I don't know why are people still saying that Bitcoin is too complicated. It took me about 2 days of using it to learn everything and start using Bitcoin on 100%. You just need to want.
405  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hi on: July 20, 2015, 07:12:51 AM
Hi and welcome! The best wallet is definitely Bitcoin Core, but you can try Electrum, Armory...

407  Economy / Gambling / Re: ToTheMoon.me | Invest into the Bankroll of Social gambling site on: July 20, 2015, 07:02:26 AM
I will try it, maybe. 1 BTC is no problem but how does it work? I invest and when someone win big I lose / when someone lose big I win?
408  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much BTC have you gambled? (anonymous on: July 20, 2015, 06:59:59 AM
I lost about 2 BTC when it was about $400.. I was very sad and left gambling forever Smiley

410  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Did you earn some bitcoin today? on: July 20, 2015, 06:42:29 AM

411  Other / Off-topic / Re: DO YOU HAVE 1 BITCOIN? on: July 20, 2015, 06:40:20 AM
Yes I have more than 1 BTC. It's pretty easy to get one Bitcoin and I can earn really good money with my signature campaign.
If you really want 1 BTC try to do some trades here like reselling things you bought with fiat for BTC and such.
I think its just for you easy to make 1 BTC from signature campaign, but for beginner its hard to make 1 BTC from signature campaign.

And for reselling if your account not have good trust will be hard to sell here.  Tongue

Newbie can learn basic trading and then start trading altcoins on YoBit.net.. there are so many ways to get BTC, but please, never play martingale with your BTC. Never.
412  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How good is trezzor wallet on: July 20, 2015, 06:36:01 AM
I've considered buying an electronic wallet like Trezzor before but

a) I don't have enough BTC to care that much
b) Im paranoid about electronic devices and trust more a BIP38 (a paper wallet with a password) than something thats prone to failure, needs updates etc.

So far I do this.

I have paper wallets in my safety deposit box.

I have some in a coinbase account.

I have some in a blockchain.info hot wallet.

I have a node with an empty wallet.

That's a good decision to put them into your safety deposit box. Nice idea! Smiley
413  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: July 20, 2015, 12:26:45 AM
I would definitely choose Bitcoin, oh, I already did. I believe it will go up, because Bitcoin is still new compared to gold ( I mean market ).
414  Economy / Digital goods / Re: EARN $55 PER FREE SIGNUP. on: July 20, 2015, 12:14:43 AM
Very interesting, but do you smell that smelly smell? Do we have to invest money? Can we get more info about this? If you don't to answer here just PM me Smiley
415  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How good is trezzor wallet on: July 20, 2015, 12:09:37 AM
It's quite expensive for a device that was probably built for $10 or less.

Their tech support is not really helpful.

I respect their price and do you know why? They are basically selling the idea, tell me, will you sell TREZOR for $10? For $20? No, you will try to take as much as you can because it's unique!
I can make that amount every week just from signature campaign, it's not that high.. Smiley
416  Other / Off-topic / Re: Where do you invest your money? on: July 19, 2015, 11:14:46 PM
My investment is Bitcoin. Is it even investment? I think yes, so..
417  Other / Off-topic / Re: DO YOU HAVE 1 BITCOIN? on: July 19, 2015, 11:12:57 PM
@OP, Yes, i have more than 1 btc, but sadly not even a small portion of what i once had remained.
Are you asking about 1 btc as a some form of 21 million people club? Because owning one bitcoin today makes you one of 341,830 , and not one in 21 million.

You can check exact statistics at ondn.net:800/search. It's interesting to see that smaller amount of people hold very large portions of bitcoins, similar as to what is happening in fiat.

Interesting how many people lost a large share of their money in gambling.

Amounts can be deceiving, because people often talk about how much btc they lost, but not how much that btc was worth at the time.
I lost over 200 btc gambling, but it wasn't worth much at the time tbh.

cheers

This is bullshit. He is basically not one of 341830 but his address is. I have way more than 1 BTC, but I never hold more than 1 BTC in one address, so I'm not the part of the people holding 1 BTC? Smiley

There's some really cool features also, you can set two different paraphrases to hide large amounts

Quote
If you have your passphrase memorized and you haven’t written it down anywhere, attackers with physical access to your TREZOR may still be able to extract the passphrase with a $5 wrench. In order to mitigate this risk it is possible to set up your TREZOR multiple times with multiple passphrases. The goal is to have one “spoof” setup that only holds a few bitcoins or bitcents and one “real” setup that holds your fortune.

In order to do this all you need to do is setup your TREZOR with a passphrase, then unplug and replug your TREZOR and enter a different passphrase. Here’s an example:

I setup my TREZOR with the passphrase “lonelypumpkins” and load a large number of bitcoins onto my device. I unplug/replug my TREZOR and enter the passphrase “funnyspirit”. I then send a few bitcents to the “funnyspirit” account. When the thugs come and steal my TREZOR, I can now safely tell them that my passphrase is “funnyspirit”. They will be able to steal a few bitcents from me, but they won’t be able to get at my fortune or even determine that a second passphrase exists.

That's too complicated for a lazy guy like me.. Tongue I don't have more than 10 BTC and I definitely won't lost my TREZOR. I will read more about TREZOR, I'm going to love it even more! Cheesy
419  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to earn Bitcoins? on: July 19, 2015, 10:20:52 PM
Just join any signature campaign, you can earn a lot. My target is to get 0.4 BTC this week from mine signature. Hope I will find time for posting.
420  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How good is trezzor wallet on: July 19, 2015, 10:19:00 PM
How does it work? I think it comes with a display, so.. ?

See this page for more info

In order to limit the attack surface against the TREZOR, TREZOR communicates solely through a simple USB protocol. There is no WiFi or Bluetooth, no camera for scanning QR-codes. There’s not even a fingerprint reader for identifying the user. This is all because we want the TREZOR to be as secure as possible. The fewer devices the TREZOR talks to, and the simpler its communication protocol is, the less likely it is to get infected.

The TREZOR also has no battery. When its unplugged its off and your bitcoins are safe from cyber attack.

Oh this, thanks. I thought it's safe, but that much? Amazing!
