We should really consider adding more more original games. Games outside of a normal casino. I happen to be working on a game of deal or no dea, what kind of demand do you think there would be for fun games like that outside of the gambling norm?

Also what about inventing a new type of game? Something that applies the concepts of poker to a more modern turn based multiplayer strategy game? I think there is good money to be made in taking bitcoin and using it to make a game that was not otherwise possible before it's existence. Something that takes full advantage of its strengths and creates a way for people to gamble their bitcoin in a new and fun way.

I think it's possible to take bitcoin gambling in a very different direction and I would love to see our company take a stab at something crazy.

We're open minded to this!

We're developing a new casino game that is progressing really well - but we'll certainly research what would work for our brand as far as non-traditional multiplayer games. Similar to one of the posters above you, and I love the idea.

Competition is really stepping up. I've got to say our site and games are looking quite a bit dated compared to some of these new up and comers. Bunch of new sites with 3d games are looking really nice too. Do we have any plans to step up our game in this areas? Would love to see us register one of those .io domains and create something next gen.

Also would it be possible to starting seeing numbers around number of bets placed rather then just our earnings?

We can provide those types of numbers and will do so since the next report. Consideration is in the works for options for additional transparency here moving forward.

First signs are good for volume with the new 3rd party sportsbook -

Once we ramp up all the other varieties available to add, including leagues & bet types available and in-play betting, currently in our Pipeline (through July) - we really expect volume growth to increase.

We'll look into a .io domain as far as it can play in with our current brand. Thanks for the suggestion!

Competition is really ramping up. Bit777 has good game graphics, the big issue to tackle is that the new game providers have 100's of games, that are all high def and interactive. A few of them look to be based on https://www.casinowebscripts.com/ software. I think you should either purchase or develop something similar to their 3D Drag Race - Multiplayer Speed Racers title (its a multiplayer game), would be a unique edge of the competitors

Thanks for the information! We are aware of a couple of these newer turnkey sites.

The idea of multiplayer games for bitcoin sounds great, and is something we'll have to research alongside our regular P2P multiplayer pools and contests.

409  Economy / Gambling / Re: Hypothetical battle comparison (Donald Trump vs whale) (dooglus vs whale) on: June 14, 2014, 03:43:34 PM
Let's get off Martingale for a while.

Akio Kashiwagi’s won a record breaking US$6 million from the Trump Plaza in Atlantic City in February 1990. Instead of paying it, Donald Trump invited Akio back in May for a freeze out competition. The terms were as follows. Kahiwagi was to bet no more than $200K per hand in baccarat. The game would end when Akio either lost back his $6M or he was ahead $12M. Of course free rooms, the best food and alcohol in unlimited quantities were comped. The house edge in baccarat when you play the 'player' is 1.365%.

In 2013 dooglus's whale Tawaka beat the house for 10K BTC. So JD makes an offer to Tawaka that he bet no more than 250 BTC each bet, and the match would end when Tawaka doubles to 20K BTC, or until he loses back the original 10K BTC. Being gentleman they both agree to play to the bitter end, but dooglus promises to send a bottle of Dom Perignon for every day that the balance moves 1000BTC up or down. A final caveat, the investors get excited enough about the game, that the bank swells so that the maximum bet of 250BTC is always covered even if Tawaka starts winning.

Following questions
1) If Akio plays "player bet" in baccarat, what is the probability that he would win the bet?
2) If Tawaka plays JD, what is the probability that he will win the challenge?
3) Would this be a smart move by dooglus? His he just taunting the bear that bit him?

If you can answer these questions, I will tell you what happened to Akio and Trump.

418  Economy / Gambling / PeerBet.org - Complete Site Overhaul & Re-design coming in July! on: June 11, 2014, 05:17:28 PM
Join us at Peerbet!

We are undergoing a complete overhaul of one of Crypto Gaming's oldest online wagering portal, PeerBet.org. New features we will be rolling out in June include the addition of Dark Coin, and the ability to play raffles in all the coins we support on PeerBet.org. We'll be continuing to rollout new features all summer long, including a revamped look and feel, PeerBet.org version 2.0!

Currently PeerBet.org offers many excellent options:

For investors, you can invest in the bankroll for 9 different coins - and take home a huge chunk of the profits!
Invest with confidence as PeerBet.org is backed by CasinoBitco.in (Havelock : CBTC). Further, PeerBet.org investments offer a much higher percentage return of the action compared to larger sites, as our bankroll is currently much smaller!

For players, Enjoy provably-fair wheel and dice - can you beat Sifo's 30 BTC win on our 10x pay wheel?
PeerBet offers wheels up to 15x win, and full dice odds.

Join our community of developers and modders in the Peerbet/Bit777 persistent chat room - that's what makes our site great - it's not just games, but fellow bitcoiners.

We'll be rolling out some new features and promotions through the summer of 2014 - stay tuned and keep us bookmarked!

420  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] CasinoBitco.in Bit777/Peerbet CBTC Official Thread- 1/2-May-Up! on: May 17, 2014, 08:14:07 AM
Results for May 1st through 15th are posted!

Sportsbook

We're in the homestretch of moving the sportsbook to a new backend with the 3rd party mentioned in previous reports - we've successfully wired up the main sports and have placed test bets. Our go-live for customer traffic is early next week, and we confident this new integration will allow us to compete much better as our lines will adjust based on action, and we'll be able to accept larger bet sizes than we currently support. This will also help us alleviate our risk, and ultimately accept a much higher number of bets, helping to "smooth" out our future results in this area.

We're VERY excited about the potential of this new piece of our business, and can't wait to show it off!

Casino

CasinoBitco.in remained consistent earning ~12 BTC in the time period; however, PeerBet (Wheel and Dice) and Bit777 have continued to underperform well below expectations losing ~13 BTC in this timeframe. Our Analytics and Engineering teams are reviewing all datapoints available to determine if we're just in a bad run of negative variance, or whether there are systemic issues that are surfacing. We'll have more data on this in the monthly report as well as focus on near-term strategies to "right the ship".

Conclusion - A cloud with a silver lining so far in May, as we expect our efforts for improvement will pay off in the long run, and after we can root out any potential security risks at Peerbet (countermeasures have already been taken).
