4 BTC is a big amount! don't worry your withdrawal will be processed.. it probably needs some checking as it's a big amount. get in touch with live support.

starting this month, we're giving away 1 BTC, just for making any sort of positive impact in the world of cryptocurrency.

One of the unique and best contest so far, important thing about this contest is its uniqueness rather than the prize value attached to it. No-one else has came up with such contest before and I am quite sure there are many members out there with great innovative mind who will come up with really amazing things.

Thanks for great contest.
Yeah, it's a totally different contest. i hope to see a lot of participants, i'm really excited to see all sorts of cool stuffs.
403  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's the withdrawl and deposit limits on poloniex? on: February 08, 2018, 07:30:29 PM
Hi,

I saw that it says $25000, but does it mean if the current value of the coins you withdraw cant exceed 25k in a single day? Because I will need to transfer coins from bittrex and poloniex back and forth when I need and 25k seems very low.
Your account must be level 3 verified, so the limit is $25k worth  of crypto withdrawal per day. if you need higher limits then you should do the "enhanced verification" by contacting their support, the support is slow though (it's not just poloniex but every exchange site).

What's the limit on bittrex? I don't seem to get any issues when I am withdrawing big amounts. One time it warned me saying it's a lot but then adjusting the amount to lower worked and I was still able to withdraw more after. I assume they also account for deposits so putting more coins back increases your limit again?

Thanks in advance.
Bittrex has 100 BTC daily withdrawal limit for "enhanced verified" accounts.
404  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice | Creators of Dicing 🎲 | 20 Billion Bets | 111+ BTC Jackpot! on: February 08, 2018, 05:43:14 PM
why is primedice.com page blank?
PD is loading fine here. it probably because of your internet connection or some browser plugin is blocking PD from loading.
Try restarting your router.
Try opening PD in incognito mode or different browser.
or do both.

So everyone can win as long as they roll exactly any number at 3 in a row? Is there any max players that can win? Because I do not think tht it is really easy to hit this 3 times in a row. And you said min is 100 sat bet so if I put higher do you let me get higher prize as well? I saw some of them posted more than 100 sat and some of them even post with huge multiplier
Yeah, everyone will get a share from the prize pool. i'm unsure if betting more than 100 sats will increase chances of grabbing more prize from the pool. eldrin could you clear this?
405  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice | Creators of Dicing 🎲 | 20 Billion Bets | 111+ BTC Jackpot! on: February 08, 2018, 04:56:28 PM
3 in a Row Challenge!
Ends: 16/02/18 @ Midday (12pm) GMT

~

Get amongst the action this week with the 3 in a row challenge. The rules are pretty straightforward. All you need to do is roll any number three times in a row. All people who achieve the challenge in the next 7 days, will get a share in the prize pool! There is no limit to the amount of winners, and the more people who get involved the higher the prize pool! So if you get more people involved, then you win more!

~
How to Enter

Respond to the official Primedice giveaway topic here: https://forum.primedice.com/topic/30768-3-in-a-row/

Thanks for the info, eldrin! I haven't been on PD for several months and was going to visit it for the past several days, and finally after your post I did it. I was nicely surprised to see 0.0011 on my balance when I logged in today. ) Managed to make it 0.0013+ winning 28 sats bet on 99x.
As for the "3 in a row challenge", although I'm registered on PD Forum, I don't think I will take part in it since I know from my experience that rolling a number 3 times in a row is not so easy to do.

I see some people have already posted their entries, it doesn't looks like it's that hard to roll a number 3 times in a row, besides minimum bet is so low 100 sats. i'm gonna give it a try!
406  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What apps are you using to track your portfolio? on: February 08, 2018, 04:36:53 PM
Before I also used blockfolio, but I recently found Delta. It is a small app for android (and iphone). Works great for me: very easy interface, fast loading of charts, gives a nice overview of your portfolio + profits/losses.
I also use Delta and it is very helpful for me to get what I want, and very suitable to track our portfolio, maybe some new people hear about delta application, but this is my recommendation because it already feels its superiority.
I agree, delta is much better than blockfolio. i've started using it recently and like it very much. it has extra features.. the one i find useful is the backup/restore feature, with this i can easily move all my portfolio to another device or restore later without having to enter everything all over again lol.
407  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Google trends alerts on: February 08, 2018, 03:50:56 PM
I had to make a javascript code using some sort of API module iv found. I was thinking of making an app or something out of it, and am wondering if people would be interested.
If a tool/alert that could benefit/make people some cash, then they'll certainly be interested in it. Wink i would like to use such a tool. maybe you can make a telegram bot that sends notification/alerts?
408  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Where can I buy Ethereum with Fiat money? (Not Coinbase) on: February 08, 2018, 03:00:26 PM
Thanks @LeGaulois !
I am using card for payment. Kraken has so many bad reviews.
Bitstamp takes forever to verify.

