@Tomatocage I'm looking at their terms, is there a max/min deposit or BTC buy limit per day anywhere on their site?

I'm not Mr tomato, but here is the weekely limit to purchase from Circle:

Bank Accounts
Deposit Limit: $2,500
Withdraw Limit: $5,000

Credit/Debit Cards
Deposit Limit: $500
Withdraw Limit: $1,000

Credit cards are instant (but there is a 2.9% fee), regular bank deposit is free but it's an ACH process, so the standard delay of ~4 business days apply.

Thanks for that, I'll keep this open as there's still $1.1k to be filled, not worried about it though if all goes well with circle.

You know, it's a red flag when you keep on insisting to pay with online transfer when you can achieve the same thing by withdrawing the cash and making a deposit in any bank. WF surepay can be easily reversed well after 72 hours.

Why is it so hard to withdraw those funds to pay in cash?

The whole reason I'm insisting to transfer to another account is so it can't be reversed
I'm not using sure pay.

Besides, connected to circle.com and verified all my details, waiting on the confirmation deposits

Ok so I'm stuck with wellsfargo accounts only, I'll be willing to have an escrow hold coins for 72 hours to make sure nothing is reversed. If anyone can do this let me know.

We can do one of the following:
Option A: DOES NOT require WellsFargo account but requires Escrow to have one
1. I send $3.4k to escrow
2. You send agreed BTC to escrow
3. Escrow waits 72 hours, if no reversal releases coins and wires/transfers to seller

Option B: Requires wellsfargo account, escrow only holds coins
1. You send agreed BTC to escrow
2. I send $3.4k to you
3. You wait 72 hours and once this time has passed, escrow releases BTC.

Would you accept fiat equivalent collateral for the loan +10%? (USD Bank via Wells Fargo)
A fiat backed loan hap will almost do for anyone including a newb but it does beg the question of why not just buy the BTC with your fiat from say coinbase and then just sell back the BTC you make from whatever machine I suspect your buying or will be getting from whatever program you may be involved with when it pays out.

I'm trying to (see my recent threads I have about $3.4k to buy BTC with) but I'm having no luck at all

If anyone can find me a place where fast bank to BTC is applicable for Wells Fargo accts in the USA then let me know, I'm not having any luck tried most major exchanges so far.

Cash deposit is fine, or wire transfer with BTC in escrow for a few days should do the trick if you want to be absolutely sure.
I'll take this into consideration, got a PM from shdvb to do this hopefully everything goes smooth

Warning to Seller: WellsFargo's "SurePay" is easily reversible. And even wire transfers can be reversed up to 72hrs after they're made.

How do you suggest I send so that it is irreversible?
Also (if green trust) I'm willing to wait until the money is cleared before coins are sent. That's perfectly fine!

416  Economy / Lending / Re: Offering Loans [Optional Collateral] on: September 23, 2014, 05:11:59 AM
I would ship you a phone but their worth well above 2.5BTC each.

I would have lended you with the phone as collateral but I am from India and you shipping the phone to me and I will reship it to you later and all that will unnecessarily the draw the attention of Indian customs.
not only that, but the value is over 600% more than the value of the loan.
417  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTB] TITAN ONE GOLD on: September 23, 2014, 05:07:59 AM

Can you SS my neg trust, are you talking about how I have a negative trust rating or because of the overall rating?
This is what I see:

But there's also no collateral for such a big amount.

Loan amount : 0.010
Interest : 20%
Payment : 0.011 in 10 days on payday
Reason : to proove others I can have a loan from you, a well respected member Roll Eyes

Denied, right ? lol
Thanks

Of course you'll be denied...getting a loan just for the sake of building trust? What's to say YOU DO get this loan (which you won't), pay it off, get loaned .1BTC then run?
seriously.
420  Economy / Lending / Re: Offering Loans [Optional Collateral] on: September 23, 2014, 02:54:25 AM
I've got negs from a troll, and a misunderstanding with monbux when i first joined
Besides this, my record is completely clean

Yeah I understand but the loan is denied because of your -ve trust.

Can you SS my neg trust, are you talking about how I have a negative trust rating or because of the overall rating?

This is what I see:
