401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This market is unhealthy? Maybe Not! on: August 08, 2018, 11:07:48 PM
Manipulations are common nowadays in cryptos most especially from the social media and personalities trying to play the market to their favour. Whenever the market price is going up, it's backed with good news and when it's going down, the bad news begin to roll in. This does more harm than good.

The market is too big to be manipulated from the social media and single personalities. It is true that the market is manipulated but it is done by a whales and huge amount of money.
402  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Long-term investment. on: August 04, 2018, 09:29:20 PM
the best way for long term crypto investment, buy and forget it. dont monitor dont watch the price chart. but dont invest with the waste coins. top50 should be good.

This can work only with a handful of coins. May be the best 10 coins can be hold this way, everything else have to be monitored every couple of weeks an reconsider further actions.
403  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your involvment in crypto world? on: August 03, 2018, 10:00:33 PM
I work for bounty, although it takes more time to do some bounty of duty. But it's my call and I'm happy to do it. I hope this industry will last as long as possible, I believe this technology will be the best technology ever.

You are working for bounty means that you are doing signature bounty? I will advise you to invest a little as well. When investing is a little different and everything is more important.
404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it risky to buy not top 100 crypto currencies? on: August 02, 2018, 10:27:09 PM
Not all the time but ofcourse, investing on a popular crypto which do belong on the top 100 of the cryptocommunity would give you a higher chance to earn profit because popularity as well as demand is an important factor for cryptos. Some newly listed cryptos would be good options to invest but you will have less assurance of earning high returns since they have not established a strong communty yet in their beginning.

This is absolute nonsense. Can you tell me this popular coins that are not in top 100 of market capitalisation. The success of a coin is connected with its popularity. The most popular coins are in the leading positions in market cap. So when investing in a coin outside of the top 100 is riskier than investing in well known coin.
405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH or LTC long term? on: August 01, 2018, 08:10:01 PM
I have investments in both Ethereum and Litecoin. Ethereum is one of my main holdings, but I have around 15% in Litecoin for diversification of the portfolio.
406  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think this year will be Red? on: August 01, 2018, 08:07:39 PM

Do you have any good reason to believe that the crypto market is going to grow this year? Do you think we may end up in all red? I do not see the growth and happy investing of last years.

I don't think like that because this market have lot of potential.
We have been through many bad news and there won't be much worse things happening.
Lots of new investors are going to join this market when it picks up again.

not only red. it will be very very red.
in january 2018 btc was 16000 dollar. now it is 7000 and it wii be 4000 i think in december 2017.

I don't agree with you. This year may finish in a lower level than the last one, but Bitcoin will not go down to $4000 IMO. I believe that Bitcoin will be around $12000-$15000.
407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in cryptocurrency and ICOs? on: July 28, 2018, 10:04:10 PM
Right now is very good time to invest in cryptocurrencies and very bad time to invest in ICO. I encourage you to invest in well known coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and NEO and stay away from the ICO for now.
408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will other coins beat bitcoin in the future? on: July 28, 2018, 09:59:04 PM
I think it is very difficult to beat bitcoin although in crypto world nothing can predict. But to beat bitcoin its not easy. Because bitcoin is the strongest coin and the oldest coin.

It is not only that is the oldest. Bitcoin is so strong because of its popularity. So many ordinary people heard of Bitcoin and may be one third of them know about existing of Ethereum.
409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum in 5 years on: July 26, 2018, 11:33:41 PM
What would be your target price of Ethereum for 2022?
Five years from now, Ethereum will probably be around $10,000. If everything will go as smoothly as in the last several months, there is no reason why Ethereum cannot hit $10,000 in five years. That is even a conservative speculation. As a matter of fact, within 2018, Ethereum is going to end up hitting around $3,000.

I agree with your long-term prediction, but I am sceptical about the price of Ethereum this year. I am hoping to see a good run in the end of the year, but $2000 is the top that can Ethereum  can reach this year IMO.
410  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to reinvest into ETH? on: July 25, 2018, 10:24:26 PM
The price of ETH Today has shown a little increase and I think now if you are interested to get started you can buy ethereum before ethereum also experienced a significant increase as in the past year which broke through 800 $

I agree with you. Now may be the last chance to buy Ethereum under $500. I am expecting to see Ethereum over $800 before September.
411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XRP] Ripple Speculation on: July 25, 2018, 10:22:56 PM
I'm still big on Ripple.  It was my very first crypto investment, so I have a soft-spot for it.

