401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In which token i invest? on: February 08, 2021, 04:25:38 AM
One of this are DOT, LINK, VET, ETH, and GRIN in my own choice in which I think it can develop more in the future. But of course, you still need to look around and check were for you it is good and has a potentials too.
What the OP asked was a token, and I think GRIN is a coin not a token because GRIN already has its own network.
But there is nothing wrong with investing in GRIN, because GRIn is a coin that has potential in the future, many analysts say that the GRIN price will be pumped to 10 usd.
402  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I Feel Confuse !!! on: February 08, 2021, 04:11:32 AM
There are only two ways to make gas costs cheap, first you have to monitor the cost of ETH gas at any time, because there is a situation when gas costs suddenly become cheaper, and when that happens you can make transactions.
and secondly you only need to hold a token from the TRON network, because the TRON network transaction fees are very cheap. Even in the case of USDT the transaction fee is 0.
403  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gold Could be Next Bitcoin on: February 08, 2021, 03:39:02 AM
To be honest, I don't think so, regarding branch coins or fork coins like BTCgold, BCH, etc. Will not be able to balance or replace original coins (BTC). So, if there are other options then it is easy for me personally to choose a new coin even though it is high risk rather than investing in a fork coin. To be sure everyone has different reasons, but for me personally not.
Hard fork coins are not a bad choice in my opinion, like Bitcoin cash, so far the development of bitcoin cash is very good, and every year there is always a network upgrade, but indeed during the last two years there were many conflicts that caused the price to fall.
404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gold Could be Next Bitcoin on: February 06, 2021, 11:10:55 PM
I was actually excited during that point because I never thought that I will be able to use my GPU for mining the said coin and use my computer to do that. But it turns out, you need a much more powerful system to be able to get the most of mining. One GPU is not enough and the website I checked even recommended using 6 GPUs.
Of course 1 GPU will not be strong, you have to have more capital than that to mine BTG, because BTG is one of the old coins which is quite expensive, so the level of difficulty is also quite high.
If you want to mine BTG, my advice is better wait for BTG to move to PoS, because a lot of coins are now moving to PoS, I didn't hear BTG is moving to PoS, but you can start talking to DEV and consider the idea.
405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When This Scam Will stop?? on: February 05, 2021, 12:00:04 AM
my question is who is willing to work on being the supervisor of a new project?
Now these projects are so easy to create, anyone can develop a new project. but this consistent, high-value, enduring project is likely to be very difficult and only a few percent of the percentage. so this seems difficult but actually it can, but there must be another effective way
It is a problem that has not been resolved since the past, many new projects have ended up scams and many investors have become victims, and they complain why there is no supervisor for the new project?
and in my opinion, this is not a matter of new projects to watch out for, but about how they don't get into the abyss several times,
those who have been deceived should learn not to be deceived again, this is the solution they must find if they are to make a profit.
406  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shall I HODL DOGE? on: February 04, 2021, 11:54:57 PM
For me Doge coin is only an old coin that is booming recently and cannot last long at a high price, now BTC is also up again so it is becoming the most popular in crypto, my suggestion is that you keep only half of your doge coins from your assets because there are many other coins which has great potential in the future for both the long and short term
I also have the same opinion as you, I see Dogecoin is only temporary hype played by the whales.
If anyone wants to invest in Dogecoin, my advice is to buy only 10% of the total portfolio you have. Because if more than 10% it is feared that the Dogecoin is not pumped by the whales again and you will lose very long, while the bull market has started.
407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: do I still have a chance to get profit? on: February 04, 2021, 06:31:25 AM
Honestly I've seen somethings like this kind of project before, to tell you the truth I really don't think you would earn profit on somethings like that I think you would earn more on investing to altcoins that has a value like Ethereum.
Yes, it was not the first project that ended in a scam and discouraged investors. But OP has made the right decision because he sold all the coins he owned and bought ETH, now he only has to wait for the ETH price to go up to 10k usd,,
408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Altcoin would you Buy now and Why? on: February 04, 2021, 06:07:56 AM
Cardano and DOT is a great long-term project that is made by experienced founders.
Cardano and Polkadot have no doubt, the ecosystem has been formed, especially Polkadot, I am surprised that the price development is so fast, there is a possibility that the market capitalization of Polkadot will beat USDT and ETH.
But after all Polkadot is only one coin, there are still lots of good coins, like XCASH which are still cheap and many people predict it will beat XRP.
409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When Do You Take Profit From Your Altcoin Bags? on: February 03, 2021, 11:47:27 PM
We have different strategy to make profit from altcoins but mine is if the altcoins increased around 20% then I will take my profit just a short trade only and for stop loss maybe only -10%.. I also have some altcoins that I hold for long term, hoping to double my money in the future.
Your Stop Loss (SL) target is very large, if your SL target is large then your TP must be bigger, at least 5x the risk you get,,
this is risk management, the greater the loss you can get, the greater the profit.
If I will at least take a profit when the profit has reached 100% to 200%, but depending on chart conditions and market sentiment at that time, such as a doge that has risen to 700% in less than 1 week
410  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: do you do mining or staking? on: February 03, 2021, 01:51:26 AM
Right now I am not doing any of the above. Once I tried mining, but I found it unprofitable for myself. As for staking, at one time I missed such an opportunity, while the people I know were stealing and farming coins, and made good money on it. In any case, if you want to make money in these ways, you need to study the information, this is the key to everything.
Mining is not profitable for small investors, because mining is only profitable when you have large capital.
so for those who have small capital it is better to choose staking, so you have nothing to lose even if you get a small prize, because you still hold the coin.
411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crpto investment in 2021 on: February 03, 2021, 01:43:28 AM
Find top coins that haven't been pumped yet. XRP, DOGE, ETHEREUM, Bitcoin are  all already  in a high  price.
But if you want to invest in one of the coins above, you have to wait for the price  to go down, then you buy it.
Maybe ADA, DOT, TRX, or other top coins will be pumping soon, you should analyze them first before deciding.
ADA and TRX can be options, especially TRX, which is currently ranked below market capitalization, if you look at the market capitalization of investors who are not holding TRX, it means that it is just a matter of waiting for the TRX price to be pumped because many investors will buy TRX.
for ADA, the price is actually quite high, but if you look at the maximum supply and price today, there is still a possibility that the ADA price will rise higher.
412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What old coins are you still holding? on: February 03, 2021, 12:18:55 AM
The only old coins I'm still holding is Litecoin, but I will probably sell it and redistribute over DeFi/Staking. Maybe I didn't sell it until two months ago because it was relatively cheap. I also had DOGE but sold it at the moment I saw the x7 pump.
Litecoin and Dogecoin are coins that have good potential, I have them too, but I sold Dogecoin a few days ago when it was pumping 0.07 USD, now I'm waiting for Dogecoin to come back to 0.02 USD, so I can have more Dogecoin.
But do you also hold BCH? because in my opinion BCH is still cheap now and includes old coins which have good potential in the future.
413  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good news for XRP on: February 02, 2021, 11:15:43 PM
so till then investing in Ripple can be seen to be highly risky. Also, Ripple is already getting delisted from exchanges and no one actually knows how long this case will go on or what will become of Ripple at the end.
There have been many Ripple issues since 2017, and at that time investing in Ripple was already risky, and now Ripple has a problem with the SEC, so are these issues still lacking to make us understand the risks of holding Ripple?
A coin that has many issues means that it has a lot of problems and risks. If there are still many coins that have no issues or even a few issues, why should we choose coins that have too many issues?
414  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading Or Invest ? on: February 02, 2021, 11:08:23 PM
It depends on your strength, if you are not a disciplined person, do not go near trading you would end up losing your money, if you are a disciplined person and have learnt the technical skill to succeed, you are going to do well. For me, you have nothing to lose investing in a project you are sure is going to succeed, it is just a matter of time before the price increase
I agree, trading or investing are both profitable, depending on ourselves, discipline is very necessary to succeed in trading, knowledge and management are the first assets that we must understand in order to be disciplined.
And for investment it is suitable for those who are difficult to discipline, so they only need to hold it and wait until the price goes up.
415  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: looking to the future of crypto on: February 02, 2021, 12:35:12 AM
We will not be able to eliminate the scam project, naturally it will always be everywhere, like grass growing in the fields even though the farmers don't want it, just like a scam project that will always appear among legit projects.
As an investor, it's better if you invest in coins that have a top 100 CMC rating, coins that have high liquidity are very good because their prices tend to go up.
416  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading Or Invest ? on: February 02, 2021, 12:28:42 AM
I'm starting to think that investing pays as much or more than trading ...

