401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you find interesting ICO ? on: August 25, 2018, 01:05:32 PM
Although this forum is a good source for good ICO, but you do not just invest into any ICO you see posted here in altcoins announcement section. He reason being that even developers with scam projects come to post theirs. Then you need to do your own research before investing into any of them.
For the websites that list ICOs, not all of them can be trusted. They rate and list based on the money paid to them. Therefore, even if one finds ICO of interest on website, research still needs to be done.
402  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is just Shitcoin, coming down 100 dollars. What do people think of this on: August 25, 2018, 12:57:37 PM
If ethereum is a shit coin, what do we call all other altcoins? Eth is ranked second after bitcoin and this is an acceptable fact. The fall of a coin does not mean it will not rise again. As a matter of fact, every coin has its own volatility. Some people had complained about bitcoin and called it shit coin, just because it plunged so much sometimes ago, but now that it seems to be growing steadily, we have shifted our focus away from it. I still have tge believe that ethereum will rise again.
403  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is product important for a project? on: August 25, 2018, 12:39:30 PM
One of the things i look out for in every good project is the product. Sometimes, i just wonder with some kinds of projects that come to the space these day. So many of them do not have any feasible product and some who claim to have products, will at some points quit. The reason still is because their product are not feasible. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to research into every project and ensure that they have good products that can be used.
404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What kind of cryptocurrency is easier to obtain ? on: August 22, 2018, 06:24:02 PM
It s a good idea to think of getting the easier ones and convert to bitcoin. I also do that. Although, i do not know the perspective from which you are thinking from. If you think of buying, there are some very good altcoins you can buy and hold. After appreciating in price, you can then convert to bitcoin. You can look into the first 10 cryptocurrencies for that. Also, you can engage in trading, but this can be a bit technical, which then calls for learning the rudiments first. You can as well consider bounty campaign. It is a very good way of earning reasonable tokens that you can convert to bitcoin.
405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The era of bounty hunter comes to an edd? on: August 22, 2018, 05:36:50 PM
OP, my opinion on bounty hunting is different. Most of the bounty campaigns i have done paid me, which is a clear indication that bounty campaign is still very much alive. Although i cannot deny that there are no scam bounty, But one thing we should ensure as bounty hunters before engaging in any task for bounty campaigns is that, we need to carryout our own research and not just join with our intuition. Out of every 10 bounty campaign, there will be at least 6-7 of them that are scam, among which also some will fail. That notwithstanding, there are still very good bounty campaigns.

407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Super-bubble exploded, lets grow now on: August 19, 2018, 09:01:57 PM
I still believe in this market,no matter how it falls. It is true that the falling the price of ethereum has affected so many coins, also the ones that i am presently holding. That not with standing, i am not baffled and that is why i can still hold most of my altcoins instead of selling them off at cheaper rate. There are lots of altcoins, including ethereum with great potentials. I can still wait until they moon again or until the bullish market.
408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does crypto offer riches overnight? on: August 19, 2018, 08:57:52 PM
What i do not like about some projects is their pump and dump nature, because coins like that easily die. Some of them are them are real shit coins. I would rather prefer to invest in a coin with organic growth, which has a good product. I just imagine how some developers cause fomo just because they want to dump and abandon the project. I have had such experience and that is why i do not believe in sudden riches when it comes to crypto.
409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which altcoin should I trade currently ? on: August 19, 2018, 07:57:52 PM
I do not know much about any of the coins mentioned, but i can recommend one for you. It is called shivom (omx). Presently, it is good good for trading. I am into it and it has been lucrative and interesting  to me.  You can venture into it before the organic growth begins. I would also advise that you first study whichever coin you intend to trade. Ensure you read about and know about the upcoming events, so that you can be well guided.
410  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any signature bounty campaign for newbies ?? on: August 19, 2018, 07:37:13 PM
There are lots of bounty campaigns that allow newbies to participate in signature bounty, but the issue it have with it is that the reward is usually very small. Most times, it is usually better to start signature bounty as a Jr. Member of the forum, than as a newbie. So that you can first learn before beginning.
I also noticed that the OP did not make any other post after this. I am just imagining what could have happened. Could it be that he has left the space?
