i think that ETH price low is a direct consequence of ICO market crysis, as more than 90% of ICO tokens are on Ethereum blockchain. I really hope that ICO market will rise again and will find a way to eliminare scams in order to protect investors so that everyone can trust again ICOs...

I think Ethereum will rise again in 2019 with high probability. It's still one of best blockchain project with lots of concrete applications and tested and safe blockchain. Eth is in crysis because ICO market is Red. When ICO market will solve its problem I'm quite confident that also ETH will rise fast again.

I think that patience is the key and long term investment pays better than daytrading. You have to be very skilled (and lucky) to continue to do daytrading for years (not for months) but even if you capital grow meantime if you make a big mistake only one time you can ruin everything you have built, that's why I prefer buy and hold strategy. Sell coins you don't trust and hold the other ones, that's my advice.

I think it really depends of what you want to do with that money. If you have to withdraw and spend in real world it's better to change to $. On the other hand, if you still want to hold money in crypto, it's better to change to Bitcoin.

I'm not losing my optimism about Ethereum and even if I'm afraid that will hit below 80$ I continue to hold it for long term. It's still one of best blockchain with real and concrete usage.
