The only option for them is one to protect with military All or nothing but to be honest they dont let usa to do fall Amd if they do let fall where is the new country new location for them to park their wealth and getting protection? They have too much to lose they will push biden in to war or they lose their power a country as big as America certainly will not lose power that easily .. the American government must have carefully considered their military plans in the next 10 or 20 years to prevent various possibilities that will cause their military strength to decline ...and because of that the American government also taxed more companies to finance their military and make it stronger, so there's nothing to worry about that |

This is a very peculiar understanding of business and the rule of law. I wonder that, if this is effectively implemented, will we ever see a western company investing or doing business in Putin's dominions? Will the jobs for the Russian people created by this companies disappear for decades to come?
I think that if Putin's dominance continues in Russia this will be an obstacle for investors to be able to invest in Russia, because for example, Putin is currently seizing the assets of foreign companies, like his own. ...and if this continues, sooner or later Russia will suffer the same fate as North Korea |

This is of course good news, but how do users in Ukraine exchange their crypto to fiat when there are many banks that are not operating? I believe those who were aware of cryptocurrency and had account on Kraken are far away from war zone (or have travelled abroad) and can use white or grey methods to turn crypto into cash. I believe that those, who are on war zone territory right now, only heard what is crypto. Imho, people who had knowledge what is crypto and had exchange accounts, are average class, has money (at least emergency money) to move out quickly from Ukraine. They will find access to the internet and will withdraw that gift from Kraken. Low level class people are left in war zone, people who find it impossible to leave their property, relatives and etc. Sorry, but their maximum is having a bank account and only hearing about "the internet money" aka crypto. but there must be one or more people who own cryptocurrencies in the area, regardless of their economic condition. because indeed everyone nowadays can own crypto, even those of the lower economic community now have access to cryptocurrency ... it's not something fancy to have. |

cryptocurrency cannot be used by Russia to evade sanctions from the US and its allies. Cryptocurrencies will only be an alternative to help their economy but not in the long term, still banking-based payments are needed.
... but President Putin's move to use cryptocurrencies is commendable because it will help the development of the crypto market and its adoption today

There are a lot of times where the government tries to control crypto but there is no chance for them to do it, they cannot control it or even put tax in it. This is the reason why the government will not give any encouraging things to its people. However, there is a chance if the government let its own country use cryptocurrency for any transaction including government transactions like paying tax. But as of now, the government of each country will try control it and put tax in it even though they cannot and not a single chance to become successful in it.
the government can of course control the circulation of cryptocurrencies in their country through regulation. for example in my country the circulation of cryptocurrencies will be regulated and crypto users will be taxed a few percent for cryptocurrency ownership. ... indeed this seems unfair to crypto users, but we still live under the government and like it or not we must obey the applicable law |
