401  Other / Beginners & Help / It's smerit(sendable merit) not kmerit(keepable merit) on: April 03, 2019, 08:14:02 PM
This message would go out to lower rank members. I always commend a good and hard working member of the forum and it's always easy on the eye reading a quality post or comment. Well so many user has really improved on that especially the lower ranking member no matter what you intent may be to make a good post be it merit hunting or not so far is a good post it's always healthy to the forum.

Well the bone of contention is this. The forum has made it so that everyone get a smerit for every two merit they receive this is a circle the forum created. But for some reasons lower rank members has felt giving out merit is totally the duty of merit sources or high ranking members. This perspective is wrong.
You are at the liberty to read a post and if you find it great or interesting rather than rushing to be the first few to comment(strategy to get merit) you can take out time to merit the post if it deserves it.

Always have a selfless act here on the forum every one is entitled to his/her merit but if you think your good contribution should deserve merit so why don't you do the same to other deserving merits.

It's sendable merit not keepable merit

Edited...

For newbies that are still not clear about how meriting works if you check the top far left of the post or comment you find interesting you would see a merit icon click on it then it would direct you effectively.

Well the comments above me was just simply sourced from the internet. But newbies fail to understand the power of the internet you tend to have some really good assistance or suggestions to issues such as this. Then after you must have searched the internet and still not satisfied then you can come here but now you would have had at least a little bit of an idea to your problem.

404  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Over the Counter (OTC) Cryptocurrency Trading - Explained in Details. on: April 02, 2019, 11:33:48 PM
Just from research what I can understand is that big investors and trader employ this medium(otc) cryptocurrency trading to escape the hurdles and challenges they might encounter on normal exchange trading.
But top exchanges can still offer big investors trading with minimal challenges and it's much safer

406  Other / Beginners & Help / Silver jubilee merit achieve on: April 02, 2019, 05:52:10 PM
Although to many this is not really a high feet to attain but to me as a person it means everything, it means that my little works has really been appreciated.
I was introduced to the forum by someone who believes one merit is what I should aim for and anything other than that is impossible. Well I broke that law with my very first post in which I attain more than a single merit.

Seeing my self develop with time here has giving me endless joy and as the role I play in my locality a lot of young women are looking up to me and this feet has really giving me some sense of believe.

I also use this medium to reach out to other newbies out there that ignore all the negativity you have been told set your own part and work towards it and I assure you that you would see improvement...

407  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bounties(advertised on the forum) offers more than just payment on: April 02, 2019, 10:50:29 AM

Thanks correction taking. I was trying to compare between bounties here when I mean here I meant bitcoin paying bounties and bounties outside meaning ico, token paying bounties... I just hope the message was passed
408  Economy / Service Discussion / Bounties(bitcoin paying bounties ) offers more than just payment on: April 02, 2019, 09:12:11 AM
Everyone need that extra gain that extra money, that extra fund, and that precious bitcoin. Well there is nothing wrong in wanting them all and more but you just have to do it the right and healthy way.

We all know by now that bounty is another way of earning from the cryptocurrency there are numerous bounties out there find a good one is like looking for a needle in a hay stack. a huge percentage of them a scams, worthless and time wasting.

I would point out few factors and compare between bounties advertised here and bounties outside the forum

       Management
*#bounties token paying ---- token bounty managers really don't pay attention to there reputation and some are fraudster they pick of any project and organise a bounty do poorly managed some delay or do not pay. And most times the bounty hunters end up on a sad mood

*# bounties bitcoin paying --- bounty mangers here are very careful of there reputation because they use there account to work and if they are found guilty risk getting a red(negative) tag on the account. Mangers here are more active and focused

         Payment
*#bounties token paying ---- payment of bounties outside the forum usually delays or are not even forth coming and few of them pays you in a tangible coin like bitcoin, ethereum etc rather they pay you in tokens that are most times worthless

*#bounties bitcoin paying ----- very often payment are made in a week interval and are very prompt with out much hassles and also payments are made in tangible coins that has value

In respect to developing users and the forum
*# bounties token paying --- bounties token paying, the forum are really selfish only think about the project and themselves they don't care about the bounty hunters development or the forum some ask you to make some huge bounty report pyramids that causes and eyesore And makes hunters account and the forum filled with unhealthy spam post.

*#bounties bitcoin paying ---- are very much concerned about quality posting and this can increase hunters zeal to make constructive post other wise risk getting kicked out and on the other hand makes the forum healthy..

       Durability
*#bounties token paying ---- bounties here are mostly ico and are not durable limited to the length of the ico so are not even certain because some projects never makes it out of ico.