Not long ago, i realized i had a bad tendency to switch from asset to asset, to trade and look at the charts too much. It is better, i think, to target the projects in which you want to invest, then stick to them.

So, if (and yes ... still the famous 'if') I had held the assets I owned a year ago, then my portfolio would currently be at ... x40 a year later, which is not currently the case.

It's easy if we calculate like that, but in practice it is very difficult to do, because what we do today is based on events that haven't happened yet, and we don't know what will happen, while the analysis you do is based on events that have already happened, the same as people who sell Bitcoin for 4000 USD, they do not know if at that time the price of bitcoin will reach 40000 USD.
Invest or trade depending on the time you have, if you have a lot of trading time it is certainly better.
417  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is better, ether or bitcoin? on: February 01, 2021, 11:59:51 PM
If I can give advice, then I prefer ethereum, because ethereum is still very low in price based on bitcoin pairs, if I'm not mistaken now the price is still 0.03 bitcoin, and the selling target could be around 0.1 bitcoin per ethereum, because ethereum's highest price is around 0.15 bitcoin.
418  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DIA team kept their promise on: February 01, 2021, 11:57:06 PM
What is the minimum amount of DIA that must be held? i didn't hear the news, 60 usd is a hefty nominal since it's free.
I have never traded on the hoo exchange, but on Binance once in a while, I wonder why this airdrop is not so much talked about,
419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Tether go into crisis like XRP? on: February 01, 2021, 11:52:59 PM

its petrifying if tether will be attacked by SEC by the time there is a bear market and we all have saved our money on USDT. i heard the smart contract of ERC20 USDT can be frozen and that's the scariest of all nightmares. its like they can destroy the lives of crypto users, more than half od the traders i believe is using tether.

DAI is an option but the price can fluctuate really hard though. BUSD still is a centralized stablecoin controlled by binance.

It is difficult to find reliable stable coins, but at least looking for stable coins other than USDT is the right choice, I prefer DAI even though the price rarely fluctuates, but it is safer than having my balance frozen.
The price of XRP will be very bad if the SEC issue is not resolved, I hope other coins like USDT have no problems with the SEC.
420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Japan Support XRP on: February 01, 2021, 11:02:38 AM
Still have good news with this coins after delisting from many exchange market, but this correct information or not when have companies wanna support with ripple after delisting from many exchange market and investigating by SEC commission, I think some project will getting careful by adopting some coin during have bigger problem, I think this way did by ripple how to get back investor trusted after ripple coin dump last moths and now still have lower price.
I'm not sure the news was made by the Ripple team, I don't even see the news as big news, it's just ordinary news that happens to be a lot of people sharing to many groups and think it's good news.
Cryptocurrency is very sensitive to news, even news that is not important can sometimes make the price of a coin go up, such as news about Elon Musk writing Bitcoin on his twitter account.
