Actually I'm not favor about the kyc because mostly of the personal information of yours must be submitted including your government id and that is too dangerous for us.And this is the start for the hacker to thief  if they got already the information of each member.

No I don't pay taxes because this is not a salary or wages like company and I think this is different to profit, And here in crypto world if you hacked no one to blame only you but in company who give you salary and wages they protect you and you can blame them if your salary lost. So why should I pay taxes if they can not protect me.

It depends on the ICO there are some ico are generous but it depends also in your rank if you are Jr member you will receiving one stake per week so that's a bit but if you are already a full member you'll be giving a 4 stakes and so on so it depends.
