Am a newbie here... Does anyone know what and how does bounty works?
Bounty brings us money. You need to get the next rank. You will be able to participate in Bounty campaigns by signatures. You can write an article for the campaign bounty. For this you will get the project tokens.
All what you need is to find the campaign in which you want participate and carefuly read the rules in bounty thread. And of course you should check their official site, team, WP and ANN thread for to make a right decision. Coz that's all is your time, and time is money
