A correct behavior should be, that the dev talk to bittrex, tell them to close the ICO, tell them at what time the ICO was over and from that moment at the PDT time zone Bittrex should refund all the investor who bought later.

That was a mistake on my part, I'm still awaiting contact from CryptoAsian regarding the PoD for SPS. If I don't hear anything from them within the next few days I'll refund investors with personal funds.
It's a shame that the developer's vanished, it's also extremely childish. Anyhow, it's my responsibility to refund investors with my personal funds due to the mistake.
