401  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you think gambling every day is better? on: May 04, 2024, 04:04:04 AM
There was a friend of mine who visited me a day after and he was saying gambling every day draws you more closer to winning.

I asked him how?

He said when you keep trying luck every day you stand the chance not to miss your luck of winning, he also made reference to few people around our locality who won outrageous Money within 31 Dec to 1 January 2024, asking if I knew how often those people keep trying for them to have the winning they got.

I said No! He then say the more you space the more I missed my chances of winning but what I came to understand is that, the more anyone keeps trying the slimmer such persons turns into gambling addiction becus such person will always want to gamble regularly stirring up some forms of pressure to himself. When there is no money to gamble such person don't mind going extramile to source for funds since he has install this mentality of regularly gambling without giving break.

My question is do you think gambling every day is better? From his reasoning and points of narrations.
I definitely don't support the game every day. I think this strategy is definitely a losing one. It's just an excuse for addiction.
actually that is for addicted one and not for only for losing one because  who the hell will gamble in daily basis not unless he has nothing to do in life but to lose money .
i have gambled as well in my days but never that I gambled in daily basis  because I know how important my money is.
402  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Accumulating Bitcoin or trading Bitcoin which is more wise to do. on: May 03, 2024, 09:28:36 PM
Am not saying those that trade Bitcoin are not making it big but accumulating Bitcoin is a lifetime investment and it will be more profitable.
So don't be confused anymore accurate as many Bitcoin as possible and hold on to it.

I think that it depends on the person itself.

I think that trading can be beneficial for those looking for quick profits. It is definitely riskier than just holding but if you need the money right away then you can do this. However if you have some patience on you and can wait months even years until finally something comes out of your holdings then that’s fine too.
403  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Arcblock - anyone else get in early? on: May 03, 2024, 08:52:48 PM
Arcblock has just reached a new all time high of £2.50 so have sold another quarter of my bag which now gives me over £1000 profit from the investment.

My next sell target is £5 and I will sell another quarter then hopefully we see that price in the next few months.

You certainly did the right choice by buying this back then.

A lot of us should be reaping some of our rewards by now but I think we can expect more profit in the next following months considering that we aren’t even at the peak of the bull run nor close to it. So you can expect to be very rich mate just keep focus and know when to sell.
404  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Sentiment Poll for May on: May 03, 2024, 11:04:00 AM
So yeah, we never saw BTC go up to 75k and stay above it and there was somebody in the April thread saying that it would be impossible for him to guess it right since the poll was exclusively just for April.  Mmm ok...  So let's run it back again.  Same poll as April:  Will BTC close above 75k for the month of May?

Here's the chart.  It honestly doesn't look as bad as everybody thinks overall about the market rn.

indeed that this does not look bad but this does not also seem to be breaking 75k again this May though we are nearing 60k once again today.
we are failed last month so for me ? I will not expect this happening this month so there will no other bad decision to make for me .thanks for the chart mate but this will give us idea to what to expect and what to decide.
405  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The person who can’t control emotions in gambling will never earn money from it on: May 03, 2024, 10:47:02 AM
Emotion:

The cause of the emotion in the gambling site because of the loss due to bad luck. The gambling loss mostly occurred due to the emotional inference to the game.If the gamblers loss the funds in the gambling site, they become emotionally weaker person. This cause for the random betting in the gambling site. The more you control your emotions will cause you to win more in the gambling site.
emotions in all aspect when we talk about money will always provide bad effect because imagine even in investing or trading if you are emotional then you will always lose .

Quote
Nearly eighty percentage of the gamblers are doing gambling for the money making,So it was essential for the gamblers to make use of their strategies to win money from the gambling site. How your emotions affects your games, let me know your past experience.
if you are in gambling because of wanted to win more? that will be the bad sign that you are getting into addiction already .
406  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which device do you prefer for gambling ? on: May 03, 2024, 10:39:52 AM
Mobile phone is what i am comfortable to use  because i travel most of the time so to ease the boredom then I play while on the bus or taxi .
and mostly that I am out of town so in places far from  family it is gambling that I enjoy doing .
The device doesn’t matter at all to be honest. If the site is good and optimised for each and every device, then what device you are using doesn’t matter at all. But practically I have seen, gambling in a desktop gives wider view and makes you feel positive. You can interact with the chatroom along while placing the bets, which mobile device doesn’t offer. Hence, if you personally ask me then I would prefer desktop or laptop over the mobile phones to gamble and place the bets.
yeah but we have our own comfortability when playing mate.
407  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Now that Bitcoin halving have been completed, what next? on: May 02, 2024, 10:39:16 AM
The Bitcoin halving creates hype. It's a widely talked about event on social media and elsewhere, so I guess it could have also attracted certain people to get to know Bitcoin.

Halving will be basically the signal of bitcoin’s bull run which will surely turn a lot of people’s heads. Once there are more people interested, more brains will be thinking of ways to improve bitcoin or just other ways to take advantage of bitcoin.