Can you do bank transfers? if you can then you can buy BTC/ETH easily on paxful/localbitcoins. you can also try changelly, they accept visa and mastercard (i have not used my card there, so i'm not sure if they're working or not).
409  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Where to possibly order Rubber Duckies without overpaying? on: February 07, 2018, 08:29:36 PM
I'm at the Philippines and I can't order rubber duckies directly from Hak5's site. (Country not yet available)
I can however order from ebay and it costs like twice the regular pricing.
You can have someone ship it to you as the above user said. Smiley i'd suggest to use minerjones's service(https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=346731) if you want to buy. there's also an alternative malduino buy this maybe?
410  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: February 07, 2018, 07:52:35 PM
fun fact about withdrawal:
since bitcoin transaction fees have dropped significantly for the past 2+ weeks it no longer costs as much to make a transaction.
for the past couple of days I have been checking the website withdrawal fees and it seems like it is a lot cheaper to make an instant withdrawal instead of weekly automatic one Wink

current rates:
Automatic (weekly): 3000 satoshi
Instant (~15 Minutes): 821 satoshi
Slow (6-24 Hours): 193 satoshi

I wanted to use this wonderful opportunity to withdraw my 50,000+ satoshis instantly from the site. but unfortunately  it is not the case anymore.

The current withdrawal fees are:

0.00017774 BTC  -  INSTANT (~15 Minutes)

0.00004182 BTC - SLOW (6-24 Hours)

So, maybe next time. Smiley

Btw I disabled AUTO WITHDRAW some time ago because almost all of your free roll wins would be eaten by the fees in case it was enabled.

Looks like fees have now dropped down to 0.00001600 BTC for slow withdraw option. as bitcoin services/sites (and ultimately people) adopt segwit and batch the txs we're going to pay lower transaction fees. i wish every crypto sites had freebitcoin like withdrawal system. Smiley
411  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Addiction? on: February 07, 2018, 07:31:52 PM
Do you ever feel like you're overly obsessed with cryptocurrencies or trading/investing in general?
Personally, I'm fairly satisfied with my investments/decisions so far but yet I'm looking for market opportunities most of the time. I think that's mainly because of the fact that majority of my time browsing the internet I watch related content. I'm passionate quite passionate about it.
I think i kinda am, i'm also looking for more opportunities as like you.

Over time it kinda makes me feel depressed that I don't make as much as I possibly could or others have better scores (some unhealthy jealousy I guess?), so this "paper-chasing" has become a target itself.
Don't compare yourself with others! i'm pretty sure you'll be doing pretty good in coming year(s), crypto ecosystem is growing, a lot of opportunities will be opened for all of us. Wink

When I want to take a break from all this stuff for let's say a month or week at least then I'm not able to because I'm afraid that I will miss out on something.
I feel the same, as i said crypto is growing.. you might miss something good while you're on your break, but you might find something much better after. you get me?

On the one hand, I have made investments in projects I believe in so I could leave it for few months even and then back but at the other hand, I'm still not quite sure about my diversification so I keep watching the market.

Can anyone relate?
I am pretty diversified, no doubt about that!
412  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Portfolio tracker on: February 07, 2018, 04:07:27 PM

Good day to all,

I am looking for a paid API web-based portfolio tracking tool that will allow me to track my current assets profit/loss in real time. I tried cointrackin.info, but I did not really like it to be honest, I am only looking my portfolio and nothing else. Any help would be appreciated.

What do you mean by API web-based portfolio tracking tool?

The ones that I've trialled and found working are the following: Blockfolio, altpocket, cryptocompare. Blockfolio is limited to being a mobile application while altpocket and cryptocompare all are website-based.

Also I've got a spreadsheet that I've hired someone from freelancer to make that tracks your holdings. It's somewhat more flexible compared to what you would normally get, but there will be disadvantages such as frequency of updates being lower, etc. Let me know if you're interested in that.

by api based, i mean that if for example, i make a buy on bittrex, it will add it to my portfolio automatically, without me having to manually enter it.

