I've observed strange behavior of ppcoind running in Coinotron pool. After 3 days it uses 1.1 GB of RAM - much more than for example bitcoind (130MB).
I compiled the newest windows version: ppcoin-ppcoin-v0.2.0ppc-0-g09051bd.
There seems to be a memory leak somewhere.
There is a lot of "ERROR: BitcoinMiner : proof-of-work not meeting target" messages in debug.log.
Could you please look into it?

if a wallet is offline when it's PoS life is reached, as soon as it goes back online it signs accordingly and generates the block right; kinda backdated?

Yes, it's to do with price differences, nothing to do with "buy low / sell high".
bare in mind, there are many of bots cross-exchanges doing this, and even more complicated arbs mixing in FOREX/Alt Currenies, e.g. if BTC->LTC->USD is cheaper (puts and asks both exist) than BTC->USD by an amount > cost of fees, execute trade (buy on one, sell on other at same time); or BTC->LTC->USD->GBP vs BTC->PLN->GBP etc.
Anyway I did not mean to trash your thread, and I find the setup interesting - how you can call for more funds, I'll be watching closely.

PPC value is so in a bubble. 0.0009 btc? LOL! There will be 2 billion of them total. Litecoin for example is at 0.0035. Just do the math. Anyways happy buying at these ridiculously high prices for PeePeeCoin.