To be honest right now we already have a lot of people working hard to innovate more features for technology and finance.
408  Economy / Gambling / Re: How Crypto casino market themselves? on: May 02, 2024, 09:23:18 AM
I consider casinos a more strategic space of play. They target their audience and deploy whatever means is needed to capture them as marketing and get it hard enough to get them in. In summary, you have to understand your market and your environment and its response to your nitch.
this applies to all business mate though the problem with business like this is that there is an age limit for the target audience and costumers things that does not exist in more food businesses but indeed that casino marketing needed to capture their audience for possible depositor and of course player that will generate them more income because of the sure losses of funds from those people lol.
409  Economy / Gambling / Re: Joya.Casino| Rewarding Casino | Vast Welcome and VIP Bonus| 20% Weekly CashBack on: May 02, 2024, 08:21:35 AM
I mentioned on the scam report that it's too early for a casino to scam players, this will stop them from scamming more people this report will go viral online for everyone to check the status of this casino, I also recommend that people stop playing on this casino.
Scammers sometimes don't care. We have different shades of them. Those that build the scam over time and the pull of a massive exit scam and then those who after seeing a few hundreds of dollars just decided to make off with customer's money regardless of how new their service is.

I believe the casino might be run by the latter, or they just set up a casino with very little money and thought they would automatically start profiting from the word go. I mean, they couldn't even afford to fund a simple signature campaign and just ended it abruptly.

It looks like they are accusing the complainant of false report and Joya casino even claimed that they are the victim they stated that they refunded the complainant, but the complainant denied this and even challenged the casino to show proof.

This is questionable action done since instead of solving the issue they make everything worse. Its like they try to find some ways to eliminate the complainant by trying to throw some something negative so maybe they can escape on their obligation. Well that's really bad action for a casino since they could provably lose their reputation for that actions they made. I wonder if there's still people would trust them on what action they have done on that case.

they are showing a behavior in which a legit casino should act , those complaint in trust pilot and the complains here in bitcointalk is something players and gamblers must be aware off.
not to mention their tag from other member because of not behaving when they launched the advertising and also creating another ANN thread when they already run one is another point to look at.
410  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: cash out or let it ride? on: May 02, 2024, 07:49:16 AM
Like what almost everyone says , cash out  mate because that is already a sure money , we cannot win 1500 dollars each day so make that a winning funds and if you really like to gamble then use that to bet in other games or team.
because this is a practical way of gambling so take that money and stay resting from gambling lol.

. Stop finding a way to rush up the withdrawal, in other to avoid messing things up, just wait it out and get your 5k daily, it is way better, be patience.
Sometimes it's good to withdraw the money you've won immediately because later on, you might be tempted to gamble it again and lose. It's better to spend the money outside the casino than inside. This is different from my experience before with coins.game where they delay withdrawals to entice players to keep playing with their balance that leading to more losses and won't withdraw any balance.
but it is being said that the casino offers Him that amount of withdrawal so there is nothing he can do but accept that reality or else the site might act differently if he continued to force them giving the funds one time.

but for us all? this marked the site to take a distance and instead choose other casino because of their attitude towards their winners.

I will never play in this site even once thats for sure.
412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Forbes' ‘Good for Nothing' Blockchains on: May 02, 2024, 03:10:16 AM
You’d think that Forbes would do more research and hire writers that aren’t biased and do not run off with just one specific idea to twist an entire project. A lot of their reasoning aren’t objective and seems to be hugely subjective.

They need to do better as their name has already owned credibility and for them to be making pieces like this will not help them. This is why I avoid any article released by Forbes recommending something especially if it’s related to crypto.
413  Other / Off-topic / Re: How much do you know about crypto, scams? Survey on: May 02, 2024, 02:04:52 AM
I'm taking your survey, but I wanted to point out to you that one of your survey questions has a VERY big bias.

This question fails to recognize the existence of many earlier cryptocurrencies such as:
  • eCash (David Chaum, 1983)
  • eGold (Dr. Douglas Jackson & Barry Downey, 1996)
  • Hashcash (Adam Back, 1997)
  • BitGold (Nick Szabo, 1998)
  • B-Money (Wei Dai, 1998)

This is really informative , though I heard that bitcoin is not the first cryptocurrency but Never know that there are lots of them before bitcoin ever created , for this thank you so much mate this will stay in my memory from now.

and added that all you pointed in this whole post really amazed me from point to point , thank you again and hope OP will find this helpful to what he is digging here.

OP , Have had answered your survey now and good luck to your project/Dissertation .
414  Other / Off-topic / Re: Just wanna tell you people to beware of fake friends online on: May 02, 2024, 01:07:29 AM
I have a long story about all about this stuff but I don't want to blow my brains out typing it all. They weren't the entire cause to everything bad and I can only blame myself for being friends with them for that part of the retarded stuff I have had to go through for the past year and a half. I just wanted to warn some of you because there's always gonna be at least one person who needs this thread.

