401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty projects need to change approach to bounty allocations on: November 13, 2018, 05:56:52 PM
Of course by nature man is greedy. Whether the concern are the bounty hunters or the ICO admins there is no exemption for both parties. Yet individually there are still good people who acts and thinks with justice. We all know how hard life is and this can always be expected. So I agree with your idea that even when the project is only a little above or equal to softcap a just compensation should be given to bounty hunters.
402  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to start investing? on: November 13, 2018, 09:27:51 AM
If you are really interested in investing on cryptocurrency then you should find some time to really study cryptocurrency otherwise failures will happen. Cryptocurrency investments is not as easy as anybody thinks. I have tried invested a lose about half of it when I thought that the market will go up again but sadly it did the reverse. There are a lot of exchanges and a lot of wallets to use but determining what actions should be done during a time being is the most important with cryptocurrency investments.
403  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop being pessimistic. The potential of bitcoin is still immense! on: November 13, 2018, 07:51:57 AM
I think the crypto market is just in an initial stage of expansion and occupies a very small and insignificant place in the global economy. For that reason I do not understand the great pessimism that many times is observed in those who have invested some money here, as soon as they observe some eventual fall in the price of bitcoin.

At some point I read an article in which bitcoin was already among the 20 most important currencies in the world (displacing many fiat currencies), so I have no doubt that the growth potential of this market is still immense and we can still consider ourselves as early adopters.

Yes you are right the market is really big for cryptocurrency especially bitcoin. But loses at present and the current condition of the market is something which the investors really do care about. It is business for these investors and to worry about losing is something big in their minds. It is really understandable and pessimism is just a result of it. No matter how you encourage them yet the market is still the same it doesn't change a thing. So maybe we just let them be and those investors may come back when everything will be better though not for now. I am sure of it.
404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin rise in 2019 on: November 13, 2018, 04:56:40 AM
People have been talking about increase and a lot of them are anticipating a sudden rise in value by the entry of the year 2019. Should there be another bitcoin hype then this is a possibility but surely it will just die easily afterwards unless the real usage of bitcoin will be observed to increase. This is what people really needs to wait for and not just any instant rise that would seem to be caused by a bubble.
405  Economy / Economics / Re: You Can Now Keep Your Bitcoins In A Bank on: November 12, 2018, 04:32:02 PM
It would be good to deposit bitcoins in a bank to make it even more secure. This would allow more people to start trusting bitcoin as the banks can really attract investors. Granting that bitcoin may now be accepted, will these create a problem with the transaction fees? Could this really help bitcoin? Thanks!
406  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Airport accepting bitcoins for traveling tickets on: November 12, 2018, 01:28:57 PM
This is a good idea. I think this can help a lot of trouble for those who would want to transact and pay at home or in any location and the lesser will there be resources needed to accept payments. Any payment can be placed directly towards the appropriate account with no problem at all. Not unless otherwise if there will be problems with the network connectivity. I do think this will happen in the future.
407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is better than Bitcoin? on: November 12, 2018, 07:48:25 AM
The article doesn't actually say that ethereum is really better than bitcoin if you are going to look inside the contents and not just on the opening remarks or statement. There are advantages and disadvantages that one has to consider. There is no such thing as a perfect coin. No matter how advanced the technology is, progress will still rely on the fact that for a product to be considered good or the best it has to have a consumer. This is the real reason why the market could not really just go up continuously over time because there was not much usage as of the moment. There are investors though but are really just holding the coin and awaiting for the right time to gain and then do the trading.
408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be contented on your bounty campaign rewards! on: November 11, 2018, 11:50:48 PM
Actually it is our choice of becoming a bounty hunter and therefore must not be professional enough to accept what one is scheduled to receive. Yet on the other hand they the ICO project must also know that we have worked hard doing the task and therefore must receive atleast a just compensation. So it should be a matter of balance between the two.
409  Economy / Economics / Re: If you had 10000$ on: November 11, 2018, 10:41:11 PM
The first question that should come into your mind should be to ask yourself if you are ready to lose that amount of money. We all know that the cryptocurrency is really unpredictable and gaining ten times based on the market as of today might be far from happening though possible. So there is a lot of risk with predicting such a large increase and you must be ready to accept whatever happens to your investments.
410  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why everyone becoming the holder? on: November 10, 2018, 08:38:50 AM
Whether it would be a bearish market or not, holding coins may not be very beneficial to everybody. But to some I must admit it really is. Consider that when you hold coins you are giving a chance for others to see how much growth had been made with you and several others holding to make the price stable and go up. In this scenario those who have bought at the lowest price could have gain more and eventually might be selling their coins. You are the reason they could become rich and thanks for the demands you have just made which is artificial. These could result in dumping of coins because there was no actual usage to supplement or make the demands stable and unaffected by others dumping the coin. So you lose while they have become rich. How can we all have the same share after holding? There is actually nothing we can do in this system but accept that there was not much usage and therefore prices would always become volatile. Encourage people to use the coin and only then we can see the real movements of prices.
411  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency - future? on: November 10, 2018, 07:19:04 AM
Cryptocurrency is still gaining popularity and use until today. Though there had been so many questions as to its reliability and strength as a positive contribution to the advancement of payment systems with the use of the block chain, still it has managed to slowly make some progress as some countries are now accepting cryptocurrencies. It cannot be denied that the market may have gone not so good and some countries are still not so favorable to it but it did not actually stop cryptocurrency from being used.  Of course there is much to learn about it and people are still in the process of accepting it and using it for our daily activities. Someday it might be used globally almost as if a basic need.
412  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't buy bitcoin because it won't be fine on: November 10, 2018, 05:31:24 AM
You might have misunderstood what bitcoin is really all about. It is not really because it is not physical like money that it cannot be used. Apology to you but I must disagree with some ideas you have posted. While some of your ideas is correct and bitcoin appears to be more like a ponzi scheme but honestly it is not what it is intended to be. Who cause it to become a fraud as you might have think are the ways people use it. It is like a knife in the kitchen that is supposed to cut meat but can be used to do murder. Yet it was just a tool and who uses it makes it either good or bad. The judgement must be based on the users and not to the tool itself. Can you not buy a product using bitcoin? Can you not use it daily given that there are stores accepting it? Can you not create any demand for it? If not then I would say you are perfectly right and it is all just a matter of transfer. But bitcoin is something that can be utilized though for now it doesn't get as much support that it needs. People keep holding it for nothing but waiting for the price to move up and sell it in order to gain. This is what makes it appear more like a Ponzi scheme. The people who created bitcoin a different character when it was intended not to be what it is now. Just don't be so negative about bitcoin. You want to change things? then do it now! Build your stores accept bitcoin payments and you can create new demands and opportunities for earning money the realistic way as it was meant to be.
413  Economy / Economics / Re: Using Bitcoin in Space - Bitcoin and the Interplanetary Frontier on: November 09, 2018, 01:01:28 PM
I think this is a good idea. But honestly how can we be able to get to live in the moon. What else would we be doing in their with our bitcoin. Some ideas are really that easy to put into practice through imagination but as to the reality it wouldn't be that easy. Maybe we should wait for so many years before we are able to live in the space and trade our bitcoins.
414  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you ready to use cryptocurrency in everyday life? on: November 08, 2018, 01:47:12 PM
It is certainly easy to use cryptocurrency in daily life. The problem maybe in its implementation would be that it needs internet connectivity and while in my locality we only have a little to none at times, it would be so hard to connect and watch over your balance. And because of the lack of internet connection not too many would be able to use it in their stores or shops. This the problem we have in our locality. Maybe someday in the future.
415  Economy / Economics / Re: Economic crash in 2019! RE.1 on: November 08, 2018, 08:51:02 AM
Everything is connected to the physical economy. I believe this would always be the case. If there would be economic crisis I am certain that it will eventually create a problem with the digital environment. Yet on the other hand while bitcoin as a currency is not the actual money but rather a coin that is made as a payment system then it is possible that if people would still use it even if crisis happens, it could survive any crisis and will continue to go up even when everything is down because demands create its value.
416  Economy / Economics / Re: Intel CPUs fall to new hyperthreading exploit that pilfers crypto keys on: November 08, 2018, 07:56:04 AM
Thanks for this wonderful idea. I have never heard about this until you posted it here. I am a computer enthusiast and likes to learn more about computers and how it functions. Talking about security not only for cryptocurrency, this seems to me a very bad situation if this vulnerability can't be fixed. Well perhaps this might be a bit hard to do for an ordinary hacker that is why they just don't really bother on this for now. I also heard about the virus that went undetected by residing on the bios of a computer. They seem to be almost the same in terms of concealing their codes. Hope this can be addressed soon to prevent further bad security implications.
417  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long will this bear market continue? on: November 07, 2018, 05:00:18 PM
I'm just hodling since the January drop. Stupid me I didn't sell enough of my coins that time. Just wondering what are you guys doing. Still holding or you pulled out your investments in the mean time?