With more investors and banks getting into crypto - it only makes sense to have a project in that space.  I hope we see more XRP adoption, and I think we will.

I am sorry, but Ripple is not the best project to have a soft spot for, because Ripple is not a good and solid project. It is something that was build on rumours and speculations only IMO.
412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can blockchain change financial industry? on: July 24, 2018, 10:44:17 PM
The application of blockchain technology in the financial sector will completely change the way the transaction process and records are saved, thereby significantly reducing transaction costs and significantly improving efficiency.
Blockchain technology allows more people to enjoy more convenient and safe financial services!

Of course it will really change the financial industry and its revolutionary. Now, many innovations are already in place, revolutionizing remittances, banks and more fields. Blockchain technology is gaining grounds and give more years and its everywhere.

I don't agree with you, because having the innovations ready is not enough. The establishment will fight against it and will hold it for as long as possible.  IMO it will take many years before block-chain make real difference.
413  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is buying new listed coin profitable? on: July 24, 2018, 10:37:14 PM
Every month, there are less and less good startups that are implemented through ICO. From about 100 ICO companies, only 2-3
coins do have a chance to get into the TOP 100 coins according to coinmarketcap. The rest of the company is just trash. If you can choose these 2-3 companies at the ICO stage, then you will win a large amount very much. Great work will have to be done.

You are absolutely right less and less good startups are worth investing. But here and there you can find a very promising coin and make a good profit. IMO it is still worth to invest in new listed coins as long as they are well picked.
414  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptocurrency prices falling on: July 22, 2018, 10:16:26 PM
Yes, it is falling. But this is the natural moves after the recent pumps. The market moves in cycles and we will see another bull runs after the depression.

I agree with you. The problem is that this cycle seems to be very, very long and people are losing hope and think that will never end. We had a pretty good run in December and January and it is absolutely normal to have a downfall IMO, but I hope that will end soon.
415  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I give up now? on: July 21, 2018, 09:29:00 PM
what is the sense of just quiting now? wait a little bit more and you will be proud of not quiting before, it is a waste of time and money, there is too much room for making more in here

Quitting now will just make you regret it in the long run. I really don't think that this is needed because the market has already started recovering.
I think the same , people who are now coming out of crypto,  after in a couple of months or earlier, very much about this will pity. But in any case it's your choice.

You are right , that quitting now will not be a smart choice, but I think that people who don't feel safe hear and don;t have the stone cold nerves for it, should stay away, because the stress it cause it is not worth it.
416  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Long time holding, is it a smart thing to do? on: July 21, 2018, 09:23:43 PM
Long time holding is safer but the key thing to remember with your overall long/short strategy is that prices always come down faster than they go up , but they also go up the majority of the time.

IMO the speed is not that important in long-term holding. The most important is the quality of the project and have a good prospective.
417  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The market has recovered? on: July 20, 2018, 09:58:12 PM
The market right now is slowly recovering, I hope that it will continue for the better of the market. I'm hoping for straight recovery this time not just a pump and dump recovery. We need a recovery that will lead to bull market.

I agree with you. Straight recovery will be best, but I wouldn't bet on it. This year is different and nothing is going as it should be. I am optimistic, because Bitcoin pass $7000 and hope to pull the whole market ahead as usually do.
418  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People move out from cryptocurrency! on: July 20, 2018, 09:51:36 PM
Crypto is not for people with a weak nerves. IMO first will go participants that should not be here in the first place. The true believers will stay and will be rewarded later.
419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple or Bitcoin on: July 19, 2018, 10:32:09 PM
Bitcoin. Although, XRP has made healthy connections to banks which it may help it to climb up the crypto market, it lacks the fundamental and that is not a decentralised coin and that refutes the main purpose for creating these coins. On the other hand, Bitcoin influences the rest of the crypto markets so for me its definitely bitcoin.

Bitcoin of course. Ripples connections with the banks are just a speculations, because no bank will use it for transfers. Bitcoin is true crypto coin, Ripple is just a tool to rip people off.
420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Just RELAX, it will be OK! on: July 18, 2018, 10:30:11 PM
I cant understand why people have been panic about tokens and altcoins, i know it will all be ok market will soon come up and everything soon gonna be perfect.Hodl and wait .Do not let negative stuff get in to your mind or you might regret it soon.

Most people are panicking, because they either bought expensive and now feel like they are losing money, or they bought cheap, but now regret that they did not sell when the prices were high. And the most import all of them are here to become millionaires very quick IMO.