Be careful stay safe.
Its sad that you learn this the hard way mate because online friends are just there to use us in some manner , yeah there might be some real in intention but trust me almost or more than 90% are users that will bite even your hands if you fed them.
hope you have learn something from this and will never let to happen again mate.
415  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Halving Making Me Wonder on: May 01, 2024, 08:40:33 PM
I hate this stuff and most of us don't like the huge transaction fee levied upon us but still some justify.

It is honestly such an inconvenience and it is something we have to address now because if left unsolved I think it will just become worse and it is already bad now! You can not make any transactions without spending a huge chunk of money on fees.

For cryptocurrency to really grow into the future and be adapted we should look for solutions.
416  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Double your money and quite on: May 01, 2024, 09:45:50 AM

Very important and it is very difficult to do or maintain. This is the better way to minimize losses but it is always a challenge that a loser has to face. If you are losing while gambling, you are focus to win your back your money and so quiting for another time which is the best to keep your bankroll for next time becomes what you will not want to consider. So it is quit understandable but it is not all gambler who would see that as the next option, rather some get angry with themselves and in the anger commit all they have to continuing and eventually losing all.

As you said, many gamblers are like that where when they lose they gamble again until they can get their money back, because persisting in not gambling again when they lose is quite a difficult thing for gamblers to do and not all gamblers can accept the fact that they must be ready to lose and stop at that time. So in the end, many gamblers choose to gamble all their money just to win, even though they understand that they risk losing, but because of their ego they ignore their rationality and choose to go all-in on the gamble.
chasing losses is what I learn from my own experience to be the stupidest thing to use as strategy in gambling because how many times that i tried such? ending me losing everything instead of bringing back my capital so never do this if you don't wanted to be more frustrated.
417  Other / Off-topic / Re: How did you feel when you see your EX? on: May 01, 2024, 08:50:55 AM
Well this did used to be a issue for me when I was more on Facebook. Me and my ex do have some mutual friends on Facebook so pictures we dont want to see are there sometimes.
you should unfriend or unfollow those mutual friends of yours while you are moving on
because we cannot just forget them easily as they are once part of our life and our daily living so try to do some actions preventing to remind us of many.

I do not care if I see her. We did break it off on good terms with her. And maybe it is different for us if we have bad breakups with them.
wow then congrats for you both guys .

you are lucky to have a good break ups .
418  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why not create a Gambling platform on Market narrative? on: May 01, 2024, 08:24:30 AM
And aside from that , Gambling is solely created to favor the owner and the team so the consensus will always for the gambling site and not for anyone of players and gamblers .
and with now that too long list of casino online is created day by day that I do believe who is owned by only few people(they are creating sites pretending to be competition but same owner behind ) I think this market will grow even without any other actions.

This just made me realize that there are tons of contests on this forum that use Bitcoin price prediction as their main game. It seems quite popular, so there is definitely some market if anyone is interested in that. If anything, I believe the profit provided by other games is probably better for the house, so there's no need for them to create a dedicated prediction game for that. I wouldn't be surprised if a dedicated Bitcoin prediction becomes mainstream though, considering how popular option trading is. CMIIW.
True. Prediction contests became a hit in this forum several years ago thanks to sites like Bitcasino etc which is why we are seeing so many sites launching their own prediction contests in order to draw in gamblers.

Also, there are dedicated Bitcoin prediction games already available in sites like Rollbit where you are supposed to predict whether it goes up or down in specific periods.
even Futuur mate is having predictions from any point of crypto to science and even politics and sports , which means prediction becomes more popular nowadays.
419  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is you research process for events like bitcoin halving ? on: May 01, 2024, 07:04:39 AM
Personally, I gathered all the information from bitcointalk forum and reddit.
I, too, knew about the halving event through this forum. I don’t know if reddit is the best source for cryptocurrency information though. A lot of spammers and just people spreading misinformation go around reddit.

Anyway once I saw halving being talked about I went on and researched more about it. It took a lot to understand the why, how and when. After that I researched about how to move forward. I tried acquiring as much as I can right before halving. And now all is left to do is wait.
420  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Another health benefit of online gambling on: May 01, 2024, 05:31:07 AM

Betting with online gambling firms will shield you from contracting communicable diseases because you are all alone in a comfortable atmosphere. My neighbor's behavior has made me focus only on crypto casinos because I am scared of my health. Don't get me wrong there are many well-built and very comfortable physical casinos that offer quality services, but when you are an online gambler you will not need to worry about the health concerns of fellow gamblers.
so meaning he has no Job mate? he stays in home because of His severe case?

but the title says better about He must gamble in house to not fall engaging in other sick people , but for me she better off gambling because even if he is responsible  yet this attitude shows how he is adopting gambling to make him stay in house enjoying the game.
