404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [QCN] QuazarCoin | Privacy&Data protection | CPU only | Optimized miner on: May 23, 2014, 07:17:17 PM
Nice coin, fair distribution, 120 sec block time... Good parts of BCN + good parts of MRO = QCN
I am glad I discovered this coin.

Withdrawal seems to work now

why is there such a difference in hash rate between v 1.13 and 1.14?

More or less in 1.14?

Im still with 1.13
less in 1.14
it is less on ubuntu, but higher on windows. withdraws working again.

So,

I wanted to start mining, but simplewallet just pops up for a second and then closes.. what am I doing wrong?
there is nice how-to on http://boolberry.com/howto.html  Wink
you have to use command line. or you can create .bat file if you are using windows

On ubuntu 13.10 with minergate 1.14 hash rate DECREASED by 40 % lol??

Difficulty level has doubled.
ahahah lol, are you serious? I am talking about hash rate, not about number of coins. I am back to 1.13 where I have 40% better hash rate

edit: on win8.1 64, hash INCREASED by ~60%  Grin This time windows wins over ubuntu

Can anyone confirm is MRO automatic withdrawal on Poloniex working or not ? I want to buy some more but really hate to request manual withdrawal.
Sometimes it's working and sometimes it's not working. Yesterday I waited 9 hours for my withdraw to be processed.

Just sent 20 min ago, . NO incoming deposits.....
Today on my second machines , i sent MRO , and after 1 minute a see incoming transaction on poloniex.
Yesterday monero had many problems on poloniex,I saw it was frozen several times. your coins are probably safe, just wait, and save your transaction details.

Is there a way to speed up daemon start? It is pain the ass,it is taking  2 gigs of ram  Smiley Other CN coins daemons starts faster, but theirs blockchains are smaller, so will all CN coins going have this issue? When blockchain gets bigger = slower daemon start?
412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MRO] Monero - Anonymous Currency Based on Ring Signatures on: May 20, 2014, 08:26:21 PM
I followed this guide:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=613072.0

No pools except http://monero.crypto-pool.fr/ allowed me to connect

I mined all night with 1kh/s, not even 0.000001 in my wallet

Wallet loads proper when I run bitmonerod.exe and try to refresh wallet i get
Error: refresh failed: daemon is busy. Please try later. Blocks received: 0

Could someone please help me get this working? I don't know why the other pools give me errors when connecting and the crypto-pool doesn't.

I think you mistaken 1 H/s to 1 KH/s. The hash rate showed on miner is in H/s.
My mistake it's not 1 Kh/s
(  Hash Rate: 97.22 H/sec ) is what shows on pool. I confused 100h/s as 1kh/s instead of 1,000h/s
What I need help on is the other things mentioned, if you can help with those then that would actually be appreciated
use pool @ minergate.com , and you should get about 1 MRO with current diff and your hash rate.
You have to wait until blockchain is synced in deammon, than you can refresh wallet

How can you guarantee that?

I'm on Extremepool with more than 3 times the hasrate of Minergate and it's quite difficult to find blocks..
because i started mining mro at minergate 7 hours ago, and during that time i mined 0.37 MRO, multiply it by 3.42 and you will get number of coins per 24h. And I also have 100hs hash rate, so that is around 1.26 mro per day.

a good cpu coin, but as we know, many cpu mine only coin that become gpu coin lastly
hope it will stay cpu only. but dev of Boolberry suspects that there is already GPU miner.  Angry

i think guys we have a GPU miners there.

if someone is ready to share his GPU miner, or ready to implement it - i will put sources to project repo with copyright.