411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are other ways to earn? on: August 19, 2018, 07:27:33 PM
If you do not invest, you might not be able to earn something substantial, most especially considering your rank. Although, just like you said, just as a way of starting and to have what you can invest with, you can venture into bounty campaign. If you can speak and understand any other language aside English. Most especially one of the languages that is needed in the crypto space, you can participate in translation bounty. It is one of the best ways to earn big in the space.
412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what is the best decision on: August 19, 2018, 07:09:40 PM
This is one of the issues some of us have, most especially for those who invested during the last bull run. One of the solutions to this is to hold and wait for the next bull run. Better still, one of the strategies i deployed was to go into trading with the ethereum i bought and through that, i have been able to gain back my portfolio. There are other things to do as well, we just need to go into that which suites and pleases us. Find a way of earning before the next bull run.
413  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty is dead :( on: August 19, 2018, 07:01:45 PM
It is true that some people use bots for bounty, most especially for telegram bounty. It amazes me mist times to see high number of participants and i just ask myself, if people are more interested in telegram bounty than other areas like signature, content creation, translation bounties. It is high time we started raising more awareness and alarm about these acts. Sanity needs to be brought into bounty again like we have had in the past.
414  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where to find the best Bounty Campaigns on: August 18, 2018, 10:55:57 PM
There is no doubt about it, that this forum, bitcointalk forum, is a very rich source of good bounty campaigns. This then leads me to another very wonderful source that which not everyone has discovered. It is called bountyhive. I believe you won't want to miss again, the great opportunities embedded on this platform. Although, there have been some controversies, where some said the management are not truthful about the rewards given, because there are no spreadsheets. I can confidently confirm that i get very good rewards.
415  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still believe in bounties and Cryptocurrency? on: August 17, 2018, 08:49:21 PM
I have been in this space for quite some time no, doing bounty campaign and i have never had any cause whatsoever to regret engaging in such. Most of the campaigns i have done have earned me good mount of tokens. The one that took so long and seemed nothing was forthcoming, has also paid. What we need to ensure while participating in bounty campaign is that, we need to research into the projects in order to know that they are authentic.
416  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats your biggest mistake up to now on: August 14, 2018, 09:08:09 PM
This is one of the areas we make a lot of mistakes. It is caused mainly by our impatience. I made two different mistakes on two occasions. One was the token gotten from bounty campaign, while the other was from airdrop. I sold these two tokens namely MTC and ENU hastily. I was seriously depressed when i discovered that their prices had reason. I learnt my lessons in a hard way. It has really thought me to be patient.
417  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrencies’ $600 billion crash hits a new low on: August 14, 2018, 09:03:08 PM
I am sure that some of those who read this would have been scared by now and can make others who have been in fear to be more scared. I just wished everyone can just be very confident on crypto. I just smile whenever people tell me that they are scared and that they do not know what tomorrow will tell. The rate of plunge in price is high, not just in bitcoin price alone, but also other coins that have been in existence for some time now.
418  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why am i here? on: August 14, 2018, 08:21:35 PM
This is nothing but the truth. Individuals have different perceptions to things and the way we feel best to to make money differs. Yes, virtually everyone of us wants to make money from the space, but alongside this, there are lots more. This is a technologically driven venture, which can help to solve a lot of problems. I have seen projects that have provided lasting solutions or means to solving some challenges facing humans.
419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What does crypto mean to you on: August 14, 2018, 08:09:33 PM
Those who see crypto as a means to a fast buck or fast money are the ones dumping what they have at the moment. There is more to crypto than immediate gratification. Ever since i came to this space, i have had the understanding that only the patient can get this best from crypto. Crypto has got a lot of future prospects, most especially when it comes to good projects. I just try as much as possible to hold and wait for what the future brings.
420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Advice to all bounty hunters. on: August 13, 2018, 09:43:30 PM
Despite the fact that bounty hunters promote projects, some still believe that we are also the ones that dump the token. Well i will not deny the fact that some bounty hunters dump, but that does not mean that we all do it. Bounty hunters are not enemies to the progress of ICOs, rather we want the success. I have also seen situations where investors dump the tokens they bought through ICOs. Most especially those among them that got bonuses.