I guess (https://altpocket.io) could be what you're looking for? it won't record your transactions though, only will import your current balances. when you provide the API keys make sure it's a read only one.

Well, i already have my portfolio being tracked on google spreadsheet. Cheesy the script i use is freely available on github(search for CryptocurrencySpreadsheetUtils).
413  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tool to sync two portfolios? on: February 06, 2018, 08:32:02 PM
I have searched hours for an answer. No one knows something?
Afaik there's no ready made tool yet. either you code the tool/bot/script yourself (to do the work you want it to) or hire someone trustful to make it for you. there are some ICOs(covesting, coindash to name a few) that are in works to create such a tool/platform.

***BTW Already sent them an email, maybe someone will know the answer
It looks like a sophisticated virus/malware maybe withdrew BTC from your account, your PC is compromised/infected. fire up an updated antivirus and do a full scan on your PC (to know for sure) or install a fresh OS. also don't use/open any of your wallets, until virus is removed or you've installed a fresh OS. there's nothing you can do to get your BTC back, sorry for your loss.  Sad

As of now I did not find any e-mail from the Coinbase team. When they officially implement. They used to send a e-mail to all their consumers but did not anything as of now.
They have not yet implemented segwit, we'll probably receive email when they're nearing or have updated to segwit.

417  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you buying bitcoin now? on: February 06, 2018, 03:31:17 PM
Hello,

It looks like it hit support at 6000, do you think it was a bottom? I am considering to go from fiat into bitcoin heavily. Do you think it can jump back to 10000 USD at least or will fall lower than 6000 USD?  I dont like this negative fud around the cryptocuriencies now regarding regulations and India and Tether FUD. Its really hard to make any decisions now. ;( What are you guys doing? Just staying outside the market in February or go all in now?
I don't really know if BTC has bottomed out or not(difficult to tell) i bought in at $6.6k. i got some cash laying around, just in case it goes below $5k(it probably won't). ignore FUDs, it fades away lol.
418  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: February 06, 2018, 01:38:58 PM
Hi dear superbowl fans,

We are having a nice giveaway and a little sporty contest. check our twitter for more https://twitter.com/FortuneJackCOM/status/960138652285308929  Smiley

Cheers!

Is there any special requirement for the twitter account to be eligible to join in this giveaway? Something like minimal followers or date creation of the account? It is nice giveaway but I forget about my twitter account that I created long time ago, will try to recover it and join this.
Thanks for offering nice contest and giveaway.

The game just ended so you'll have a hard time joining the giveaway now  Cheesy

Oh that's bad, I did not even know when the game started because I do not really understand about superbowl LOL. So the giveaway was announced just before the game started?  Sad That's why only 10 replies on the tweet and how about the result? Any lucky winners among those 10 replies?
Just a little suggestion, probably if there will be another contest like this. It will be much more better to announce it few days before the event starts so it will get more participants.

I believe it was posted around 10 hours before the game started, which is a decent time IMO but yeah I get what you mean Smiley. FJ is not really a sportsbook though so I can imagine this was just a last minute thing.

Looking at the results I don't think anyone even came to close to being right Cheesy, the final score was 41-33 in favor of the Eagles, not something a lot of people had thought to be possible!

If he wants to make a giveaway, dont you think that it is better to announce it at least 24 hours ago? So everyone can participate on this, with this 10 players reply the chance for them must be bigger but many of superbowl fans will be likely want to join here but when it is only 10 hours earlier, I do not think their fans going to like this. But anyway the match has ended so I just can say congrats for the winners
This giveaway win was based on right score prediction, don't think those who predicted early on would've won(of course if they'd predicted correctly they would've won). anyways no was able to give correct prediction, so no winners! although those 10 participants will receive free spins to play slots. Wink

How could anyone know?

By reading their terms and conditions. Wink below is a quote from their tos.

Hi Legaulois. We aim to launch within the next couple weeks and plan to make an announcement about it very soon. We appreciate your understanding to why we wont be launching an ICO. We look foreward to providing you with a crypto-friendly banking service very soon.
Which countries are/will be restricted from opening a bank account? i would appreciate if you could share a list of countries you won't be serving(i hope my country isn't one of them). i'm very much interested in opening a crypto-friendly bank account.  Smiley
