The current bounty is 31,000 HIRO.
As the payment is not in bitcoin, I am afraid it doesn't belong to this place but the altcoin section...

Why can't the Blockchain.info add a tool to calculate the transaction fee? No idea. The latest bitcoin-qt 0.9.0 already adds the coin control function, and you can choose the inputs and see the approximate tx size immediately. So, I guess it is not really "can't" but blockchain.info decides not to add such tool for some reasons.

Ok.. a new problem! I went to a site to buy something and.. they say they accept Bitcoins.. Wonderful! So I clicked on the bubble which says "pay with BTC" and a window pops up.. It says bitpay and it's showing an address and a square thingy with lots of dots?? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) What am I suppose to do next? ![Shocked](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/shocked.gif) I just closed the damn thing and ran away The scary square thing with lots of dots is a qr-code, which you can scan it to create the payment. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) On the left side of the qr-code, you should find an address together with an amount of btc. At the bottom, there should be a timer counting down from 15:00. To complete the trade, you need to send exactly that amount of btc to that address within 15 minutes.

Posting "Jay Shore's" info does really do anything for me. I'm not in the business of violence so I'm not sure what you think I should/would do with the info. I have since been contacted by a "Nolan" at coinabul, who said there was no way I am getting the BTC back but if I would send them the info they wanted, they would ship my gold. I have found myself in need of the money so I gave in and sent them the info(almost 5 weeks ago) and have yet to get what I ordered. At this ponit I know it's a long shot but at least I can still warn people about doing business with them.
Seriously, 240BTC (over $100,000 atm) is a huge amount of money. Have you done any legal action yet?

Agree with blacksails and Zebra, you can't really do much with the GT440. BTW, it should be OpenCL instead of OpenGL.

I dont think he was aware of that, so I just assumed he was mining bitcoin directly. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) I don't think he did enough research before buying the Antminer. It seems he have no idea about cgminer, even after buying the antminer...

I think he meant it as a sarcasm. If not, then I`d assume hes just trying to give a general right direction? I guess some arent aware John K has or hasnt been gone. Outside from John K, theres a OGnasty, and others as well. True, using escrow with reputable people is definitely suggested, and there are still a dozen of trustworthy people out there. But, we should stop using John K as an example lol. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

I really feel like I want to puke and I'm shaking all over my body and can barely type.
I was just checking my wallet on blockchain and noticed that all my bitcoins were transfered to another account!
From the Details it happened yesterday.
I had made a brainwallet which i tought noone could have guessed and never put my private-key somewhere.
Please is there anything I can do or at least to make me feel better? I just don't have a clue what to doaöäshefp9heWHFPAWHEFE
Sorry to hear your loss. I am afraid there is not much you can do now. ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif)

Indeed the info is sticky in meta forum, and that sticky thread is also included in the newbie readme (sticky here). But for some reason, it seems quite some people have never read the thread.

If anyone can buy a laptop which at least $200 above, you can most definitely affoard a proper mining rig.
Esp the prices have gone down.
The mining rig maybe affordable, but it is hard for you to get your investment back.