*#bounties bitcoin paying signature ----- are durable and are most times not linked to an ico so are also very certain and direct.

If you are interested in gaining from the forum it's best to do it the right way.

409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Altcoin discussion section( let's discus altcoin logically) on: April 02, 2019, 08:15:16 AM
I do read post and comment here from time to time although I don't write here probably because of the series of spam post but all that can really end altcoin is every coin excerpt bitcoin in the sense that altcoin has a huge hold on cryptocurrency so let's make this section great it starts with us and it starts small.

Let's comment great topic or discussion of interest below.
Ranging from altcoins that has a great future potential or a possible scam project.
Pls let's be productive with out post and comment
410  Other / Meta / Re: Does anyone here make a living off the forums? on: April 02, 2019, 06:02:44 AM
One thing must be clarified if one puts earning from the forum as a primary motive or objectives that person would have hit bottom rock and faded away by now. I was on telegram the other day and a lady was telling me how she is no longer on this forum. Out of curiosity I check her account but all her post was bounty related feed backs with huge bounty report pyramids. She would have thrived if she was in the old system and not now.
An educated member of this forum told me that earning( tangibly)here starts when you must have taking your time to contribute to the forum meaningful and this not a days job.
As a women community leader I have educated women about the opportunities of cryptocurrency and suggested this forum to them even if as I work with the education ministry as a teacher. I still know with time I would be able to gain substantially here and support my educate a girl Child Project I have in mind.. It's just takes hard work

413  Other / Beginners & Help / Newbies Avoid complacency adhere to guides lines on: April 01, 2019, 05:38:17 PM
Many newbie are found of calming to be self expert and try as much as possible to improvise and input there own method Into things when there are already laid down guildlines.

Once you are operating on a device, system it doesn't matter if you are connected with the internet or not you are not completely safe.
When registering or signing up into any platforms, application e.t.c the manufacturer has genuinely tried to make things more safer and easier for it user that's why they suggest safety precautions but people are found of ignoring it

*Most platforms when you are registering would advice you write the code, password, keys, puzzles down rather than screemshooting it alone because you might tend to lose the gadget and your account is gone

*social media platforms is a hot bed of scammers but creators has tried to tackle this. When every you get a message from prospective fraudster or suspicious person the platform offers you an option to report spam but most still ignore this warning for various reasons which can be disastrous

Even on most cryptocurrency related groups the team normally state that non of there admin would private chat anyone concerning a private sale yet newbies still fall for such scam strategy

In conclusion it's always right not to feel to big or too smart to follow laid down rules. Always try to go through them even terms and conditions no matter how long it might be. Those things where created for you. And always adhere to them

417  Other / Politics & Society / African women breaking boundaries on: March 30, 2019, 10:07:51 AM
As a female in the business an investment world am always excited and motivated seeing women especially Africa (where women are seen as predominantly house wives) soar in there respective areas of interest

    Life as an African woman

Well I have always emphasized that living as a woman in Africa comes with some sacrifices, you have to sacrifice your dreams, aspirations e.t.c just for the interest of your husband and family.
But personally I have Risen above that and have come to see the possibilities of a woman being a wife, CEO, lover, mother and so on.

Am creating this post to motivate not only women but to others who has been handicapped in any area that you can be anything you want to be

In no particular order here a five African  women breaking boundaries

*folake folarin coker:

she is a Nigerian she is a fashion designer with some of her works been shown in various parts of the world she is also into oil and gas. she is the only Nigerian female billionaire.

Joyce banda :

Joyce is a Malawian and also the country vice president a feet that is hard to achieve for a woman in Africa she also has various business foundation that supports African woman in business.

Njeri rionge:

Not only is she a beauty this Kenyan business tycoon is a force to reckon with she started her business as a teenager and has seen it rise she plies her trade in the IT sector where she dominate.

Sibongile sambo:

This great South African woman is very dogged in achieving her dreams initially she wanted to be a flight attendant but failed that did not deter her. Now she is into the aviation industry big time

Ellen Johnson sirleaf:

I draw special inspiration from this legend being Africas first female head of state. she brings to life the saying that anything is possible as long as you put in hardwork. She render her service to her country Liberia as their 24th president and enjoyed a tenure spanning from 2006-2018.

Women are doing big things everyday so don't use your gender, state, condition or position as an excuse to fail

Like the first comment on this post says most terms and conditions are long I don't know if this is a tactical approach from the site or just trying to be very formal.

But it's still possible to get the guide lines and key point with out going through letter for letter.
Majorly understand what you are about to register into before joining