I have the same situation as you do have. I did lose a lot during those times when when I thought that the matket would go up but instead of all of a sudden moves on to the opposite direction. Still I continued to hold but it only gets worse. This is how bad I am at trading and for a person to really master the skills, loses should be apart of learning. We cannot predict outcomes easily so we should always be studying current trends and cryptocurrency market movements. As to when will these bearish market ends is a really big question and we might just be guessing because it is always hard to know.
418  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people try to create their own coins? on: November 07, 2018, 02:45:57 PM
Money is a good reason for doing something that other people may not like. It is quite tempting to take a bite to the great fortune that cryptocurrency seems to promise. I haven't heard of reason like creating coin just for pure fun. Although dogecoin may be an example but I don't believe that they don't ever consider even a little about earning money. Money is almost connected to us a basic need in this modern time.
419  Economy / Economics / Re: LETS KICK OUT POVERTY USING BITCOIN on: November 07, 2018, 01:30:21 PM
This a good post but somehow I do believe something is missing in your idea. The hyperinflation thing might have made sense but I honestly doubt if bitcoin will be able to help out with its limited number. All things that go up must come down as a saying goes. What could happen to bitcoin being used up? Well of course it is very simple to analyze. When bitcoin price go up, those who have already made a gain will sell their coins and exchange it for their native currency and as a result the prices of bitcoin will drop as somebody dumps during the time when bitcoin price is high. As a result those who have just bought there bitcoin will suffer from a loss of value. So it might have caused others to become rich while the missing part is, somebody is losing as well. So the question is how do you think will it help the poor in this manner. I think it is more selective and subjective so helping the poor in general is something it might not be able to do.
420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you deserve this? on: November 06, 2018, 01:40:00 PM
No one deserves pumps and dumps. All Alts prices are connected to Bitcoin!
Cryptos are imploding and I believe there is worse to come!
Welcome to hell!

Of course no one deserves. But this is how the market really works. There are things that are really inevitable such as this. You can't expect things that way you want it to be. The cryptocurrency market is a complicated network of usage and minds. You don't tell people when to decide about trading or just to hold coins. You don't want loses then be analytical and study the market even more than what you did. Don't get panic get in the way.
