Rentberry and his competitors, is that Rentberry has an already working product

This project caught my attention. This is one of a kind project. Actually this is the first time a saw this kind of platform. It will be convenient to those people who have struggles finding home rentals. I wonder what if the customer don't have your coin? They can still use actual money or currency as payment?
In fact, recently there was a very similar Relest project, but he could not raise money. I'm interested in something else: Partner with utility companies to give users the ability to pay the bills directly via Rentberry's platform. Why is the most convenient service scheduled for 2020? Wow I remember that I listened to Joe Rogans podcast with Andreas Antonopoulos a while ago and he was saying that he was paying his rent in bitcoin. It is going to become reality for the mainstream soon
